#soulpurpose #spiritualguide | COURAGE - Empath Energy Update - Jan 11

This is your Empath Energy Exchange. I'm Christine J Gold, your spiritual guide and mentor, and I channel the messages, pull cards, and feel the overall theme for the week. Welcome empowered empaths, lightworkers, healers, and sensitives. The time is now to share your light with the world. So join me, comment, like, and subscribe, and share away. This is your— Hello and welcome. Come on in, everyone. Welcome to your weekly message. I'm Christine with 24 Karat Healing, and yes, having a little fun with the video here. Um, welcome. This is your second week of January, and if you don't know what I do, I basically just tune in and get like the global temperature for the week, you know, things to look out for, do a little bit of channeling and intuitive writing, little cards, you know, a little magic, a little bit of fun. And please like, share, comment, and subscribe below. Thank you for being here. And yes, uh, we do love to choose a word. Um, the word for this week is courage. And that graphic with the lion, the lioness, I, I feel says it all. It really does. Um, channeling and bringing that energy in. Um, so I'm gonna make it short and sweet for you guys this week, okay? Because I know you got tons to watch. Um, I just finished, uh, facilitating a, uh, Dream Vision Map workshop for 2021. That was amazing, and thank you so much for everyone for being there. If you'd like the replay, it is available for purchase, so you can go to my website and check that out. I'll leave the link below as well. And there's always a benefit to being live for something. So anyways, all right, so here we go. Yeah, so what, you know, talking about channeling first, um, you know, journaling, uh, writing my dreams, poetry, writing short stories teaching. It's all about speaking our truth and our voice. And many times, you know, I've said before, I've had clients, oh, I don't know how to channel, I don't think I can do that. Well, you've already talked yourself out of it. You absolutely can. Everybody can. Get yourself out of the way. All right, here's some easy prompts for you, and, and do it every day. And if you can't do that, it, it's just a couple minutes a day, maybe even 3 times a week. Okay, so what does my soul want me to say today? What does my heart want to say to me today? And I choose to allow my soul to speak to me from the highest light. So if you're not speaking to yourself kindly, you're going to get stuff like, oh, I like myself and I'm good at this and I'm good at that. That's not— you're not bringing in the divine. So the more you practice, the more it's going to come to you just— it just— the pen just flows, if that makes sense. Everything flows. There is no thinking about, oh, is this the right thing to say, not the right thing to say? So just try it and let me know. Share with me, you know, how your journey is with that. And if— and I have done intuitive channeling workshops, so maybe I need to do another one. Let me know if you're interested. All right, so I choose to, you know, be free, be bold, be whoever I imagine, dreamt of, felt, tested, sublimed, channeled, cloaked, feared, squeezed, and, and then skewed. I tried to spell skew and it just wasn't coming out. Live free through the divine divinity of the holy, the trinity of mind, body, and Spirit, we are here. Just let go and relax. We have you always, dear child. And that's it. It was that quick this week. Um, so they really wanted me to talk about channeling and channeling from the Divine, whether it's, you know, through God, whoever you happen— angels, guides, loved ones, ancestors. Buddha, doesn't matter. It's coming back to that Tao, that one space of who you are, of who you are. All right, cards. We're just gonna get right to the cards. Here we go. This week is all about your sacral chakra, creating, the creator, intimacy. Into me I see There goes my third eye and crown connection to the heart chakra. This is, um, yes, this is your sacral chakra. Archangel Ariel. So they're asking you to connect, you know, to your creative, soulful self. I mean, this week is all about creating. What are you creating? Get out there, do it, have fun. Schedule the fun me time, creative time. Let's do this, let's do this. So creativity, that is the overall theme to go along with courage, the courage to step out and step into who you are fully. Tiger's Eye, Tiger's Eye. This is your time to claim your courageous self through creativity. This is your time to step in and own the lion and the lioness. This is the time and the courage to have the truth, to, to see the illusion and know the truth, right? You're not getting dragged into things that those spaces don't hold anymore. Everything you see around you and outside of you is a distraction. Have the courage to the difference. And don't be fighting amongst each other. Have the courage to stand in your sovereignty. It's time to claim who you truly are. Your time is now and you are needed. So that's what we're working towards, okay? And here's the outcome. Independence. Look at the beautiful— the butterfly, you know, 2020, we're in that gooey chrysalis state, you know, where the butterfly's in the cocoon. We're out now. There's our wings. They could be your angel wings. I also see Akashic Records with the cave, coming out of the cave, the birthing, the rebirthing. The Mary Magdalene. There's some beautiful energies in here. We got oranges and pink, so it's definitely the week for creativity and courage and deciding for yourself, exercising your right to choose. You have choice. What do you choose? Do you choose safety and security and comfort, or do you choose expansion and Knowledge and Birthright. All right, so those are the cards for the week. Let me know, uh, if any of them resonate for you as well. There is a new moon January 13th in Capricorn. New moon in Cappy. Um, So, you know, Capricorn's very grounded. I mean, that was really the energy of 2020 as well. I'm a Capricorn. Let me know if you have some fellow Cappies out here. But we're, you know, it's Capricorn season, as they say. But you know what, it's every month. It doesn't matter. But there's real focus on this. And the lessons for Capricorn is definitely acceptance of the concept that reasonable boundaries and rules actually do offer us freedom. Freedom from worry and chaos. So you have to have boundaries and you have to have some rules in place, but not being too strict and not being too woo, like out there. There has to be a balance. So if anything, that, that's the greatest lesson. We have found our balance and our footing. That, that's what I feel. Um, also, um, Sunday and Monday— I know it was Saturday, Sunday, Monday— they had the triangle conjunction, the Mercury Jupiter and Saturn, the stars. Yeah, another conjunction. No one's really talking about that. Everybody focused on the Christmas Star and December 21st, but you know, I think this is really cool too, and it says a lot. So maybe you want to look into that if you're interested in, um, astronomy, um, and the stars and all of that. So, um, January 11, 2021 also reduces to an 8, so So 8s are all about balance and cycles, cycling in, cycling out, alchemy, that, that beautiful energy as well. So that's fun. Just adjusting my screen a little bit here. Um, yeah, so yeah, just doing— do it regularly with the channeling, the journaling, finding, you know, more time for self-care as always. Are you creating a dream vision map for yourself? That would be amazing. That would be amazing if you did. And if you need help, let me know. Reach out, reach out. I'm here to help. So yeah, just have the courage to channel the divine, to connect to your purpose. That is my soul's purpose, and I want you to find yours. Okay, um, what else are we going to talk about? You know, I think That's pretty much it. It, you know, last week was pretty tumultuous, obviously a lot of distractions, but this week I feel, you know, things have shifted. And then I know the week after what's going to happen. You can check out, um, I have posted up on YouTube as well my January energy update. I go over all of that, so check that out. I also have, uh, one more spot open for Unleash Your Magic intuitive one-on-one mentorship. So if you're really looking for your purpose, unleashing your intuitive gifts and all that, uh, reach out to me and, uh, we will have a beautiful discussion about that. Comment mentorship if you'd like more information. I will send that to you. All right, I've also posted a 2021, um, just for a yearly energy update, so you might want to look into that. And as always, if you have any ideas, um, what you'd like to learn from me, what, uh, maybe I'd like, you know, teach and share with you, um, something that maybe you're struggling with, maybe there's a guest for, um, the podcast that I host every week, every Wednesday, The Power of Healing Your Energy Show. And, uh, you know, I, I welcome all comments um, I don't leave people hanging. Um, I walk the walk and talk the talk. And I just want you to live your, your soul, your intentions for your soul. You're here for a reason, and you are so needed. You're needed right now, not, not tomorrow or next week, right now. So let's help you get there. Let's help you get there. All right, and, uh, yes, I am live every Monday morning, 9 AM Mountain Standard Time, on soundsugarradio.com. Go over and check that out. Go and check that out. And of course, yes, this was recorded earlier, so please ask questions, comments, um, and share away, and I will make sure I get back to you. Also, my newsletter— there's exclusive content and a $20 off your first reading and healing. Sign up there as well. And I just want to invoke a little prayer at the end of this. Um, you have the courage. So here we go. Father, Mother God, and the Holy Spirit, as I'm breathing in, I am courageous. Letting that go, I am courageous. I am peaceful. I I am joy. I am optimist. I am abundant. I am prosperity. I am healthy. I am powerful. And so if I am all of this, there so God is as well, and there we are as well. And the truth is, and I affirm, all of these qualities are already within you. And all those challenges, they're being cast aside. You have the faith You walk in the truth and the armor of God. You're fully protected. You're fully encapsulated in this unconditional love, in this forgiveness, in this healing. And I'm going to let go and let God. And so it is. All right, I love you guys. Have an amazing week. And please remember, healing begins where the ego ends. Take care. Mwah.
