Hey everyone, I just wanted to get on quickly. I know I haven't posted a YouTube video. Unfortunately, I was out of town. I was just honoring some self-care, just some health issues that popped up, and I took the time to take care of myself. I actually went and saw a kinesiologist, and if I don't— if you're not sure what that is, she basically— it's like an old traditional Chinese method like chi. So she worked through my energy, she found some blockages. Now because I'm new to the medium business and the spiritual business and the psychic business, I need to work more energetically on releasing cords from people when I, when I do readings, protecting myself more, clearing my chakras more, meditating more, grounding more. So actually learned quite a bit. I wasn't practicing, uh, self-Reiki on myself as well. So, um, yeah, it's— I guess it's just a reminder that, um, you know, you're a healer, but at the same time you need to take care of yourself.
