#spiritualmedium #intuitivecoach #empath - LIVE - intuitive Energy update for December 9th | 2020

The Five Principles of Reiki. Just for today, I will let go of anger. Just for today, I will let go of worry. Just for today, I will do my work honestly. Just for today, I will be grateful for my many blessings. And just for today, I I will be kind to every living thing. Hello and welcome to your live intuitive energy update. My name is Christine J Gold, I'm with 24 Karat Healing, and I'm your spiritual medium, intuitive energy coach, and old soul healer. And of course, uh, with every video or any live that I do Spirit is already involved. Um, I was supposed to go live at 10 and all of a sudden I— it just— the computer just started. It was like, what's going on here? So anyways, uh, welcome, happy Sunday. I hope you guys are taking care of yourselves. Um, yeah, so that's who I am, this is what we're doing, and normally I pre-record this and then I do a little bit of channeling, and then we pull a few cards, and then I send it out, and whoever it resonates with, you know, you know, comment, share, whatever you want to do with it. It's, it's a beautiful thing. But this time I want to talk more about 2020 because, I mean, it's a new decade. It's pretty big, pretty big deal. And I've been, you know, telling a lot of folks, even myself, if you're not you're not awake spiritually by now, you will be in 2020. And you can either go willingly or unwillingly, meaning repeating lessons and patterns and all that good fun stuff. So I'm just going to see who's here. Ah, hi, hello. Hi, hon. Yes, yes, I'm live today. And hi, Tammy, good morning. And good morning to Lynn. And please share this out, guys. Uh, the more, you know, the more love, the more shares, um, you know, it's, it's caring. Uh, you never know who you might be helping as well. Uh, so yes, we— I'm just gonna wait for a few more people to join. Uh, usually takes a few more minutes but just let me know how your week has gone. I did not write anything in this book yet. I'm trying, we're going freestyle today. So why not? As you can see, spirit was freestyle already. It started my live without me touching anything. So, and then you probably saw the back of my head because I was trying to get everything all figured out. But hey, it's all good. We're here now, and that's all that matters. Thank you, Lynn. Thank you. Lots of love to you. And yes, thank you, Tammy. Appreciate that. Thank you very much. Um, yeah, let me know how your week is going. Any challenges? Um, have you noticed anything? Um, and you know that even if you're not, um, you know, Reiki or a practitioner or Everybody is a healer. So if you're looking for the 5 principles of Reiki somewhere where you can post it or you can record it on your phone, just let me know and I'll send that to you. All right, it's just, it's really a good reminder. I do that with my gratitude journal as well before I start my morning. I do a of those along, uh, below me, blesses and multiplies all that I am, all that I have, and all that I give, and all that I receive. And so it is. So, um, that's just part of some of the practices that I use. All right, um, Hopefully you guys have got your pens and paper handy. Maybe you wanna record this. Really, it's up to you. All right, Lynn is, she started taking some courses again this week. Awesome, let me know what you're taking. That's amazing. Learning is amazing. The integration part takes a little bit more time, and then of course you have to go out and share that with other people. You can't just keep it to yourself or, you know, teach or share or whatever it happens to be. She is doing the animal communication courses. Oh, nice. In the UK. Well, let me know how that goes. That sounds very exciting. Very exciting. Tammy's saying she had a very healing, oh, 11 days post-surgery, feeling energized today for the first time since surgery. Well, thank you for coming, and I'm sending out lots of love, light, and blessings to you and healings. Um, yeah, let's just keep that energy going, um, and stay as healthy as possible, of course, right? Um, you know, as being healers— and we all are healers, we all have the capacity to do so— a lot of times we don't tend to take care of ourselves very well, but we take care of others very well, right? Uh, at least for me. But, uh, yes, I will send you those principles. No problem, no problem. All right, so let's just start with the guided meditation. Um, however you get comfortable for your meditation is up to you. You can sit, you can lie down, you can do it however you want. So we're just, you know, welcoming December. A lot of times we tend to go into January with a lot of fear and worry and doubt and stress and ego. Oh my goodness, I have to have, you know, resolutions for January. No, let's start early and let's change that energy and start working on it now. Even with the Christmas season, I would not get distracted with that. I would focus more on of course yourself, because if your cup is empty, you can't help other people, right? So, um, so if I'd invite you to close your eyes, get comfortable, start with a few centering breaths. And if you'd like the, the Box Method, you can breathe in for 4 Hold for 4, and then release for 4. And you can repeat that several times until you're settled. Your heart will slow down, your mind, and definitely ego is not part of this. And we're asking you, what do you want? And what does your soul truly want? Not what your friends, family, society, or ego wants, but you. So we're asking you to sit up straight, lie down, relax your breathing, close your eyes, roll your shoulders back a few times. Tilt your head back and forth, maybe roll the neck a little bit just to, just to get the kinks out. Forget about your to-do list, your tasks, your worries, your doubts, your fears. Let's imagine what 2020 looks like for you. What does it feel like? Does it feel fruitful? Does it feel hopeful? Does it make you feel happy? Does it make you feel lighter? What does it smell like? What does it smell like? Does it smell— do you smell citrus? Do you smell roses? Do you smell any type of essential oils, perfume? Just try and invite that feeling. Maybe cookies or something that, you know, really resonates with you, a smell that as soon as you smell it, it makes you instantly smile. And now we're going to take that a step further. What does it taste like? Because a lot of times we don't use all of our senses, and they're available to us at any time. Now, what does it sound like? Is it peaceful? Is it healing? Is there a certain type of, uh, music or healing frequency that you're really drawn to? Something that relaxes you, something that gets you up on your feet dancing. It could be a song, it could be It could be anything, but I guess that we're inviting you to look at 2020 in a more joyful, peaceful, and vibrant way. Now imagine who is with you. Who are you taking into 2020? Who are you inviting into 2020 with you? Are these people that lift you up, hold you in the highest vibration, unconditional love, cheer you on, or, or the latter? Now think of what the things that you want to drop Think of the situations, environments, people. Quietly walk away and walk into your light. What are you doing? Are you living from your fully present and soulful self? Are you doing work that is meaningful, inspirational, and purposeful? Just, just think, think about those words. Does it make you smile? If you have imagined that, go with that. Keep going, keep going. Imagine where you are living. Is it here, or is it somewhere else? Somewhere beyond your wildest dreams. We're inviting you to dream big because nothing is unattainable, nothing is unreachable. We are future casting. We are looking forward and acting like it's already happening. You already have it. What do you desire? Now let's go back to a time when you were a child. What did you want to be when you were a child? It could be many things. There were times I wanted to be a dancer. There were times I wanted to be a veterinarian. Go back and think about those things that lit you up, that gave you inspiration, awe-inspiring inspiration. What did you dream about as a child? What silly, goofy things made you laugh? Truly laugh. And through the eyes of a child, go with those feelings because you still are that child, that spark, that inspiration, the pure abandon and randomness of it all. Now I invite you to grab a piece of paper after this and write it down. Grab your phone and make an audio video clip of what you imagined your soulful childlike self doing in 2020. Go make your dreams and desires your reality. Manifest the shit out of this. And we have just journeyed together in a guided meditation. Namaste. All right, I welcome— I invite you back in at any time. Take your time and let me know what you felt, what you saw. If you're writing stuff down, go ahead, just Keep writing. Let it go. Let it go. Gosh, I just— for myself, I saw myself dancing, like lots of twirling. Yeah, and that's what spirit's saying— more dancing, more fun, more goofy, silly stuff. You know, like the song, um, you know, just dance, dance like nobody's watching. And nobody cares, really. The only person that it seems to care is the ego, right? It's true. All right, and I smelled a lot of, um, well, I love to bake, so that's probably why I smelled cinnamon. Um, all right. Oh, you were crying during the— oh yeah, it's, uh, it's pretty emotional. Um, I think we tend to take ourselves way too seriously. We get dragged into people's stuff, especially the media. Anything— I don't watch the news or any violence or gore because it triggers me. I, I don't want that kind of stuff in my life. So it's hard for some people to understand, but that's on them, not us. So, well, I'm sending you blessings, Tammy. Go with that energy, write it out. Lynn, lovely. Holy frick, you made me so emotional. And the more we tap into our emotional side, because we are emotional beings. I mean, um, where's this book? Oh, here we go. I'm gonna have to show you, but I'm reading another book. Go figure. Um, Dr. Gregg Braden, Resilience from the Heart. He's basically saying a heart is our biggest organ, our biggest— it controls our body, not the brain. As many would like to think, but we have heart intelligence. So I'm all about the heart because for many years I was not about the heart. Ah, sending love and light to you, Lynn. And Tammy says she melts chocolate chip cookies and animals in a new home with an abundant 2020. I love that, that's beautiful. And animals, I did post about that this morning about, you you know, being an empath and having animals. We are not, you know, they're here to teach us more than we, more than we ever know. Let's just leave it with that, right? And they're not property, and they're, you know, they're not our children either. I think we get too attached to things, and that includes pets as well. All right, uh, Jag is saying, made me go back to my childhood days and want to be a dancer, an astronaut, was such a dreamer. Yeah, see, more dreaming, more dreaming, more living in that, uh, dream state where everything we touch turns to gold. We are alchemists, meaning alchemy is our own energy. And once, honestly, once you get that piece right, whether it's through Reiki or you're going through, you know, tapping or EFT or, um, Micronics or HeartMath, whatever it is, any type of course, anything that makes you light up, anything that gets you back to your dream state, that gets you back to your soulful self, that gets you back to who you are, who you've always been, um, lifting that veil, um, seeing life through the eyes of a child. You know, they're even— they're taking it all the way back to the womb here. That's where you learn. Like, if your mother was stressed when you— she was carrying you in the womb, what do you think you're gonna come into the world feeling? And I know for myself, I felt that. I think, oh my god, just so many light bulb and aha moments have been going off and will continue to go off as we go into 2020. Lynn, it's been about working and healing animals, being a vet, but I've come to realize that maybe I didn't become a vet because I was meant to be a healer in a holistic way or healthier in a holistic way. Yeah, yeah. See, we're not, I mean, the vet part I love, of course, but the blood and the operating, no, no, no. I can see how that, and then you know what? We're all healers. True, my buddy, Michael Murdad, that I watch quite a bit, True. I watched a show on Friday he did, and it was all about true healers. True feelers are healers. And I'm like, yes, I love that. Absolutely love that. You smell the scent of fresh rain in the forest. Okay, so yeah, inviting you to go back to nature. Nature clearing, cleansing, fresh perspectives. Yeah, and that's, that's what I see. Oh, Tammy, what did you get there? Oh, a new puppy, 10-week-old Norwegian Elkhound, 3 days after surgery. Her name is Bella Luna, her spiritual name is Beautiful Moon. Oh, gotta show me a picture sometime. She sounds beautiful, and wow, Norwegian Elkhound sounds very exotic. That makes sense. All right, guys, so thanks for sharing, uh, what you saw, what you felt. Of course, more of that will come out, um, you know, throughout the day, throughout the week. And invite that energy into your dreams as well. Get your dream journal ready because there's more messages coming. Um, and just talking quickly about December The energy for December overall is, you know, the thinking man. There's a lot of thinking, there's a lot of contemplation, there's a lot of, yeah, dreaming. Um, oh man, and not getting sucked into the, um, the machine called Christmas, because that's not what Christmas is about. It is not about gifts, it's not about having the perfect meal and having the perfect attire and, and having this facade of Perfection is, is going to be an issue keeping you stuck in your ego. It's about being a little disoriented as well. Can't explain it, is a very strong energy. You surrender to emotions. Worn out empaths, so taking more time for yourself. There's going to be a lot of stuff going on, okay, but a lot of integration. Things are— you're going to get things a lot quicker. So if you're learning something It's going to integrate quicker so you can then turn around and start sharing it with others. Quicker to clarity, more psychic strength. We're, we're all intuitive, but it's going to come faster and you're going to become stronger. Holistic intuition, if that makes sense. More healing, intuitive messages, forward momentum, optimism, connection, new level of strength. Shaking the tree. Bigger leaps forward, bigger leaps forward, okay? Body and energy fields will adjust. So this is great for anyone that has addiction issues, addictions, and that could be food, sex, alcohol, whatever, people, shopping, animals. So you have the alchemy. You're more equipped to go through the emotions right now. Higher level, the wave is set. It's stronger in December. Everything's coming together for our purpose in our lives. We're changemakers, we're healers, we're creators, we're speakers living in a purposeful way. This is your first foundational brick in place. So everything is coming together. So 2016 to 2020 was a 4-year arc, a lot of patterns. A lot of karmic stuff, old, your beliefs are all rattled through those 4-year periods, okay? 20 to 24 is upshift, people doing things in new waves, innovation, aligning with purpose, collaborations, our health. You know, we're physicality, the house of our soul and spirit. We're waking up, we're using our psychic part, intuitive part of self in a responsible, and holistic and purposeful way. We are losing our old mind. Goodbye ego, goodbye ego. Um, yeah, that was, that's pretty much the message. Um, let me know what, uh, what you think. And just a reminder, this is not a place for readings. Message me for private reading and healings. Also doing a 2020 intuitive energy, so you're gonna get monthly messages every month for yourself, from the collective, from your collective as well— guides, angels, loved ones— and, you know, cards, messages, energy, just giving you guidance every month. I'm only taking a few more spots and the price will be going up, so comment 2020 reading, and I'll get to you in regards to that. Or just find me on Facebook, YouTube, wherever, and we'll go from there as well. All right, and if you'd like to be on the mentorship waiting list, let me know. Um, I will be drawing another, another name for January, and your commitment is 1 hour a week for 4 weeks. And by the end of it, you will be, you know, you'll have a much better knowing intuitively what's going on with yourself, strengthening, you know, mind, body, and spirit, working on those dreams and desires through an inner child perspective. All right. Oh, I'd love to see the picture. Thank you. You can even post it. I put a post up this morning about pets and empaths, so just put it in there if you'd like. Different home, different location, different frame of mind, all in a much better state. Yes, beautiful. Change is good. You know how they— I heard the other day how balance— oh, you know, we have to stay in balance. But the problem is, is when a change comes, you get thrown off balance. So don't always be too comfortable. Change is a good thing. This is how you grow. This is how you grow. Uh, Jag, yes, I'm ready to serve at an optimum level as I'm healing myself too. Jigsaw pieces coming fast to make the picture clearer. Beautiful. Yeah, I see those pieces. It's, it's a bit of a dance, it's a bit of a puzzle, um, and but it's a beautiful, it's a beautiful journey. It, it truly is. From where I was 2 years ago, I'm not looking back. That is like layers of an onion that were shed or the skin of a snake being shed off. That's, you know, the lessons that were learned and now we're moving forward into the beautiful energy. Tammy, holy crap, that makes sense again. Aha moments delivered from you, my love. You're welcome. Thank you. Ah, goodbye ego. Don't come back. It will. It is part of ourselves, but a lot like many of my videos, it sits here. It's like a mask. It's like a veil. And then every now and then you get glimpses, but now we're asking the ego to sit here. It's, um, I see it as a, you know, yes, it's protection. It's part of who we are. Strong back, but lead with the heart, heart energy, more heart energy, more positivity. Ah, phone call. Okay. Hi Patty, you can always watch this on the replay. The 2020 meditation and channeling messages are part of the replay as well. So, all right, and it won't let you leave a pic. Okay, well then just, uh, send it to my inbox through Facebook. If not, to email it to me, uh, 24 khealing@gmail.com. There you go. Or I'll just put it in there as well. If you want to get a hold of me, this is how everybody can get a hold of me. Oops, there we go. So I left it in the comments for you, Tammy. All right, um, Now I also have a chakra meditation, like opening up your chakras if you're looking at, you know, just if you've had a stressful day, if you're looking to clear those out, balance them. Um, yeah, so ask me if you're— if you'd like a meditation for that. There's a grounding meditation. I mean, we are all able to channel or do intuitive writing, it's through journaling, it's through dreams, it, you know, any way that you find comfortable. You know, it's as simple as, you know, my mentor would say, lighting a candle to invite spirit in or to invite a loved one in or to invite your angels in or your guides. And if you don't know who your guides are, just ask. And, you know, a lot of times they don't give you their names. Sometimes they do, um, but you don't have to. You can name them whoever you want. Like, I, you know, for myself, mine are Nancy and Ashu. Those are my, my guides, male and female. And again, they don't have to be male and female. They could be whoever or whatever you believe them to be or feel them to be. So they're really just there to help you, to guide you, essentially. As long as you're listening and you're inviting them in, they'll show up. You have to invite them in, all right? And be mindful and centered and balanced when you do that. That's why I do the meditations, I do the grounding and the clearings, so then I'm not bringing my ego and all my crap from the day into a session or into any type of writing. So And I also have something I created. It's a Reiki-infused, uh, room spray. This is just lavender. And because I— if I'm in a lot of public places, I— before I go in, I'm spraying this. Just the smell raises a vibration. And when I come out of a big crowd or something going on, even if it's a big family gathering, which I had a couple weeks ago, I spray aftershave. Yeah, there's a lot of, you know, intentional things that you can do that really, really help. All right. Okay. Tammy, I have her pic everywhere. I feel she's Chewy, my dog who passed in April. Oh goodness. Okay. Gotcha. Yes, I remember Chewy. That's such a cute name. And you're so welcome. I'm so glad you showed up today, Tammy. Obviously, yeah, you were, you were drawn to do so, or spirit give you the little nudge that you needed. Um, I am going to pull a card. I'm, I'm feeling just one because we did quite a bit already in regards to meditation and then the channeling, the live channeling. And you guys let me know, um, let me know by votes if you want to comment, do you prefer to do the live channeling and oracle card and energy message for the week, or do you prefer the— and I don't edit when I pre-record, so either way you're getting, you're getting me. It doesn't matter, although these are a little bit longer than what I normally post. So, and if you enjoyed the meditation, let me know if you'd like a meditation with that. And here we go. What is the overall message energy theme for December 9th? And that number, December 9th, 2019, is number 5, and it's all about the change. So when you see number 5, it's a change is coming. The universe is moving things around. So here we go. This is all for this week, guys. All right, appreciation. Look at that. I, I love, I love her dress. It's very— it reminds me of, you know, the Akashic Records going back, um, looking back, you know, past lives, past patterns. That's what I see. I mean, I don't know if you can fully see this card, but, you know, she's got beauty all around her, but you see there's a bit of prickle bushes on the right-hand side. And she's, you know, appreciating the beauty that is right in front of you and appreciating it for all it's worth, all that it is. I think we tend to focus too much on externals. Let's look more internal. And yeah, they're saying, they are saying It's all about gratitude and appreciation and every day showing how appreciative you are for everything that you have and bring that energy in with you. Yeah, still a lot of heart energy as well and taking a step back and looking at the big picture. Look at the big picture. Are you truly appreciating everything you have? Are you focusing on things that you don't have and looking at other people and comparison? There seems to be some comparison message here as well. Stop doing that. You have— are beautiful. You have unique gifts and talents and you're going to showcase this to the world, okay? So appreciate what you have first, right? Write it down. Say, I appreciate my— the clean water that I have to drink today, because in many places in the world they do not have that. I appreciate the medical system that we have, because in other places you have to pay for it or you have to walk hundreds and hundreds of miles to get to. Um, I appreciate, you know, having a coat, because many do not. Just little things like that. Okay guys, so that's the card, the energy for the week. Okay, the meditation was awesome. Thank you, thank you Lynn. And you feel— yeah, I feel live is better if it's in the moment. I totally agree. Love the lives much better. There we go. All right, the, the, the collective has spoken. Patty is saying, I have a sage body salt cleanse I've been using and have been feeling amazing. Oh, lovely, lovely, lovely. That lifts your spirits. It's like, you know, smelling a flower, smelling cookies. It's, it's just, it, oh, it just lifts you up. More stuff like that, more stuff like that. Thank you. I enjoy you guys being here as well. And yes, have an amazing week, Lynn, and everybody. Uh, so appreciate gratitude is transformational. Stop and smell the flowers, be in the moments. Yes, the little moments, the small stuff, that's the beauty. Sage body salt, I'm wondering if that's a scrub. That Patty's using or if it's a spray. And you can make your own. You take some Epsom salts, you throw some essential oils in that you like. I throw some baking soda in mine just to get the dry skin part out 'cause where we are in Northern Canada, it is winter and it's quite dry. Beauty is within in nature, we just gotta look. Yeah, look around, look around. Yes, thanks. You too. I appreciate food as I know many go without. It breaks my heart. Yes, just to have, have nourishment. Nourishment. I appreciate that spirit guide me to surgery was able to slow me down, otherwise I wouldn't have. I understand, Tammy. I had that big surgery in April of 2019. That's almost been a year. That's Insane how quickly that goes. Scrub, scrub, yes. So either you can do salt or sugar and there's lots of recipes online how to make your own scrub, put it into a container and voilà. I'm actually working on making my own bar soap as well. So, 'cause I'm, I have very sensitive skin. I'm very sensitive to scent, especially artificial. I have not worn perfume in 2 years. That's probably why I quit smoking as well. It was just too much. Too much. All right. And, oh, it's not letting you reply, but wishing an amazing week to you and all the others as well. Yes, Lynn, amazing week to everybody. And let me know how this resonates with you guys. Uh, for future, just share this out. Um, you've been drawn to use full moon water to enhance its cleansing effects, or to sage or Epsom salt water. Yes. Yep, there's a full moon water. There's also one with water, leaving it out to see if there's any negative energies in the house. And really, it's, you know, when you bring stuff home with you unknowingly, it's all about, you know, leaving that crap at the door. You got to do all those cleansings and smudging and clearings, whether it's through scent or candles sprays, burning sage, burning Palo Santo, 'cause Palo Santo is for raising the vibe and sage is for cleansing the vibe. Personally, I like healing frequencies, so whether you got your little bowl or you're using delta waves, beta waves, whatever type of frequency it is. And yes, Merry Christmas to everyone. Thank you, Tammy. All right, guys, um, I am going— yeah, I am going to, uh, I guess end this. And let me know again, if you're looking for mentorship, just comment mentorship. If you're on the replay, you have any questions related to meditations, you want some meditations, you're looking for clearings, you're looking for the 5 principles of Reiki— I know I have one person, Jake, that's looking for that. As well, if you're— I'm going to be putting out a thing in regards to gift certificates, uh, for Christmas or for birthdays, anniversaries, whatever it happens to be. Um, I know we get caught up in gift giving, but this is more of a healing and messages for yourself or someone that you love or care about. And a portion of my gift certificates that I will be selling, 10% will be going to an animal rescue charity. Now it just came out right now, so it's, it's on tape now. So that's what I will be doing, uh, to give back for the season, just to give back throughout the year as well with the mentorship. All right guys, yeah, everybody Everybody have an amazing day. Yes, electronics, internet does mess everything up. I get it. All right guys, I want you guys to have a beautiful Sunday. If you're struggling, please reach out. I don't care— I mean, I care, but you know what I mean. Don't let ego get involved. If you need something, reach out. Okay guys, I want to wish you guys love, light, and blessings. And please remember Healing begins where the ego ends. Take care and have an amazing week of appreciation.
