This is your Empath Energy Exchange. I'm Christine J Gold, your spiritual guide and mentor, and I channel the messages, pull cards, and feel the overall theme for the week. Welcome empowered empaths, lightworkers, healers, and sensitives. The time is now to share your light with the world. So join me, comment, like, and subscribe, and share away. Hello and welcome. I'm Christine J Gold with 24 Karat Healing. Thank you so much for being here and happy Super New Moon in Scorpio, and happy Sunday as well. Hope you're having an amazing, blessed Sunday. And, uh, yeah, just drawn to share today, uh, just in regards to the weekly message. If you don't follow, if this is completely new to you, please say hello, let us know where you're from. How your Sunday is going, or maybe it's during the week, but basically get a global temperature, um, you know, the energy, the overall energy, what's going on, what to look out for. Um, you know, some parts of this may not, you know, resonate, and some parts do. Please share this out, of course, and thank you so much for being here. I do appreciate you all. Like and subscribe, of course, if it resonates. I know there's so many things you could be doing on a Sunday and I appreciate you. Um, the reason I was drawn to do this— obviously Spirit led me here— but, um, they, they were just saying, um, you know, I kept getting a message that, you know, the, the global anxiety is— it's kind of off the charts depending on where you are. Um, and a lot of us are just, you know, just having, um either feeling really, really good depending on your awakening, or feeling, you know, just a lot of stuff going on, a lot of outside forces being pulled, whether you are conscious of it or unconscious of it. And conscious, you know, of course you're going to feel that. You're an empath, you're here, that's why you're here. Lightworkers, all that, right? But unconsciously, there, there is this— it's a simmering, I guess, is the word. Simmering. And we're all being called to ascend and to activate. And many of us are like, well, I don't know what you mean, Christine, or yes, I know what you mean, but you know what, I'm having a lot of trouble with it. I understand. I totally get it. So, uh, just going to say hello. Hi, Lynn, so nice to see you. Hope you're doing well. And hi, Tanya, nice to see you as well. Thank you so much for joining, I appreciate you. All right, so first, uh, you know what, I'm just going to get to the, the weekly, you know, the channel, the auto-write, the intuitive writing, and just get through that, and then we will pull a few cards of of course, just to anchor in that message. Um, and just let me know how your week is going. I mean, what's going on with you? What are you noticing? Um, are you finding things are getting easier or are you struggling? So let me know in the comments below. And if you're on the replay, please, you know, share, share as well. If you're listening on podcast, you know, please comment and leave a review as well. So we're just going to get to this. All right, so why ascension activation? This is something that, you know, has been brewing for many, many years, obviously with everything that's happening in 2020. And, you know, we're co-creating, we are absolutely co-creating right now. So They're saying we're floating, but we're ascending. Things are getting big and bigger. The song that I heard is Big Time by Peter Gabriel. And you know, it was interesting, I brought that video up on Friday just to show my youngest, you know, Peter Gabriel. He never heard of him, which is fine, I get it. But to see the video and, you know, just to see the messaging and symbolism that's in his video. I mean, Peter Gabriel is woke, as they say. He even back in the '80s, and you know, way before that, there were lots of symbolisms in his song. So it's really, you know, looking into waking up, shaking everything up. The truth is up, the truth is out. Watch the reactions. Bring it to the altar, bring it to the altar. Nothing outside of you is out of reach, and life is not happening to you, it is happening for you. It is about changing perspective. It's seeing, seeing with one eye, which we all have. And, you know, out of touch, out of realms. They're just saying that we've been doing this for a long time. Glitches in the Matrix. Twofold, two sides. You are leveling up. How do you want to receive? How do you want to receive? Because the more you resist something, the more it will persist. So if you lean back, let go, and just open up, it's amazing what happens. It's amazing what happens. Um, And you're getting beautiful insights and activations right now, but I feel many of us are scared or we don't know what it means and the ego has to figure it out and la la la la la, like this conversation, no more of that. You know, beautiful, it's beautiful and especially through your dreams, dreams are shaking you to awake you. You're getting vivid dreams, messaging, images, imagery, music. It's all coming together. It's all asking you to change your conversation with yourself and with the universe. So they're just saying, starseeds, lightworkers, and somehow Buddha showed up here too. You know, we're ready. Um, we're seeing flashes of you and me and all to see. So it's like a past lives thing. All of it's— we're all of our past lives all combined. It's all coming together. And the darkness is cowering in the light. And be not afraid of shadows. Our shadow self, definitely shadow self stuff. We are shadows of all of our past lives. We are shadows of maybe that neighbor you don't like, or you do like, or your boss, or your co-workers, or your family. It's all connected. So we're merging into one body, one light, and one of one mind. All right, so that was the, the quick channel. Yeah, and Lynn is just saying she's doing okay and get the odd wave of anxiety but dealing with it. Yeah, dealing with it, it does come in waves, most definitely. And I'm glad that you're, you're seeing it and you're letting it come through because all of us are, you know, how we, um, how we invite it in. Do we resist and push it away or spiritually bypass it, or are we saying, oh, you know what, I'm feeling something here, I'm gonna— okay, what are we gonna do with this? Now we can ground, we can exercise. There's always ways to shift things. That's the whole messaging here, is shifting perspectives lightens the load of whatever burdens you think you're carrying collectively. It's amazing when you start dropping things. I've done a big purge and cleanse of my house. Huge. I had a burning ceremony yesterday of, you know, there was stuff in there from 2009. Why do I have this paperwork? I feel amazing. I feel so much lighter. So maybe they're asking you to go through that as well. It's almost like cleaning out the, you know, the ghosts of the past. And just making peace with the present. This is where we are. Tanya's just saying lots of shifting changes, unpredictability, frustration, and then freedom, unknown, lightweight off shoulders, decluttering, and yeah, all of it, all of it. It's like all over the place. Yep, and vivid dreams and lots of meditations. Yeah, I've been— I meditate more than once a day. I ground multiple times a day. I am really being called to explore the healing arts more, like the— because I love music, so anything tonal. And I'm sure, Tanya, you, you, you're a musician, so you know all about that. But I'm looking more at, you know, getting the bigger bowls getting the harmonizer. I want to say that quickly, or not so quickly, but harmonica, xylophone, just trying to bring in some more, like a hanging drum, something like that. So I'm looking at that, definitely. So I need to clean out a bunch of stuff, Lynn is saying. Business first though, especially with all this unrest. Of course, yes, I'm of course, I get that definitely. But, uh, always squeeze in that time for yourself. All right, so we are, um, going to pull, of course, a few cards just to anchor in that message of ascension and activation. And if you have any questions, please let me know. So of course, any type of tool, any divination tool, they include cards pendulums, crystals, whatever you're working with tool-wise, make sure you are cleansing on each, you know, new moon and full moon cycles. It's just a quick refresh. I mean, I'm— I smudge myself daily and the house and all this other stuff, but you know, cards, crystals, whatever you— you can also do it with salt water the moonlight. Personally, I like the smells, so that's why I do it. So, all right, here we go. What is the overarching— like, what are we working on here for the week? What is the week message? What is— oh, here we go, first card up. We are working on, you know, caring connections. I don't know if you're finding— yeah, because I remember we had some disconnect. So now we're really finding out, okay, you know, that person isn't really that different from me. They may look different or act different, but we are actually so connected. Even more so, we need each other. We need each other more than we I think we do. So I really see this as reaching out to somebody, a beautiful message, a letter. I mean, mail, right? Does anybody get mail cards anymore? I guess I'm seeing things going back to, you know, taking the time to mail a card, send a card. Obviously we have Christmas around the corner, so, you know, maybe something along those lines. I For some reason I'm like, message in a bottle. That's interesting. Um, but just finding more caring connections, uh, towards your, your tribe, your spiritual family. Yeah, this is where— and it's, you know, this may be— and I see it, it's— oh gosh, here we go. It is a merging of the feminine and masculine, more so than it's a relationship. This is for self, for self. So the caring connections. All right, uh, and, and I of course would like more information on that. What else do we have to look forward to? But this is all about intimacy. Into me I see intimacy, intimacy activations with the third eye, the one eye. Oh, Hold on. Oh gosh, look at that. Blossoming Abundance. Uh, you see the 3, so we're doing mind, body, spirit. Mind, body, spirit. This is all about a balance. Uh, there's coins coming in here. I see an owl, so you've got wisdom. Yeah, so through those connections of self and others and reaching out and being in service You're going to blossom more abundance into your life because the more that you are giving, the more you receive. The more that you receive, the more that you give. See, this is a cycle. So this is definitely different from last week. All the cards were in reverse, everything was out of balance. Things have shifted into balance, so we're really coming into our own. We all know that December 21st is going to be the New Earth. They keep talking about this, and we've been doing a whole bunch of work. I did a masterclass on the third eye activations, which is still available. If you like a copy of that, I can send it to you. It's been pretty powerful. So they're just, you know, they're You know, depending on where you are, there's always blossoming abundance around you. There's always the gold. The gold is here, the gold is everywhere. Gold is very healing as well. All right, and yeah, here we go. I'm gonna— we're going to pull from the Self-Care deck. So, you know, the intimacy, the third eye, the one eye, the caring connections, the merging of the feminine, the masculine, and definitely letting the feminine rise. We've seen that this week as well. I posted about Friday the 13th. You know, it's, it was actually, it's an amazing time. Um, and you know, the, the backstory is, is how it was twisted. Um, in, you know, before the days of the goddess, it's all about the divine feminine, the cycles of creation and death and rebirth. And that's what we're going through. This is connected to the Knights Templar and protecting the Magdalene Rose secret. And that's, you know, the feminine energy. So that's, you know, Friday the 13th was about honoring the goddess and that feminine energy. And it's funny how it got turned around, turned around. All right, Lynn, yeah, I see you there. Yes, and Tanya, yes, writing letters to yourself and letting things go, definitely. And Lynn still gets cards in the mail, that's great. It's always fun, it's always fun when you get stuff in the mail, I say. I don't care what it is, even if it's a bill, you are able to have a chance to pay that bill and then turn around and pay it forward through that bill. Oh, hold on. Yeah, so yeah, this is a time of reflection, a lot of inner reflection. That's where you're going to get a lot of guidance. And I love the butterfly, and her dress is definitely indigo, so we're working on third eye. Keep your eyes open and finding joy, joy in the small places. By a body of water. Oh, do you see that telescope in the background looking at the stars? I don't know about you, but, uh, that, that moon the other night, or in the morning at 5 in the morning, it hung so low and Venus was right there above it. It was beautiful. It was just— you don't even need a telescope. That's how thin the veils are right now, right? All right, so Reflecting, taking those times to reflect. And then we're going to get one from the Crystal Reading Card Oracle as well. What crystal are we going to work with? What type of energy is going to round out the rest of this week as well? Ah, yeah, it's been— whoa, and the cards, hilarious. I'm not the only one. Oh yeah, of course. Ah, we've got Heart Healing, Dieuptes. Um, yes, through, you know, finding those connections, the merging of the feminine masculine, really letting the feminine blossom, has that blossoming abundance through reflection is coming out with the Heart Healing. And you know, this deck is still fairly new to me. It's, it's a couple months old, but I love the colors, um, because the, the heart is definitely connected to the throat and then the third eye. So if the heart is off, the throat is off. If the throat is off, the third eye is off. They are all connected. Um, this says it's emerald green, but to me this looks Blue. It's weird. So it's all about the old wounds of the past, letting down your walls of resistance, mainly embracing love and your connection. Inner Realms transmutes and heals emotional pain, release and dissolve sadness. And I think this is more of a collective sadness, but there might be some Yeah, there's still some folks that are living in the, oh, remember those days and things were so good, and why did 2020 have to be like this? Why are we being, you know, we keep getting punched and our natural survival instinct is to shut down and protect, right? So this causes huge disconnections with self and others. Um, more time in nature, nurture, supporting this healing process. And I don't know about you, but I've been spending more time in bed sleeping, even just getting into bed and putting the covers over and, and, or just laying there and, and just letting go and just maybe having a quick nap. It really is amazing, um, uh, getting, getting to sleep, getting to refresh and renew. I I feel that's really important. So, um, I don't know what your, your sleep is like, if you're having trouble sleeping, but really maybe, yeah, refresh your bedroom, your bed, your— because it's quite the chamber you go into when you go to sleep. So, all right, so this week, uh, you know, amazing. I feel is amazing. Let me know how you guys think your week is going to go. And obviously this is just a, you know, a suggested, uh, weekly update. You guys, if you think, yeah, some of it sure, other parts of course there's always stuff that we need to work on, right? Always, always. And Lynn is just saying, oh, you can have my bills. Yeah, I'm grateful for the ability to pay them though. Yeah, exactly. I I feel you on that. Yes, and yeah, moods— you're not the only one. It's like a roller coaster. It's like, we hold on, the moods have been all over the map. Yeah, I, I can see that, that it would drive you, as you say, cray-cray. Um, yeah, a lot— it's, you know, a very unstable— it feels unstable. Everything's shifting. I get it. I absolutely get it. Um, all right, so, huh, how about we start a beautiful new moon, super new moon meditation? Now, I don't know if you had any questions about, um, this particular new moon, but I did post about it on my Facebook page. And, you know, Scorpio is definitely Um, I mean, we are all the signs, not just one. We're sign— all the signs of each, you know. I, you know, have parts of Pisces and Cancer. I, I truly believe that. Um, so don't get too attached to one sign in particular, especially if it's attached to your birthday. But, um, in saying that, it's just a— it's a heads up in regards to, you know, your psychic abilities. Are definitely increasing. And, um, yeah, that sexual energy as well, the sensuality, the creativity, and the emotions, uh, definitely emotional. And I want to say one more thing. Um, this morning in Sunday service, um, they were talking about the eagle. Now, the eagle is tied to God. Is a symbol for God, always has been. Some people say doves, but okay, sure, that's for peace, I get that. But I, I get it because the eagle, like, the eagle soars and looks at everything at a 360-degree level, right? Sees everything, has a wide perspective, and flies very high. But did you know that the crow— there's been pictures— the crow likes to sit on top of the eagle as he flies? And the eagle's like, yeah, you know, even though he is pecking at the back of his head. So this, this is a great analogy. Are there people pecking at you? Are there people poking at you? Are there people trying to trigger you to get a reaction? Guess what the eagle does? He doesn't try to shake them off. He rises even higher. So high that the crow cannot sustain that altitude and he drops off. So I guess that's what they're saying is we need to rise, rise above it all. Of course have boundaries, of course, I get it. We have to have boundaries with certain, with certain people, and that includes friends, family, co-workers, whoever. Because they're testing to see if they can run you over, right? But it is your reaction and how you respond. It can be very nice when you create boundaries. And then of course they'll keep trying because they'll be like, "Oh, maybe this is just a one-time thing." But no, you actually just keep establishing, you know, setting those boundaries and being very, very firm. Very, very firm. Tanya's just saying, learning how to deal with difficult co-worker reminds me as I— to where I don't want to be. That's right. You know, many people that are difficult, we have to look at them with compassion and we have to love them from a distance, right? But it's about maintaining your boundaries. This is my space and my energy. This is your stuff. Sure, you can send that person love if you'd like. 'Cause most cases they're hurting, they're in pain, right? It just comes through in a different way, and that's how they deal with it, right? Oh, I'm glad you love that. Thank you so much, Lynn. Yeah, I totally resonate with that. Need to rise higher than them. Yes. And it doesn't mean, oh, I'm above you. No, no, no, that's not what it means. That just means that despite how hateful or hurtful you want to be, or trying to get me to come down and be negative and live in my ego, I'm choosing not to. I see you, but I'm choosing not to. That's been the biggest lesson for me, honestly, because especially when you're emotional, you're very sensitive, empath, lightworker. They know that, so they know what to do. So don't have any buttons. I got no buttons. Sometimes I'm like, okay, I see what's going on here, but you know what, I'm good. I'm tuning in. I'm like, okay, I'm not getting pulled into that. You know how they say, not my monkey, not my circus? Same idea, same idea. All right, So, um, yeah, so this is the last of our super new moons. I mean, I was thinking even before that, did we even have that term? Like, where did that come from? I always think of those things, right? So, um, yeah, it's rainbow of emotions. Which one are you today? That's basically what they're saying about this moon. Very emotional. Deepest fears, deepest loves, deepest deepest dreams. They're just going to rise up from the pit of our belly and into a new space of awareness. So lean into that more. Um, you are not your emotions though. You're just experiencing them. And for the first time collectively, we are all experiencing them together. That's probably why we're feeling this so much. Um, and your emotions, your thoughts, your stories are not who you are. They're simply the cloak that you wear as you travel from room to room on this journey called life. And Scorpio is scorpion, obviously, but also the phoenix. So they're like the merging of the two. And the short— the scorpion sheds its skin and the phoenix learns how to rise from the ashes. So total rebirth energy. We have to die what is no longer to rebirth, you know, what's going on. And it's funny that they talk about the bird's eye perspective again. Here it comes. So yeah, there's lots of stuff happening out in the collective. All right, uh, yeah, so we're gonna, we're gonna start this beautiful, uh, super new moon meditation. So if you just want to find a spot. Get comfortable. Close your eyes. You can be, of course, sitting. You can lay down. There is no right or wrong way for a meditation. It's your way and how you're comfortable. All right, so I'm just going to clear some of this energy off. I'm also bringing in a few, um, chants and om, uh, just to restore peace. I know that as well, Happy Diwali— that was yesterday, but you know, I, I am recognizing that as well. It's a beautiful festival of light and just honoring anyone that does celebrate that as well. So just close your eyes and start focusing on your breath. Slow your breath down. Really just, you know, enjoy what's going on around you, this whole feeling, this whole week. There's so much to look forward to. And we are going to just clear anything off that does not serve us at this time. If you have maybe a prayer that you'd like for yourself or someone else, include that in here. You can put that in the comments. Any type of healing will be brought forth as well, uh, because I am a Reiki master. So bringing in that energy, that healing energy as well. And we're gonna go through all of the chakras, and then we're gonna anchor this in Christ consciousness, so, because that is where my source lives. And here we go. So as you get comfortable, Just imagine coming from your root chakra, your base chakra, a thick, brilliant white cord. And just imagine that cord shooting down your legs and out your feet. The cord crashes through the floor, smashing through the dirt, tree roots, rocks, and debris, until it reaches just to the center of the earth. Here there is a giant rose quartz that is suspended in the middle of the earth. Your cord tightly wraps itself around the rose quartz and begins to shoot back up following the same path that it just came until it reaches just to the soles of your feet. And gently grounds and stabilizes you to the Earth Center. You are now grounded. We are gonna bring that beautiful pink energy up through your calves, your knees, your thighs, your buttocks, all the way up through the back, the stomach, the upper back, the chest area, the throat, the third eye, up through the crown. We are now anchoring, shooting up past through the cosmos into the universe, anchoring into Christ consciousness merging in with that beautiful light, beautiful white light. Now we're bringing that light back down through the crown. Just imagine feeling that. What does it feel like? What do you see? What do you smell? What do you taste? What do you know? Coming up through the third eye, the throat, the heart. Now we're merging the heart energy into the grounded energy, up into Christ consciousness, up into that merged energy. This is your soul. This is where your chakra, your soul chakra, your purpose, your passion lives. And we're bringing in new intentions for this new moon. What do you want? What does your heart long for? Does it long for peace? Does it long for joy? Does it long for truth? And we're gonna look at the root chakra right now. Clearing anything off that does not serve you. Just know, I have, I have. This is of Earth. You are secure. You are safe. You are stable. You are rooted in life and in yourself. Moving up through the sacral chakra. I feel, I feel, I feel so much that I pour it into my creative and sexual energy because it has the power to create and transform. I open myself up naturally to to others, and I feel my creative body streaming, streaming through the body, the soul, and the mind. And we're moving up to the solar plexus, the fire, the I AM, also the ego, knowing that I can, I already am. It's nothing outside of me. I accept myself completely. I'm full of radiant light and energy. My personal power is growing stronger every day. Now we're moving up to the heart chakra. I love. I am an open, channel for divine love. I put my heart into everything I do, and I love opening my heart and sharing it with others. We now move on to the throat chakra. I speak. I freely express my thoughts and feelings. I always communicate clearly and effectively, and I express myself freely and easily. Just clearing anything off there. Some big clearings going on. Now we're moving up to the third eye. I see. I am perfectly attuned to my vision. My imagination is for positive creative purposes, and I move towards my vision with clarity and purpose. Inner vision, insight, clairvoyance. Peace of mind, manifestation. And now moving up to the crown chakra. I know. I am now consciously living my divine purpose. I am in total harmony physically, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I am one with God and all creation. Shanti, shanti. That's restoring peace and harmony. Shanti, shanti. Anadam to restore inner joy and contentment. Shanti restores peace and harmony. Anadam, to restore inner joy and contentment. Sat Nam means truth is my name. And every time I speak it, truth is my name. So we're going to take thought, light, sound, touch, sight, taste, and smell and transform it into earth, water, fire, and air through ether. And light and thought. And just using simple chants and mantras and harmonies, using that, you know, really activates the throat chakra. I feel that that's what's really lacking right now. So I'm just clearing this off, and whatever's come to you, you might have heard something, felt something, seen something, known something, heard a song, seen a face, seen an image, felt an image, maybe it's a familiar smell. I want you to grab a piece of paper or your journal or something along those lines and just start writing whatever comes out. That's how intuitive writing works. That's how channeling works. You're just channeling yourself. All the things that we've ignored for so long about ourselves are coming through right now. Maybe you're getting a beautiful insight into your soul's purpose, and it's not— it's not a job, it's a feeling. It's a feeling. We're channeling this feeling. So what is your feelings right now? What are they? Put pen to paper and just start writing, and I'll wait a few moments, of course. But take your time coming back, of course. There's no rush. I'm still gonna try and— I'm gonna clear a few more things because I'm feeling there's— there is— it almost feels like someone's carrying like the whole weight of the world on their shoulders. I just heard, how, how, how am I doing this? How am I doing this? Okay, that we gotta let go of that attachment. That's an ego-based thought. That is a control thought. We need to let go of everything that we know. Because there is no normal anymore. It just is. And I think— I feel a lot of us are having issue with that, but we've been ignoring it for far too long, and that's why we're here. And maybe you beat yourself up a little bit about it. The Ho'oponopono prayer can work with yourself as well. So I'm feeling called to use: I'm sorry, forgive me, thank you, and I love you. And I love you. Be here now is about being very conscious, and you're here, you're doing the work. So bless you for doing the work, and just know that there is a light in you which is so holy that the whole world is sanctified by it. The whole world. Alright, so you are a beautiful child of God, just know that. And just be here now. Be in a state of love always. And you can't be the I Am, which encompasses everything, until you own that you are not. Because, you know, that, like I said, the world has a worthiness issue, right? No more. No more. All right. Yeah, Lynn is just saying she's feeling like she's carrying the load and need to release some of that pressure. Absolutely. All right. And woo, do I get warm every time we do stuff like this, do this work. So, ah. Which is amazing. I love it because I'm always cold, so this is great. Thank you, thank you so much, guys. Um, now I don't know if you wrote anything out yet. If you want to share with me, I'd love to hear. If you want to share offline and send me a private message, go for it. If you feel called to have a private reading or healing or both with with me. All the links are listed in the post, or reach out on my website as well. Yeah, it's all about how we're choosing in a holy instant, and it's as easy to connect when we have the tools to do so. All right. And don't compromise yourself, your faith, just to be part of a group that doesn't care anything about you anyways. I heard that from Joyce Meyer the other day. I was like, yeah, why do we do that? You know, like, you know, in high school we try to fit in with all the cool kids, or we wanted to be the cool kids. And me, honestly, I was a drifter. I've always been a gypsy. I was friends with as they say, you know, the nerds. I was friends with the punks. I was friends with, you know, the, you know, the metal guys and gals. I was friends with the preps. I, I didn't care because I knew that I didn't fit any mold. So that's probably why I would have friends in each group, which is cool. I mean, that is how you build a really good, um, uh, you know, a network of, of people. That have your back, and that's what we need. So yes, you're welcome, Tanya. She's saying it was very much needed, thank you. You're so welcome. And yes, thank you, thank you, Lynn. You're welcome, I appreciate you as well. All right, same here. Amazing. Um, I don't know if anybody has any other questions. Um, I mean, I, I can pull a card, but if you have a question, make it an open-ended question. I don't do yes or no, and I don't do predictions, um, because we have free will. That's, you know, because we're human. I get it, right? Uh, which really the only will we have is, is of God. But many are challenged by that aspect. So yeah, Lynn's saying the same thing. She didn't fit in anywhere, had a few friends all over the place. Same, same. And it's amazing when you kind of reflect back on that. So, and if there's anyone on the replay that has a question, um, you know, maybe, you know, there's, there's something else that, that you need. As well, I'm just going to tell you about the prayer circle. I do a prayer circle because I am training to be a chaplain. It's very important. Prayer is as sacred as it gets. It's powerful, and to pray for someone else is a beautiful gift and an act of service. So it's on Instagram Live every Friday at 9 AM Mountain Standard Time. So if you want to be part of that, follow me on Instagram as well. I'm just going to bring that down. And you know, it's— it changes lives, um, it really does. So yeah, Fridays at 9, tune in for that as well. If you're not sure about the energy overall of November and there's a ton of it. Have a look at my YouTube channel, follow me there as well. I put out quite a few videos, and I also have a podcast and live show every Wednesday called The Power of Healing Your Energy. And this past week I had a beautiful gentleman— man, his story is super powerful. You know, he put it all out on the table, and bless his heart. Vic Mann was his name. And you know, not too many guys would come on a show and just say, you know, I've had manic episodes, bipolar, I was in the psychiatric ward 4 times. He tried to, you know, die by suicide twice. I mean, And, and here he is trying to help other people. And, you know, we need more of that in this world, more helpers, right? So, um, tune in for Wednesday's show. I don't got the graphics ready, but, um, he is an empath as well, and he helps other people just like I do. So I think it's going to be great bringing him in. His name is Michael, but, um Yeah, that, that's pretty much the premise of, of the show. Oh, hi Marsha! Hello, happy Sunday to you, sending love and light to all. She is a graduate of the Unleash Your Magic intuitive mentorship, a beautiful soul out of California. We call her our cheerleader. She is the cheerleader of the group. And thank you for bringing that up, but the new mentorship starts in January 2021, so get on the waiting list. Just comment mentorship if you would like to work with me one-on-one once a week. If you're not sure how to open up to spirit or to connect with your soulful self, you know, to develop your intuition Basically, once that happens, like many of the ladies that went through already, things do not slow down. There's one lady I know that opened up her own yoga studio. Obviously she's doing it online, but she went the yoga route. She went the soulful route. That's where she wanted to go. Basically what I'm saying is once you tap into that, you're going to find out where your magic is, what you're meant to do in life. Who are you, right? So, yeah, and I love doing it. I love working with you guys. Um, it's amazing. And oh yes, uh, every Monday morning at 9 AM on soundsugarradio.com, I am live there as well. So tune in to that. It's a great Canadian station. They play all kinds of music, which is interesting because I used to work in radio and kind of circled back to radio. So, all right, yes. And, uh, please let me know if you have any questions, if you'd like to book a session. But hey, I want to wish you guys an amazing week. And, uh, thank you so much, Tanya, for being here, and Marsha and Lynn. I love you all. And anyone else that shows up afterwards. Please remember, healing begins where the ego ends. Take care and have an amazing week. Love you.
