This is your empath energy exchange for the week of June 8th, and the keyword or the overall theme is surprise. What is there in store for us? Let's find out. Hello and welcome to another weekly empath energy exchange. My name is Christine, I'm with 24 Karat Healing. I am your spiritual medium or teacher, however you want to look at it, intuitive energy coach and old soul healer. And yeah, this week's theme, it came on yesterday while I was doing a full moon, Strawberry Moon lunar eclipse in Sagittarius ritual readings and healings last night. It just, yeah, just came to me. That was the message I just heard. Surprise! Now, and I guess how you look at surprises, right? Some people, do you welcome them like, oh, this is amazing? It's really perspective. Or do you look at it as something like, oh gosh, uh, I don't know about that, right? So Really seeing perspectives here. Lots of— obviously lots of shock value, whatever's going on, you know, in the media. Do you pay attention to that? Are you allowing your energy to go and get sucked into that, absorbed into that? Or are you choosing to work on yourself and how you can make the world a better place collectively, starting with yourself. All right, so in these messages, it's a mix of channeling, uh, intuitive stuff. We pull a few cards at the end just to give you an overarching theme. Um, but you know, the surprises are that there are big changes, big shifts in our energies. Truth tellers, truth seekers, seers— like actually seeing all of it. Mystics, seers, I'm sure you might have heard that term. The energy is coming into the light. Thy will be done. We are, you know, with all this lower energy stuff, this dense stuff, the sickness of the world, no more boundaries, big boundaries. And just be prepared for backlash. If you're not going to put a boundary up and be prepared for it, don't do it. You really have to dig in and stand in your truth and sovereignty. Just like a, you know, if you have a child who's out of control, it's the same thing. You have to say, hey, no more, no more. So your worth, your faith, your love, your forgiveness You have the foundation. It's time to step in and step up. Tap into the knowingness. And I almost feel like, you know, maybe you should have named this knowingness as versus surprises, right? Your freedom. You're free. You're free. You know, uh, sacral is played into this. I feel the heart, Venus just transitioned. We had a Venus Star Point, um, June 3rd, um, transitioned from a night star to a morning star, so it's aligned with the sun. We have 6 retrogrades, we're coming into a 7th with Mercury, uh, next week as well. So just be aware of that. So it's cleansing our aura, our auric field, focusing on the heart center. Focusing on the heart center. Yeah, just with every breath you release the burdens of your heart. Release, let go, let God. Ah, and that lunar eclipse, very, you know, it's freedom, it's learning. Sagittarius are truth seekers, they tell it like it is. Um, you know, we're stepping into our power, removing obstacles. Mars is very active at this time, heated emotions, unresolved resolve anger. Obviously everything you're seeing, breakthroughs, so many breakthroughs. And this June is a yin month, so heart, beautiful heart stuff, which will then activate the throat chakra and you'll be able to tell your truth more. Okay, just think, I love, I love. Sacral, I feel, I feel. Highly tied to the moon here. Are you grounded? You know, there's a collective anger and fire. Healers are on high alert, so if you need to tap out and unplug, do so. I'm doing that as well after this. Nervous systems, nervous systems, very interesting what's going on here. So very sensitive to the energy spikes and higher learning. So ethereal, taking on a new skill like today I am taking an advanced spiritual counseling course right after this, so I'm very, very excited, um, because we're ready for this. We've been in this, uh, pandemic for a couple months now. We've got our grounding, we've got our footing. Now we're digging in and we're learning, we're rising. So new psychic thoughts, spiritual awakenings, very sensitive to noises as well, so just be aware of that, okay? Ah, so much to talk about. All right, uh, get to the cards. Hold on here, my cards are— these are new cards, as I've mentioned before, and they're quite slippery, so still working my knowingness. This is, you know, this is the overarching theme for this week. Try and get that shine off the card. Meditation. And that's a beautiful amethyst. I love amethyst. That's my mom's birthstone. It is highly tied to meditation. So this is— we need to get quiet, grounded, quiet. It's, yeah, your third eye chakra as well, the intuitive knowings. And knowing. Yeah, gosh, uh, it's a powerful overall healing crystal. It assists on all levels. It helps with addiction awareness, healing, dissolving old patterns. We're still going through all these layers. Opens up your psychic abilities. Yes, you are psychic. We all are. Assists wonderfully in dream recall, and it aids in anxiety and stress relief. So Are you taking, you know, there seems to be some stress, confusion. This meditation brings clarity, balance, and healing. Lots of reflection here, and you don't have to be sitting in lotus position. You could be cleaning, you could be walking, you could be brushing your hair, you could be having an Epsom salt bath. Those are all forms of meditation, all right? Singing, dancing, being out in nature. Find ways to de-stress, unplug, and let go. That's what they're— that's what they're mentioning. So we've got the meditation, and the next, you know what, I guess what could come about of going, you know, in inner— I mean, it's all about that yin, that flow, that soft flow, that— whoa. Oh, here we go. Oh, interesting. Okay, I have not pulled this one, but Spirit Quartz Music. Spirit Quartz Music. Look at that. Just gonna hold it still so you can actually— so it will focus. There we go. Spirit Quartz Music. Gosh, beautiful stone. I don't think I've ever seen this stone before. Um, you know, there's so many crystals, so many stones. Um, yeah, let me know if you have the stone. Anyways, um, yeah, it relates to all the chakras. I mean, music, healing frequencies, tones, um, it's all connected. Yeah, wonder and joy, the healing medicine of music, sound, and vibration. So we need to raise our vibrations along with your meditation. It's all in sync. It opens your natural gifts, talents, passions related to music and sound. The music of the cosmos and the universe, fairy realm and nature spirits. I see fairies, I see dragonflies as well. The sense of magic balances the chakras, creates well-being, inspiration, joy, freedom. It is your divine birthright. So start— keep getting quiet, going deep within with the meditations is opening up your spirit, your music. Colors are lavender, pinks, and whites. Gosh, life, dance, music, open to it. New depths, harmonic tones are very soothing to your soul. It's been proven many times that music, healing frequencies, tones, you know, the, the 731 tone, like the Hertz, all of that Ah, New Doorways, Expression, Expression. So I just felt like a big lift. And you know, this, um, the, the color on this card is just gorgeous. It really syncs up with the amethyst as well. There seems to be an overarching theme in regards to colors and tones. So what would be the outcome of doing all of this beautiful work going in soft healing tones, music, all of that. Yeah, let me know if these messages resonate below. Oh gosh, look at that. And we had the— last week was all about protection and clearing out and, and getting grounded. And hematite, this is, you know, the end result, grounding. This is your— related to the root chakra. Yeah, and it's formed in geometry. Oh gosh, magical crystal, earth detoxifying mind, body, and spirit. So if your meditation and the healing frequencies will get you so rooted, so grounded, so purified, cleansed— it cleanse— it cleans the blood and assists in healing blood disorders as well. Because, yeah, that makes sense, because it's blocked off from the heart. It grounds and connects with the center of the earth, enhancing your manifestation skills and encourages gentle healing after shock and trauma. Interesting. Okay, especially with everything that's been going on related to George Floyd as well. So, ah, ungrounded. So this is really telling you to get grounded. New projects, new ideas. Move forward, ground, and manifest these creations. Um, yeah, the earth is asking you to come back to balance. So yeah, this, this is the overarching theme— the meditation piece, the getting quiet, the whispers. Then you have the music, the healing tones, the frequencies, and the end result is you being grounded, grounded with beautiful hematite. Or hematite. Tomato, tomato. All right guys, uh, let me know.
