The video presents a Remembrance Day guided meditation titled "A Return to Love." It begins with instructions to settle into a comfortable posture and introduces a four‑cycle 4‑4‑4 breathing exercise designed to slow the nervous system, lower heart rate, and shift brainwaves to an alpha, intuitive state. The narrator then guides listeners to place attention on the heart, visualize themselves as unconditional love, and expand that love outward—first to the surrounding environment, then to the Earth and the cosmos—using vivid color imagery. Listeners are invited to think of a loved one, send them love, and affirm that love is a universal healing power that transforms weakness into strength. The meditation shifts to a historical remembrance, noting the armistice on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918 that ended World War I, and recites a paraphrased version of the poem "In Flanders Fields," honoring the fallen and urging continued remembrance. The session concludes with a call to extend love, light, compassion, and blessings to all who have sacrificed, a reminder to "Lest We Forget," and a closing "Namaste."

Welcome to your Remembrance Day meditation, A Return to Love. I invite you to relax, get comfortable, start to notice your breathing, relax your hands, Uncross your legs. Rest your hands gently on your lap or place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. You may do this meditation seated, lying down, or any other way that's comfortable. I'm going to start with a guided breath exercise, 4 rounds of breathing. This breath work is essential to slowing down the nervous system and raising consciousness and letting go of the subconscious. So when I ring the bowl, we are going to start with 4 counts of inhaling in, holding for 4 counts, breathing out fully for 4, and then holding for 4. Close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose for 4 counts. Hold for 4 and breathe out fully for 4. Notice your chest and belly rise and fall. Pause and hold for 4. Breathe in for 4 counts. Hold for 4 counts. And breathe out fully for 4. Pause and hold for 4. Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4, and breathe out fully for 4. Pause and hold for 4. Breathe in for 4, and breathe out. Hold for 4 and breathe out fully for 4. Pause and hold for 4. By slowing down your breath, you're slowing down your respiration, you're slowing your heart rate, you're slowing the brain waves to the alpha levels of consciousness. This is the level of consciousness where we find our intuition. We find our imagination, and is the gateway to spirit. Imagine yourself surrounded by love. All that you feel, all that you sense is love. You are unconditional love. Inhale the love. Exhale the love. The breath that we breathe is the breath of spirit, of who you are— love fully, unconditionally. Place your attention on your heart. This is where the loving presence of light is opening this like a beautiful rose, unfolding and beaming love and expansion, expanding outside of yourself. That light is expanding outside of this building, this city, this country. This world, can you see it? Can you feel it? Beyond the stratosphere, the stars, the planets. Look at the Earth and radiate that love back into the Earth. We truly are the loving presence. Feel the love radiate back from Mother Earth. Smile and know this is cyclical and always moving. Love is all there is. Now think of someone you have love for. See them, feel them. Let this bring a smile to your face. Send them love. See them surrounded by love, swirling in gold, green, and purples. Do you see the colors? Do you feel the colors? Do you feel, do you sense and know the love they are sending you? I believe that love is at the center of everything. Therefore, I accept love as the healing power of life. I permit love to reach out from me to every person I meet. I believe that love is returned to me from every person I meet. I trust the guidance of love because I believe it is the power of good in the universe. I feel that love is flowing through me to heal every situation I meet, to help every person I contact. Love opens the way before me and makes it perfect, straight, and glad. Love forgives everything unlike itself. It purifies everything. Love converts everything. That seems commonplace into that which is wonderful. Love converts weakness into strength, fear into faith. Love. On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, we shall remember them. On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918, the guns of Europe fell silent. After 4 years of the most devastating fighting, the Great War was finally over. In Flanders Fields. In Flanders Fields the poppies blow between the crosses row on row that marks our place, and in the sky the lark still bravely singing fly, scarce heard amid the guns below. We are the dead short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, loved and were loved, and now we lie in Flanders Fields. We will remember them, for the fallen and for those that have survived. Take up our quarrel with the foe, to you from failing hands we throw. The torch be yours to hold it high, If ye break faith with us who die, we shall not sleep though poppies grow in Flanders Fields. Lest We Forget. Please show your love, light, compassion, blessings, and healings to all that have fallen and have sacrificed and still sacrificed for for us and our freedoms, our liberties, our protection. This Remembrance Day, never forget and always remember. Namaste.
