Hello and welcome to your empath energy exchange for the week of August 31st, 2020. My name is Christine. I'm with 24 Karat Healing. I'm a spiritual medium, intuitive energy coach, and old soul healer. And each week we have a theme, and yeah, what first came up was heartbreak. Yeah, heartbreak. And the song that popped in my head this morning was "I Believe in a Thing Called Love." And I'm like, oh, that's that guy from the early 2000s. You know, the band was called The Darkness or Darkness. And he's like a merge, a fusion of David Bowie and Freddie Mercury all wrapped into one, but his, you know, octaves like, wow. And then the guitar and it's just rock and roll and it's a wild song. But then I also, you know, As I was Googling, looking at the lyrics, I noticed someone asking who originally wrote "I Believe in a Thing Called Love," and I'm like, okay, but actually it's just called— it's the song, there was a discrepancy, it's called "A Thing Called Love" by Johnny Cash. And those are polar opposites. I mean, Johnny Cash is roots and blues and rockabilly and country all rolled into one. And, you know, the darkness is in a way, but just, you know, they're totally different songs, not related, but in a way they are when it has to do with heartbreak, talking about, you know, things have been blown apart. I mean, this could pertain to relationships as well. However, I see more of it, you know, all the layers, all this the traumas, the hurts, the wounds, the patterning, the beliefs, all the old faulty stuff is breaking apart and disassembling so you can build, rebuild a foundation of your beautiful heart, your soulful self, because you are a perfect child of God. So that to me is what I heartbreak. I mean, I put it into two, like heart and break. Things are breaking apart. It is in relation to the heart because we've taken so many hits. But now that it's a beautiful happening, it's rebuilding the heart. Um, so we're just going to get into a bit of the channel as well. I do the auto-write, the channeling. I got a new book. Isn't it pretty? Um, But also September 2nd is a full moon in the dreamy Pisces. So yeah, just be on the lookout for that. And, you know, full moon energy is usually a week before and after. It's, you know, we're all tied to that moon. Come on, how could you not be? It's whether it affects you, right? So just be mindful of your energy, lots of self-care. Don't forget to practice the smudging That's very uplifting. It actually clears out the toxins in the air as well. So it does so many things, smudging. It's, it's a beautiful practice. Make your full moon water, charge your crystals, dancing, singing, healing frequencies, bowls, whatever you're drawn to, colors, essential oils. Yeah, all of it. So have fun with it. All right. So It started with a song, like I said this morning. That's how my, you know, messages come in, you know, and at the core the message is heartbreak. So there has been so much polarity, opposites, and our hearts have been stretched beyond our mental capacity because we have been left brain dominant for far too long, ego you know, running that mental capacity, and that's not who we are. So let that go. Ego heartbreak is a false and not— it's not the same. Heart's broken open, wide open for all to see. We're all exposed. This is who you are. We all are at a soul core level. All of the heartbreaks breaking wide open to bits like the universe and the Big Bang. So you'll realize you were never separate, that that was the ego, that was the falseness of everything we're seeing, you know, the polarity, the shifts, the— that just everything's under a magnifying glass as well. So hearts are mending and then being pieced together by unconditional love, forgiveness, and healing. And I shared early, like I'm recording this on Friday, I shared earlier a Ho'oponopono prayer and it's about I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, and thank you. It's heart-building. It's, it's pretty powerful, so I recommend you looking into that. Now I do normally choose from 3 decks, but I'm going to keep it pretty simple this week. Heartbreak, I, I don't see it as a negative thing, I really don't. I had to get some water. Been recording a lot today. So just asking, on top of this message about heartbreak, what else do we need to know? What else do we need to know for the collective? What else do we need to know? Oh, protection. Healer. Empowerment. Those are the 3. They came out 3. That's it. That's the whole premise of the message for this week. We're gonna keep it simple, right? Keep it simple, sweetheart. Black tourmaline protection. So heartbreak protection, black tourmaline. Yes, I need to get myself some of this. Just because of, you know, that the nature of what I do, it attracts, right? Uh, as, as much light as you generate, it's, it's an attraction. Okay, this is all about the root chakra. It's powerful grounding protective crystal. It dissolves stuck and dormant energies in the body and the auric field, so strengthen and protect the aura. Assist in creating appropriate boundaries in your life. Yeah, I see a lot of movement, um, as well. I talked about this earlier in Edenshire. So it's— you've been maybe feeling open and vulnerable, attracting unwanted energy that's out of alignment with your own. It's that simple. So maybe an unhealthy relationship or an environment that's draining. You got to watch out for that. You got to go with the feels. So the strongest form of protection is love. So when you feel the need, it's always, no, you know, to look at yourself, bring the focus back and take a moment. Just breathe in pure love and protection on the inhale, and on the exhale, breathe out any unwanted stagnant energy. Be surrounded in a ball of love and light, knowing you're safe and nothing can penetrate this field. So love attracts love. Love attracts love. It's very interesting that heartbreak is the, is the, is the message. So yes, protect your energy. It is precious, precious, especially coming into September and back to school. And there's a lot of uncertainty with our children, what's going on, you know, just all over the world. This is a root chakra. This is about safety and security. But you already are. Go within and find it. Go within and find it. Start the healing process through heartbreak. Interesting. Numite. I, I don't believe I pulled this card, so I'm going to have a peek in the book because this is brand new. This is for all the chakras. You know, you can see some blacks and golds with brown streaks, and then it's got that— it's radiating kind of an orangey red behind it. So this is the most powerful medicine of the healer and the shaman. It assists in all aspects of the healer's journey because we're all healers working with the shadow into the darkness or the void, bringing light and the wisdom to the soul. You are on a powerful journey of deep healing and self-realization. Yes. So it is the stone of the warrior and shaman. Support your journey with your shadow self, creating a sacred space to obtain deep wisdom, strength, and courage. Increases your strength and endurance during difficult times, assists on the journey to self-mastery. Yeah, we are all students of the universe and assist in all aspects of love to yourself. So if you're— it's talking about pursuing a career in natural medicine, healing arts, healthcare, then this, this is confirmation you're on the right path. Keep going, my friend. Um, there's just so much past lives and traumas and dreams and Lemurians and Arcturians, Pleiades a little bit in there, but Atlantean, all of that energy. We're all connected, guys. Maybe there was a lack of energy, even sitting on the sidelines. Now it's time to dance. Listen to your intuition. Work closely with this, with the Sunstone. Compassion. No more self-sabotage.
