Hello and welcome everyone to the weekly empath energy exchange for November 23rd, 2020. And the word, uh, tuning in today, the word was Reset, obviously. And then a song had come in as well, Faith by George Michael. What I've actually seen reset over the last couple days. So for me, you know, those were messages I was, you know, being, you know, told, okay, this is what's going on here because last week was all about the ascension activation. And, um, you know, there was Caring Connections, Blossoming Abundance, you know, everything, um, some beautiful cards, uh, from last week, beautiful, um, Floating, Ascending. Um, now, uh, this is coming in. It's just, you know, it seems we know it's coming. And you're going to say, Christine, what is coming? The Big Reset. And don't, don't be afraid of this. This is just a refresh. It's like, it's like a computer. You need to reboot, reinstall, take out that old programming and install something fresh. All right, here we go. To be treated right, treated with respect, treated with honor, with truth, with sovereignty, complete faith utter kindness streaming out your pores. Not just spreading this online, but in everything you do, you speak, you see, and you hear. It is so imminent. I'm like, okay, these are big words here. Imminent, that it just to me sounds like of the utmost importance. We cannot turn away anymore, that we hold the light. We are the light. We be the light. We share the light. Hold space and spaces, even as vast as they are. And in Canada, it's very vast, the spaces. I mean, just to travel by car, from 3 provinces over takes about, you know, takes a couple days. So we're holding space for that because I feel like there's a lot of people on the move, including myself. So yeah, there's a lot of movement going on. People are finding their places. Their places. Where do you belong? You've always belonged. But really, we're holding, um, holding space, holding love, holding light. Ah, um, it's never too far. God is a mighty holy instant, and so is the feeling. You are, we are mastery of self, of healing. No more fight flight or freeze or freaking out because you're going back into your trauma. And if this is coming up still, acknowledge it, breathe, really do the body scan and go, okay, where is this coming from? This is something normally many times from the past that feels like it's present, but it's not. We're going to breathe it all the way through and out. It's very important to move that energy through and recognize it. You are not your thoughts. I think we all know that though, right? And we're really practicing. I know I am. Every time something comes up, I catch it. And if I slip, you know, you can— oops. My bad. I see this. Thank you for showing me. Just be very kind to yourself. And many people are coming to you from places that they exist from. Exist. Wow. I don't want to exist. I want to thrive. I don't know about you guys, but I want to thrive. So that's why I'm making some big moves and shifts in my life. So, you know, it may be scary, of course, the unknown, but we're all mystical travelers, right? We've done the work, we're doing the work. So yes, just the the self-love, the self-care. Be very mindful. Just like yesterday, by 3 o'clock, I was just zapped right out. So I'm like, okay, like I felt totally exhausted. So I laid down and I closed my eyes for 20 minutes. I didn't fall asleep, but I was just resting, not doing anything, not feeling anything, not thinking anything, not watching anything. I wasn't doing, I was being. I guess that's the big thing is be. We've— there's got to be more beings and less doings. And I felt so much better after. I felt refreshed. I felt like I had a nap because I, I got to let go. So we're asking you to do that as well. And then I thought, okay, I'm gonna check the Schumann's resonance. Oh, Christine, what's that? Maybe you don't know, but it is the global energy, the energy of the Earth has a frequency just like we do. You can check it out online. If you need the link, let me know, but just Google Schumann resonance and you'll get the website, and it shows you the spikes in energy. And around that time, it was very high, and I could feel it. So we were obviously going through some big upgrades here. And the frequency is 7.59 Hz, just like us, just like us. That's why we need to go outside and be in nature because it resets our frequency. Are we making the connection here now? I know I am. It's more than just being outside and hugging a tree. It does amazing things to get away from Wi-Fi and computers computers and electronics and those frequencies, they're disturbing our tones, our DNA. They're disturbing us. They really are. They're making us sick as well. I can get into that another time, but maybe I'll do a video about that because I've been seeing it a lot more where, you know, people are coming out saying, I have I'm sick, and once I got out into the mountains, I felt amazing again. Yeah, because you're tuning into that global vibration, that frequency. It is healing, healing. The more times you get in touch with nature, it's nurture. It's not a fad, it's a fact. True story. So the more times we can be barefoot and ground, or maybe we get, um, EMF, you know, the, um, electronic magnetic frequency clothing is available, sheets are available, earthing sheets, earthing mats. There's so many things, um, I've heard installing copper, um, you know, there's ways, obviously what you eat, if it's organic and as of the highest vibration as possible. You know, fermented food, elderberry syrup, you know, natural stuff, essential oils, going back to nature in everything we do, everything we eat, everything we holistically treat ourselves with. And that includes our clothing and our furniture. Anything, anything. All right, I felt like I, you know, kind of went off on a little tangent here, but, um, I guess it's just really important, um, really start looking and doing the research and, and, and start talking to people, right? Connection, co-creation, collaboration. Okay, the end of this is about taxing the body and how I went off on the Schumann's resonance. Breathe, breathe, breathe. Feel, feel, feel. Love, love, love. Forgive, forgive, forgive. Clarity, clarity, clarity. Peace, peace, peace. Peace out. So yeah, it's interesting that they made me repeat all of those words. I mean, I wrote them down. It's, it's, it's here. It's, you know, this is my you know, scribble here. This is all of it, right? So I'll put this away, but, um, I want to talk more about George Michael and faith. You know, it's interesting, um, I absolutely loved George Michael. I had the biggest crush on him. He has an amazing— he has a voice of an angel. Um, just everything about him, right from the beginning. Um, but I, you know, finding out more about him after, of course, after his death and all that, it's just very interesting. But the song, you know, the song Faith, it's just interesting how they twisted, how they twisted, um. I'm sure Faith was not based on, um, the relationship. I feel it was a relationship with self. And with God, because, um, you got to be a strong man. It's time to pick up my heart off the floor. I need some time off from that emotion. I know the games that you play. And something about it would be nice if I could touch your body, because I know not everybody has a body like you, but I'm thinking this is spirit, spirit body, the light body. This has nothing to do with sex, not at all. So go and Google the lyrics, um, talking about the river becoming an ocean, my foolish notion, I have to wait, I have to have faith. Faith, faith, faith. Faith is knowing it's already happened, just like when you pray, it's already happened, it's already happening. Connecting with God is I am, we are. That's what that faith is all about. Let's think about that more than of the actual making it a holiday or making it, turning everything into Black Friday and just twisting it just like those song lyrics. That's not what it means, okay? And I am just— we are just picking from the Crystal Reading Card deck today. Today, what do we need to know? What Other than the reset feeling, what else are we working on for the week? What is the, um, you know, what are we working on this week? What are we working on this week? What? Wow. And the cards are just— oh, there we go. Ah, well, isn't that interesting? You know, we talked about the song Faith and the this is what pops out. Cro— crochite. Hopefully I say that properly, pronounce it properly, guys. If not, you let me know, because I know someone will. There are, um, crystal experts out there, and get them on the line. Obviously this is a vibrant orange, but to me, like, when I first look at it, it looks almost red. So, but you know, the sacral is very much tied to our roots as well. It is a crystal that— this crystal is only found in Tasmania, Australia. Wow. So life force energy, fire elements, burning away blockages that stop you truly living in the creative flow of the universal energy. And it transforms anything related to sexuality. See how I was saying 'Oh, that song is not related to that,' but there is some relation to it. The kundalini energy activation, that's, you know, aligning all the chakras, lighting up the inner Christmas tree, Christmastree. Deep sexual life force energy connections to sensuality enhances tantric unions, assists in expressing your creativity. Oh my goodness, so it's It's about your sexual energy is your creative energy. So don't, you know, they're saying to open up to this. It's working and healing old perceptions, old wounds, judgments you have made around sex. Honor yourself. You are a divine and sacred sexual being. If you are uncomfortable or feel you have wounds about sexuality, seek support and guidance of a professional. Yes, so you can heal, grow, and express yourself. You're guided to work closely with the magical medicine of this crystal to support your awakening. Ah, you know, I love when spirit shows up and says, um, Christine, no, you don't. That's not— no, this is part of it, but that's not what it means. And if you're gonna go, um, looking at trauma per se, recognizing what it is Feel it. Learn to say it's not happening right now and find a new now. So be very present in that and give thanks and get the therapy. Do the breathwork, massage, yoga, meditation, cry, scream, move it, and call in God's presence of peace and love to assist with, with this energy. Because this is— yeah, definitely, um, I've seen it a lot. Just, you know, the Me Too movement and just everything that's come out in 2020. The child sex trafficking rings, all of it, all of it is coming full circle and we cannot ignore it anymore. So for working on the sexuality piece, what, what else are we working on here and how is this going to help? Oh man, here we go. Are any of you going through relationship healing or trying to heal relationships of any kind? This is Morganite, Morganite, and I have never pulled this card before. Never, never, never, never. Not in the— I have over 200 uploads on YouTube. I have never pulled this card in a reading for anybody. So this is new. We have done the work, I feel. Look at that beautiful pink. I love that with— oh, the pinks, the pinks. It's all about the heart. Morganite, relationship healing. I'm just going to bring it in a little Yeah, there we go. So much fun trying to hold this and, you know, working on everything at the same time. Uh, old pains and wounds around your relationship. So breathe this gentle yet powerful energy deep into your heart. This is the grandmother stone of rose quartz. I love rose quartz. That's my favorite. See, I did not know this. I am learning something new today. Oh, Deeper Wisdom of Love. Deeply love yourself, love beyond, and look honestly at old sabotaging relationship patterns that are keeping you stuck. It's taking a leap of faith into the heart where you can find strength and courage to heal. So it connects to the love of the divine, enhances love of all aspects of self, releases the self-sabotaging relationship patterns, allowing for loving unconditionally. Heals old relationship wounds. It creates a sacred space to heal disconnection between two souls in a divine relationship, whether it is plutonic or romantic. Oh, you know, it's saying current relationships are undergoing deep healings and transformations. They have been very challenging of late. This is personal growth and deeper connection. Who— be aware of what feels like a crisis can often be profound catalyst for change. Deep wounds, old patterns are surfacing to provide great opportunities for change, renewal, transformation. A lot of transformation, personal growth blessing you in the healing rays. Move forward in any relationship in a loving and positive way. Know that you're deserving of a loving divine relationship, and it's now time to truly embody and believe this for yourself. Beautiful. Now, um, I have a grounding practice that I use, a grounding— it's a quick meditation. It's a great, great, great way to ground. Try and say that quick 10 times. And it— I always use the rose quartz because it connects to love, and that's who we are. Love, pure love. Feel that beautiful pink love energy. What is the ultimate, ultimate outcome of all of this? And here we go, cards are flying. Learning, learning. Yeah, obviously with the fluorite, fluorite, more learning needs. Yeah, we are learning, all of us, in different ways. Green, beautiful. This is for all the chakras. Retaining information, restoring memory. So good memories, right? Good memories. New knowledge, new learning, clear perspective, balancing the mind and mental body. Yeah, which really resets the rest of the body. So whatever your situation, this is a powerful time of learning and growth that will assist you greatly as you move forward. So forward movement, lots of opportunities, great lessons and learning in life right now. Enjoy it. I love that beautiful green energy. I also feel it's like a heart, a heart chakra as well. And then there was another card, Herkimer Diamond. Mm-hmm, heart and crown energy. Dream state. Sleep with this beautiful crystal under your pillow. Will allow you to remember and access your dreams, your Akashic Records. Ah, gives you, you know, that feeling of dynamic personality, vibrancy, shine in your totality, and you're magnificent because you totally are. Inspiration, new ideas, sweeps the mind clear of clutter as well. Ah, pay more attention to your dreams. They release and let go of old stale emotions, thoughts while you sleep. You receive messages, signs and symbols. More into— more intuition, more fruition, renewed passion. Yeah, gosh. So this week is all about healing of the sexual energy, the creativity, your, your sexual nature, relationship healing as well, learning, and through your dreams. You can access anything, guys.
