If you've joined us before, we are live doing this This week I felt, uh, well, we felt very called that this was important, um, this week, uh, obviously with everything going on, um, you know, all the planetary energy, uh, it's pretty palpable. I strongly, strongly believe in this. And, uh, almost finished my vision board and still working, got a few more pieces. But I actually had a lady, Christine is her name, she reached out to me last or last night and shared me her, you know, her vision board. And I'm like, wow, that's amazing. And you know what, I am going to post it on the page because she said it was okay to share it. And I could have shared it here, but yeah, anyways, there's so many things to do when you're live and doing everything on your own. Hey, there's only so much you can do. But hey, I will definitely share this. I make sure I will share this next week as well. But as well, if we're going to do this at quarterly, every 3 months, because, um, you know, Spirit, uh, you know, the collective was saying, you know, there's no more looking ahead every, you know, 5 years, 10 years, no more of that. I mean, it's more of a feeling, and, um, but it changes every 3 months. We can adjust, we adapt, we can add things, we can remove things. So that— so now we're doing it every 3 months. So I believe, I think it was March 18th, it was the next date. So I will have that out shortly. Then, you know, you guys can sign up and it's free. Hope you're having an amazing Sunday. Sunday, Sunday, Sunday. So yeah, the, the, um, you know, tuning in, I get the keyword, um, and it's soothe. And, you know, I will draw inspiration from, um, uh, Bracha Goldsmith. And if you don't know who she is, she's an amazing astrologer. I found her through Lee Harris, who is a beautiful channeler and intuitive and musician. Uh, this, you know, just their energy is amazing. So maybe go check them out. But she was talking about this week's energy, and, you know, here, I'm just gonna say this. Where, where are your stuffed animals? Where are your stuffed animals? Look at all these guys, aren't they cute? I mean, if you're listening on the podcast, get your stuffies, hug them, cuddle them. When was the last time you did that? When was— and it's not— we are all children. We need to play more. We need to have more fun blowing bubbles. I still have my Christmas tree up and I'm not taking it down. In fact, I'm decorating it for the Chinese New Year, which is the Metal Ox. Yes, and then, you know, Valentine's Day and St. Paddy's and on and on and on. Why not? Why not? Anyways, um, so this, you know, just the idea is very soothing and finding comfort when things just seem crazy. When things feel, hmm, when you feel you're being pulled, right? You got to find your center. You got to find your center. So that's why we're here. So yes, and I mean, this bear, this is my youngest son's. I mean, this bear is 22 years old. Look at him, isn't he cute? Anyways, I'm putting those aside because I could just talk about stuffed animals all day for some reason. Yes, I'm doing well, Lynn. Thank you so much. So we're just going to get right into the, the channel. Um, the, the week, you know, January 18th, 2021, if you break it down to numerology, is the number 5. 5 is all about change, right? And I've said this in another group, um, part of our prayer group. I said, you know what, it's not that, um, the United States is center of the world. But you know what, in a, in a way it is, because everybody's watching what's going on here, right? We know what's coming up on the 20th, the inauguration. So please be mindful, this is not a week, uh, to fight. This is not a week to get pulled into drama. That basically— stay in your own lane. That's what I'm saying. Be very, very mindful because it's going to be very disruptive, and that is the whole idea of splitting the narrative and causing separation. So really watch where your energy is being drawn into, okay? That's what I'm saying. So, um, and I was listening to, uh, Michael Murdad, and he said we are incarnating so fast we come back as our own grandchildren. I thought that was very profound, and funny at the same time. All right, so here's the channel: Be the light, be the presence, be the peace, be the change you want to see, feel, know in the world. Spiritual warrior wielding the sword of truth, the armor of God, and the shield of love, helmet of consciousness. That's why we're here. The sandals of rootedness. So as above, as below, this is how I'm seeing this. The cuffs of sovereignty. I feel like Wonder Woman when I'm thinking of cuffs, you know, def— you know, deflecting, protecting. And the heart of courage. The heart of courage. And I also heard that fear needs courage, but we throw fear around and to subconsciously block ourselves from stepping into who we fully are. You already are. Stop talking yourselves out of things. Stop talking yourselves out of things. Um, the, the greatest regret in life is to not do something that you always wanted to try but were too scared to. We're going back to Leo Tolstoy: don't die with the music still in you. All right, so finding ways to comfort and soothe with what's coming, you know, it's— where's your sanctuary? You know, where is your inner sanctuary? Share with me, even if you got— you're on the replay, even if you're on the podcast listening to this driving, wherever you are in the world, share with me where is your place that you go to. For me, it's outside, it's nature. Every time I went for a 2-hour walk today and it was amazing that trans— the instant transformation, right? Not only, you know, with the meditation and prayer, and, you know, they call— they call that the holy instant as well. The holy instant. So where can you find your holy instant? Where is it? All right, so this week as well, going to do a little bit different. I thought I'd —well, switch it up a little bit—using the Crystal Reading Cards, Crystal Reading Cards, and we're going to draw from the Shaman Healing Layout. Cards were already chosen, uh, to account for time, obviously. And the first card is crokite. Looks like we got a bit of glare there. There we go, crochite. So they're asking you, this is the underworld and the hidden aspect, sexuality, sacral, sacral chakra, you know, the creativity, the inner child that I've been doing a lot of work in that in the last 6 months myself, and then with clients, um, in the mentorship group that I have, the, the intuitive mentorship. So this is a life force energy, the fire element, assisting and burning away any blockages. And it's a transformation related to anything in regards to sexuality, the inner child, activating the Kundalini life force energy. And when we talk about Kundalini, it's like going up through, you know, through your chakras. It's the same idea, it's having them all connected. It invokes your sexual and life force energy, deep connections to sensuality enhances unions and yeah, your creativity. So what are you creating? Why— I just heard, why did you stop creating? Um, your, your sexual energy is your creative energy. So this is sacred and integral to who you are. Sacred and integral. So if you are uncomfortable or feel you have wounds you can seek support and guidance and, and just to help heal and grow and express itself. It's very magical. Um, yeah, it— I guess that's why I brought the teddy bears out, because we need to find more ways to transform and to heal that part of ourselves. Um, yeah, I want to say it's, it's a mother wound. It's the heart, you know, you think of the mother, Mary Magdalene. It's the heart as well, um, very much connected to that. Um, do you ever find yourself maybe being more yang, you know, more push, push, push? This is asking you to pull back and just relax and lean into it and feel everything and try things that are what you— what the ego would deem as silly. That's a real good indicator that you need to continue going that route. Having more fun, having more fun. All right, so that's the, the hidden— that's something that's hidden that is definitely coming to the surface. I've been seeing that a lot in my community as well. It's quite the, um, you know, and I hate to say this, but the old paradigms, the beliefs, the thoughts, the patterns, that old, um Oh gosh, you know, that old news, that, that government, all that stuff is trying to pull you back down. It's trying to pull you back down, trying to trigger you. So be very mindful about the triggers, what you're being— and we already talked about trauma, we already talked about it. Um, so, and as well, you know, your greatest ability is your availability. Availability— what are you available to? What are you putting your energy into? And prayer, you know, I will keep going back to that, is withdrawing from the ordinary, which is that illusion, and falling into extraordinary, falling into extraordinary. And you are a miracle worker. This is your, your year, your miracle year. Miracle Zone. Don't you want to be in the zone? Where's your zone? Where's your sanctuary? That's, you know, that's what they're asking as well. Um, so now we're working on the physical. What is the physical issue? Agate. Agate. Healthy body, healthy body. Interesting colors here. Um, it almost looks like there's a face in this crystal in this picture as well, so Funny that I'm seeing that. I mean, I've looked at this card a few times, but, um, you know, yeah, root and sacral, root and sacral. And you've got browns, creams, blacks, reds, oranges in this card. It's a beautiful card. It's healing wisdom, restores and grounds and nurtures your energy field. Divine qualities of Mother Earth reconnects shamanic journeying to meet the plant and tree divas, plant and tree divas. You can work with this medicine, um, and you don't have to be an expert at it either. I mean, you, you know, you go to what you're drawn to. Go ahead and, and, and research and look at the plants, hang out with the trees, and find out what you're really drawn to and go from there. So your physical body is a sacred temple. More self-care, more balance, ultimate health. That's why I choose to get outside every day, because that is a way to detox, to detoxify the toxicity that is in the field. And it also helps clear away old emotions, and it also keeps you flexible, adaptable, bendable, you know, and not rigid. In any means. And you're going to age wonderfully, not decrepidly, right? I feel that's very important. You know, you're going to live longer, then you have to take care of the body, not just, you know, the, the woo-woo stuff and the spirituality and bypassing other things. It's the 360 well-rounded approach. Hitting it at all sides, on all sides, very important. All right, so yeah, you're starting with, um, you know, healing that mother wound, as I would call it. And now we're going to look at the last piece, and I love this part, the upper world, the higher learning. So you're grounded in the crokite, you've got your healthy body Now we're going for higher learning. And you know what, Spirit courts through music. Music is transformative. Every morning I wake up, I have a song in my head, always do. Um, so they're asking, you know, what are you listening to? Are you— because you can instantly raise your vibrations through music. Whether it's a song, maybe you're dancing, maybe you play an instrument. Do you play an instrument? Share with me. I don't. Um, I remember playing drums in grade 7 and 8, and then I dropped it, but I've always loved drums. So I know at some point I'm going to bring the drum energy back in. But this Spirit Quartz is lavender, pink, and white. It's definitely connected to the crown chakra, that type of energy. Music is— has so many tones. It opens up your natural gifts, talents, and passion around music and sound. It opens up to the music of the cosmos, the fairy realm, and nature spirits. Very interesting because agate was all about the plant divas, right? That type of spirit. Nature balances your chakras instantly. Energy field Inspiration, balance, aligns to pure joy and freedom. That is your divine birthright. So yeah, your cells, you're rewiring, recharging, reconnecting all of your cells. And speaking of that, I mean, I always use my Buddha bowl. I love the Buddha bowl, but I got something new. I got a new toy, and I, I'm thinking I'm gonna get a drum as well, and probably like a hang drum. Maybe a gong. I have no idea. I mean, the, you know, the world is our oyster when it comes to play. I got a tuning fork. Now, I don't know if you can hear it. It's very subtle, but, you know, you put it around the body and instantly you can hear the vibrations, and I can feel it going right through. You know, Reiki masters use this quite a bit, or you can use it on yourself. I mean, it's the same idea. Idea. It's finding ways to bring you back to your sanctuary, your inner sanctuary, your healing center, your, um, you know, a place that no one and nothing can touch you. It's your Zen Den. Yeah, Zen Den, I like that. Yeah, so let me know, um, what, uh, you know, in regards to music, what, what you're using, what you like to use. And, um, yeah, even if it's on the replay, I'm not going to leave you hanging, okay? I, I don't do that. Um, yeah, so yeah, we're— the cards are done, the channeling is done, uh, the Reiki is going to be invoked right now, and it will work at any time. So maybe just bring your intentions to this, um, if you have a prayer or someone that, um, you'd like you're healing for, put it in the comments. Even if it's on the replay, bring your intentions here, okay? Because this is a sacred space. This is a space of healing. This is a space of community. This is a space of connection. Um, and you know, this is our time to step into the sovereignty of who we are. Um, you're a supreme being of high awareness. And I live in a consciousness of choice. So, um, you have to have intentions, intentionality. That, that's my word for 2021. So, and I heard this, uh, they call it the corona bonus or the COVID come on. I'm like, this is too much. Um, so dominion over your awareness in the miracle zone. You guard your consciousness. Guard it. It's yours. You decide where you want to live. That's about choosing and choice. Don't let others pull at you. The, the corporate media, they're reporters of the old paradigm. This is a new world, a new Earth. That paradigm does not hold anymore. So don't get caught up in that. You are the reporter you of what's emerging and what's merging. I, I find that, yeah, that, that was beautiful too. That was an act, just an act, little extra here. So, uh, Lynn's just saying that she still has her teddy from when she was 4 or 5. That's cute. You'll have to share with us. Uh, yeah, I'm gonna have to— I'll think I'll post tomorrow because, I mean, that's a perfect segue. I gotta line up all my teddies. I had them in my Christmas tree, but I took them out. So I'm, yeah, I'm just going to line them up. But, um, I think of Mr. Bean because he had his little teddy. And anyways, Lynn, yeah, there are different types of tuning forks, of course, and different hertz. Mine is 256. So it really just go with what you're drawn to and have fun with it. That's all that matters. Um, it doesn't— you know, there is no right, there is no wrong. All right, so we're going to get into the, um, meditation. I've already attuned. Maybe have a little bit of water. Don't forget your water, guys. Very important to hydrate the mind, the body, the spirit. All of it. All right, so I'm just going to clear some of this off. So we're just clearing off anything that does not serve us. I'm barely touching this, this, uh, this bad boy here, and he is just like, wow, we are starting strong here. Um, I really feel like this is a yin week, meaning more flow, more pullback, creative, tender loving care, TLC. So just imagine, you know, um, being fully rooted into Mother Earth right now. You're rooted in this, you're tethered, and we're going to use a shungite Because shungite, uh, properties are known to clear, clear and protect any energies that are not yours and release them back into Mother Earth. They have amazing healing modality in shungite. So we're going to bring that energy up through your feet and your legs, your knees, your buttocks, Clearing out the root chakra, the sacral chakra, the solar plexus. Just imagine this coming up to your heart, to your throat, to your third eye, where I just had a message of overthinking, overthinking. Shut it down. Let it go, those old narratives, that negativity. Releasing them now as we pull them up through the crown chakra, the crown chakra right up into Christ consciousness, to your guides, your angels, your loved ones, the collective, the cosmos. You are the stars, you are stardust, you are pure magic. When did you stop believing in them? When did you stop believing in that? It's time to open your eye. It is all the illusion here, and know the truth. The truth of your divinity lies in your consciousness. And when are you going to just surrender and let go? There is no right way, there is no wrong way. We get too attached to titles, to certifications, to having to do it perfectly, to I have to know everything, I have to figure out everything, I have to reason everything. But you're doing that, you're, you're reasoning, you're shutting yourself away and putting yourself into a box, a box of I'm not good enough, I'm unworthy, imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome. Just know that that's an old pattern, an old belief, an old paradigm. Invoking the power symbol Cho Ku Rei, Cho Ku Rei, Cho Ku Rei. Se Hei Kei, Se Hei Kei, Se Hei Kei for mental and emotional healing. Dikomo, Dikomo, Dikomo across all space and time. Hon Shei Sho Nen, that is the distance part. There is no distance. I already feel my fingers pulsating here, so we've got this big ball. And you can create this as well. Put your hands together, start rubbing them. You have your own energy, your own auric field, your own colors, connections. Whatever comes in, those are your clairs. Feel them, hear them, see them, know them, taste them, smell them. Now start pulling your fingers apart slowly. You can actually feel that that's you, that's your energy. Now we're just going to take this ball and we're going to put it out into the field, out across the world to anyone that needs this beautiful healing energy. And it will go to where it's needed, not to where you think it should go, but where it's needed. That is called surrender. Letting go, having no attachments to anything, opening your heart, expansion, the mother, allowing that to come in. And it's like a closed rose that is slowly opening. The beautiful healing energies of a rose, just— and the smell Amazing, amazing. Um, and I'm extending this to you. I'm extending this to you. It's like saying namaste. The lights within me greets the lights within you. That is your only purpose, is to be in service. It's not, oh, when I get this 'job,' or, 'Oh, when I get a boyfriend or girl or partner or a car or a house.' None of that, that doesn't, that doesn't hold here at all. That does not hold. That is external, ego-based, and it does not serve. All right, so I'm just holding this a little bit longer. I'm also invoking Archangel Michael to come into this, um, because I heard cords and attachments. Making sure that we are cutting all cords and attachments with anyone, any negativity, anything that you feel— maybe you're being attacked, maybe you're being— you feel like you're being controlled, manipulated. Any type of attachment, any energy that does not serve you is now being sent back in love and light. And then just imagine you have mirrors around you. This is your protection. You can see this as your auric field, but this is your protection. Because not only with the cutting of the cords, you need the protection— the protection when you go out anywhere. Protect yourself, protect your car, where— protect yourself at wherever it is. And that's not saying that, oh my goodness, you people are terrible. No, no, no, it's— this is my beautiful field and I'm extending this light to you. However, it is not coming in, okay? It is not coming in. We meet unless it's a mutual exchange and not an attack. Very interesting that that comes up. So someone, someone in the field here is feeling attacked. But they're not— I feel like they're exposing themselves or leaving themselves open too much. It's almost like a form of attention. You don't need that attention. You don't need to get compliments. You already are. It's nice to hear, but you don't need that. All right, all right, so I'm just going to release that. Bringing in Sandalphon to help with music, that music quality, bringing more musicality into your life. And Raphael coming in in green with the beautiful healing, heart healing, healer, walking, walking the healing modality and living it. And teaching it and sharing it as well. All right, so just take a moment to come on back. This was pretty quick. I, yeah, for some reason I'm like, we're just doing this. I'm not— there's no breath and closing your eyes. Let's just go. Um, the time is now. I almost feel like, um, you just need to drop into it. So that's what we did. That's what we did. All right, so let me know how you are feeling. Um, I've shared the story before about my bowl when I first got it. I, I— here's what happens. I'm gonna make this thing work, so I'm doing it, and it wasn't doing. So then I'm like, hmm, okay, I'm just gonna play around and have fun with it. Oh, this is how it works, and if I do this, it kind of changes a little bit. And then as I kept practicing and leaving myself out of it and just having fun, I barely touched the thing. And, um, it— yeah, it's just— it's like we had to work together to become that connection together, if that, you know, if that makes sense. Be one with the instrument. It's just practice, that's it. That's it. I always seem to draw the emotions. Yeah, um, yeah, I just heard there, yeah, cry, because a lot of times we, we do hold on to things. We don't want to, um, be vulnerable or show that we're weak in any way, because a lot of— in my experience with my clients, a lot of people feel that is a form of weakness because they have to maintain this image, or not image, but this front that I'm so very strong and I can't let go because if I let go then I don't know what's going to happen. It's like the floodgates, it's like the floodgates open. I get it, I understand. It's a form of protection. I get it, I, I did it. And it's like being in fight or flight, um, And it reminds me of a show I watch on Netflix called Surviving Death. It's amazing. It's about near-death experiences. If you have not watched it, go for it. It is amazing. Okay, but there was, um, this guy that he was in fight or flight, but it almost— it just kept going and going and he didn't shut it off. So it manifested as a disease, as autoimmune disease, which is very prevalent in our society because it's like you, you're shutting— the body shuts itself down because it's in the fight or flight and doesn't know what to do. So this lady came along, and you have to watch the show. I don't want to give it away, but I was in tears. I was just blown away. Um, he actually, after that session, he could move his hands again because it was almost like they're becoming arthritic because he was holding on so much. And I thought about this— my mother has arthritis. It makes a lot of sense. It's like you're in survival mode all the time. Ah, so doing stuff like this and practicing more meditation and breathwork and healing frequencies and whatever it is is going to get you in places where you're letting go, you're releasing, and you're just like Wow, you know, that, that's what we need, more of that. You're welcome, Melissa. I hope you're doing well. She's saying, thanks, Christine, I needed this. Now Spirit always shows up, um, when, you know, you, you put that out there, you ask. It's, it's, and you know, it's always divinely timed as well, so everything is happening perfectly. And you're imperfectly perfect. Don't matter. I'm so glad you're here. Thank you.
