October Reflection: Insights on Wealth, Health & Happiness

In this livestream-style monologue, Christine J. Gold reflects on the transition into October, framing it as an "ember season" symbolizing fire, rebirth, and the Phoenix. She invites viewers to join her weekly newsletter focused on high‑vibe energy, intuition, and authenticity. Christine discusses her personal connection to light, sun energy, frequency work, and light language as tools for aligning with one’s true self. She shares her global community, noting viewers from Austria, the UK, India, and elsewhere, and reveals her own ancestry work (Scottish, Irish, Austrian) and upcoming travel plans, including astro‑cartography and a desire to visit Rishikesh, India. The talk shifts to animal activism, honoring the recent loss of Jane Goodall and critiquing humanity’s destructive relationship with the planet, questioning why intelligent beings harm Earth. She denounces the ego‑driven narrative of U.S. power, consumerism, and the scarcity mindset, emphasizing personal responsibility over institutional salvation. Christine offers career and education commentary, arguing that formal degrees often program individuals into limiting boxes, advocating entrepreneurship, problem‑solving, and alternative learning models (e.g., hybrid play‑based schooling). She recounts her own mental‑health journey from corporate six‑figure misery to heart‑centered living, stressing the importance of daily gratitude, breathwork, and mid‑week mindfulness practices she hosts on YouTube. Throughout, she engages with live chat, answering location‑based questions, recommending off‑the‑beaten‑path travel, discussing animal tourism ethics, and sharing social media handles. She promotes her podcast appearance on "Angels and Destiny" where she discussed empath‑narcissist dynamics. The monologue concludes with an invitation to future mindfulness sessions, a reminder to check her October energy update, and a heartfelt farewell.

I'm enjoying another beautiful day here in— on Sunday, for example. Yeah, this truly is the first full week of October. Not sure if you had a chance to watch my energy update yet, but I will link that below as well. But it's really about, um, rebirth. And I, I just finished a newsletter for the community, and let me know if you'd like to receive the weekly newsletter. It's all about high vibes and energy and really tapping into our natural intuition, stepping into who we truly are, our authenticity, which many of us hide. You can call it your light, whatever you want. But I truly believe that this is ember season. And what do we mean by embers? We're talking about fire, we're talking about Phoenix energy, we're talking about rebirth. And I know a lot of people love summer and they're sad, but we can't hold on to things that change. I mean, change happens all the time. It's ever-evolving. It doesn't wait for anybody. So if you resist change, just like anything else, it will persist. And as you can see, I love working with Sun energy. I love working with light energy, light language, frequency, I mean, it's the coding that is in this, in these frequencies, is really what you need to work with, is what you really need to align with. Hello, Dr. Bema, and let me know where you are in the world as well, because I know that I have, um, this community is worldwide. It is not exclusive. We welcome everyone. This is a safe space, and really it's about cultivating compassion, empathy, connection, community, co-creation. You're from Austria? Oh, lovely! I actually have an ancestral line in that area, and I'm going to be visiting that area next year, so I'm very very excited to visit that part of— that's on my dad's side. I'm doing a lot of ancestry as well and astro-cartography and relocation, so I don't know if you're familiar with any of that. Anyways, and the other half of my family is from Scotland and Ireland, so I'm doing a bunch of travels in 2026. Oh no, I'm not in any state. I'm in a state of mind. I'm in Canada, so yeah, I just said I'm in Canada. I guess I need to put my Canadian flag in the description, but that's okay. So yeah, working with frequencies, light, sun, fire, all really all connections to the Earth, to Mother Gaia. We've got a nice little light aircraft flying overhead. There's actually really a little airport from here where a lot of local aviation students practice flying. And I don't know if you can see, but the mountains are in the background there, and we actually got a dusting of— they got a dusting of snow, so that's just where we are right now. I mean, the seasons have shifted, and we lost also a fellow activist and champion for animals, Jane Goodall. So I just really— and, you know, she said, she's talking about her work with chimpanzees, and it was just a short clip, but I mean, she's done so many talks over the years, and she was 85 at the time, and she said, you know, we are very, very similar. Clearly we have the same DNA as chimpanzees, but here's the difference: they cultivate, they care for each other, they care for their environment. And then she also talked about, oh, you know, life on Mars. We're discovering all these planets, but why are we destroying our own planet? If we are so intelligent, why are we destroying our own planet? Why? And we think that animals are beneath us, or— that's not my opinion, but there's people out there that, you know, think they can control and manipulate anything and everyone., and that's not going to work, because I truly believe Mother Nature will take you out. She decides. But we can just accelerate that process if you'd like. This idea that the USA is the most powerful country in the world— no, it is all ego-based. It is all based on fear and control and manipulation and scarcity mindset. And it is also the most addicted and obese country in the world. Yeah, I said it. I said it. So please don't tell me that a politician, a religion, or a science is going to save the world. It starts with us. It starts with me. It starts with you. Hi Suleiman, hi Joe. Amon, India, well, when it's not so hot, Amon. And I know I'm being called to Rishikesh. I know that's supposed to be the spiritual hub of India, but if it's too commercialized, too many tourists, I won't go there. So you recommend to me the better parts of India I should be traveling to. Because I like small, local, off-the-beaten-path. I am in Canada, that's where I am, although I just got back from Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. And I also want to pray a little bit for the Philippines. I was actually in Cebu in May, and they just had a— what is it— 7 magnitude earthquake. Just terrible. And then all the hurricanes they've had too. It's like, wow. Huh. So, oh, Birmingham, UK. Hi, Andrew. Yeah, actually I was in the UK last— nope, 2 years ago in April. I bypassed London. Sorry, London, I don't do big cities and all that jazz. I'm not your typical tourist. I'm a slow traveler. I'm a heart-based traveler, and I went right to the countryside and Bristol and Stonehenge and, yeah, Glastonbury, of course. The heart, that is where the heart chakra is. If you go, if you're interested in ley lines and all that and astrocartography, go check it out. No, I'm not from Vancouver. I'm originally from Vancouver, but I live in Calgary anyways. I live in the mountains. I live where everybody wants to go to Banff in summertime and completely overrun everything and destroy nature. Yeah, anyways, it's just interesting how we all want to covet. Oh, I need to go there because it was on Instagram. No, you don't actually. Have respect for the people that live there in the country. When I go visit other countries, I learn about the culture, I learn about the language, I have respect for the people. I don't just go there so I can get the best picture. Anyways. Or another ridiculous travel vlog, you know? That's scarcity mindset. That really is. So what, people can go "ooh, ahh" and then forget about it 5 seconds later? Wow, okay. You must visit our city where you will find Asian edicts, lions. And around my house there's a big forest, many animals. Cool, I love tigers. Actually, tiger's like my favorite animal, so I, I would love that as well. Um, I had an opportunity to go see elephants in Thailand. But when I started doing some research, they are actually, um, it's— they're tourism spots. They're not there to advocate for the elephants and care for them. So I didn't do it. I donated instead. Okay, you're in the East, Jock. Nice. Um, Car, I was thinking of to go to Canada for my master's. What do you think is the best city? With— honestly, I, I don't know. A master's in what? Um, honestly, um, I mean, if that's what you want to do, go for it. But you know what, getting a degree in— or a master's, or going to university isn't— is, for me, is not the way to go. And for a lot of people, it's not the way to go. I'd say solve a problem and become an entrepreneur. Anyways, that's just me. I've had over, what, 25 jobs? Couldn't work for anyone, so I work for myself. Anyways, and why? Because most institutions— I mean, why is it called an institution? Because when you go in, they program you, reprogram you, and mold you into who they want you to be, put you in this little box, and then throw you out into the world. Oh, and oh, by the way, you owe $100,000 in student loans. Okay, why? Why would you want to do that? Just, you know, this conception of the Western world that you need a degree and you need to make all this money and you want to be millionaires. And again, is you're being programmed to make you think you don't have enough and that you're never enough and that you need all these things, titles and certifications, in order to be enough. And I also get that there's a cultural component to this as well, where, you know, you're disowned in your family if you're not a doctor, a lawyer, or whatever. I don't agree with that either. I think that is— we have enough mental health issues in this world, we don't need any more. In India we have— yeah, that's right, you have the Bengal tigers. Love that. Yeah, I would love to because I know that they're endangered too, so I'd love to see the— how they're working to, um, help the tiger population. Help the animal population. So, oh, Fernando, people in Canada, no thanks. I could say the same wherever you live, you know. The country has nothing to do with it. It's here, it's the mind and the hearts of people, because we're all the same. We may look different, we may speak a different language, but at the end of the day, we all want to be loved to be valued and to be connected. Oh, well, thanks, Iman. Yeah, that's, you know, I used to think a lot, and then I got really, really tired. Now I lead with my heart. So, but sometimes, yes, critical thinking, you know, those things are quite useful. They get things done. Well, we tend to value too much of the mind when actually the heart is the most powerful. And you know, the most— actually, the heart tells this, not the other way around. So, so a lot of times we're shut down from the, from the neck down. We live all up in here, and that's why we have so many mental health issues as well and illnesses. And I know what I'm talking about. It happened to me in 2017. Addicted, anxious, depressed, living the corporate life. Yeah, buddy, I was making six figures. Woo! I was completely miserable, living a sham of a life. Wow. Anyways, so I'm just going to encourage you You know, there's less than 3 months in 2025. What do you want to do with the rest of your life? I mean, for me, if I'm going to be a centenarian, 100 years old plus, I have what, 49 Christmases left, 49 summers left. You know what I'm saying? So go do the thing. What's your dream? And who are you surrounding yourself with? I mean, I think that's really important too. You want to surround yourself with people that keep you vibrationally high, who support you. Yeah, the ones with a degree has a higher chance of getting a high— that's— there's no guarantee. With that high-paying job compared to no degree, especially from where I need that bare minimum education. But yeah, money, money's energy. So, or do you have an abundance mindset or a scarcity mindset? Right. Hi, Laurent, let us know where you're from. I'd love to know, but I, I get it. I mean, there is value in education, but I also believe education is changing. Um, in fact, I saw a news piece that popped up on my newsfeed about kids that are led by guides, not by teachers, and it's, it's a hybrid model of 'What, 3 or 4 hours of science and math and reading, and then the other half is more about play and art?' And I'm like, 'There you go. That's how you connect with kids, and that's how you build leaders, the next generation.' I mean, that's how it happens. Not— this is the same, you know, model that we teach everybody, and with 400 people in university. Boring. Oh, Omkar, see, I knew I was speaking to you about that. I could feel that off of you. I could feel that you're under a lot of pressure, and it's from the outside, and that's the worst pressure when you feel that the people that love you also— but it comes with conditions. That's— and here's the thing with parents, our parents, they're only— when they tell us these things, these are based on their own fears and their own— they didn't get to live out their dreams, so they're going to place what happened to them on you. So you can be like, thank you, and go do what you want to do. Go what makes your heart sing. What are your passions? Do you have hobbies? What is a problem that you could solve? Like, what do you really love to do? I would start there. And yes, our family, they want us to succeed. However, they have problem with it when they know that they have failed or they know somebody that has failed. So then they put that on you only to protect you, but actually that's a terrible way to go. I always told my boys, I was a single parent, if you're not in trouble with the law, you're not bleeding, you're not dying, do what makes you happy. I don't, you know, I care, but I have to let go because My children are not mine. They were never mine to begin with. We got to let that go too. So I get it. We place a lot of our fears into our children. Oh, you're from France. Bonjour. Comment ça va? I'm learning a little bit of French because I have a client that lives in Nancy, France. Hopefully I'm pronouncing that properly. I'm going to visit her next year. So, oh, I'm on— I'm just listening and it's like medication for me. Well, see, that's, um, now to the point where it's no longer going to be a, like, a placebo and you no longer need to take a pill, medication, whatever you want to call it. You're gonna reframe and reset and reconfigure your own mind and heart. But it just starts with daily practices. Every day, what are you grateful for? For me, I'm grateful for the sun. I mean, look at that. And look at, look at the view behind me. I mean, come on, I'm alive today. There's a big one. Jane Goodall didn't have that. Bless her heart. Dear Christine, you must visit India. Your mindset is the— yeah, I believe, I believe India keeps coming up, so spirit is like, hello, paying attention? Yes, I'm paying attention. You're a musician? Om karsi. I love music. Music is so healing. Music— oh my God, music is art. But here's the thing, we have this old wives' tale or this old superstition that all artists are broke and struggling. I mean, let's just look at Van Gogh for one. Nobody knew who he was until he ended his life, and then they're like, oh my God, so amazing, isn't he so amazing? No, let's celebrate these artists that are alive, like, while they're here. It's just amazing to me that nobody cares until somebody dies. I, I don't get that. Why are we not focusing on living? They want you to get a degree and get computer science job. Well, that sounds boring. I mean, unless you love computers, then go for Uh, viva Mexico! Yes, I've actually been to Mexico a few times, Fernando. I'm on— just give me your social media handle and I'll follow you. Sure, I mean, I'm here on YouTube already. You can follow me on LinkedIn as well. I actually do quite a few career and growth mindset. Like, I know a lot of people that are struggling with job, trying to find a job, a J-O-B, trying to pivot in their career. A lot of students, a lot of people that are like, I don't like my job anymore, but I don't know what to do. Hey, that is the perfect place to be. I love, I love working with people. I love watching people go, oh my God, yes, this is what I want to do. They got a fire under their ass and they're lit. That's what passion is. A lot of people have lost their passion. A lot of people feel lost. A lot of people feel disconnected. And I hear this word lonely, but let me tell you, I've been surrounded by thousands of people and I've never felt more lonely. You need to find the right people. And look at that, 6-6. Today is a 6 day. Uh, Perry, I do have an Insta handle. It is Medium Christine J Gold. I have a few actually, but I do. I mean, I work in digital marketing, you've got to have a few profiles. Just here's a tip, not that I want to spend all my time on social media, um, but I've been on YouTube for since 2018. So over 1,000 videos. I've put in my time. I have. So anyone that says, well, who are you? How are you qualified? L-I-F-E, life. Anyways, uh, Laurent, what is that, a fortune cookie and a banana? I can't tell. It's really hard to see. Anyways, so yeah, I'm sitting here, I'm relaxing, and then I decide to jump on YouTube. Okay, who's going to be back here on Wednesday? Every Wednesday I do a midweek mindfulness where we do some breathwork. There's a guided meditation, there's healing frequencies, there's Reiki. I mean, I can send you a power symbol right now if you'd like. Um, yeah, it's just a midweek shakeup for your energy, for yourself. Um, now I'm getting hearts and I'm getting the muscles. All right, let's go. All right, well, I, I'm I'm going to say au revoir and arrivederci, ciao, and I hope to see you soon. Definitely go check out my energy update for October. It's out. I also just recently was a guest on a podcast called Angels and Destiny, so go check that out where I talked about empath and narcissist. Healing the Trauma Bond Forever. So yes, merci, merci beaucoup. Sending lots of love. Take care.
