Hello and welcome to your empath energy exchange for the week of June 29th, and this is all about family. Let's get to it, guys. Hello and welcome. I'm Christine J Gold with 24 Karat Healing, and this is your empath energy exchange. Like I said, all about family for the week of June 29th. If you're new to this channel, hello and welcome. And, uh, when I first started, I— it was an intuitive energy exchange, but as I've been going along, I have noticed this is, you know, an empath energy exchange, because a lot of us are old souls and empaths. So let's share in this collective consciousness and energy and healing together. And I just want to celebrate, um, here I'm going to give a little ring, but, uh, I reached 600 likes on Facebook. Thank you so much to that community. And there was a special treat, uh, that went out, but of course you have to like my page to find out what that is. And I've reached over 100 subscribers on YouTube channel. Now this is streamed out to YouTube and through Facebook, and I do throw it over on Instagram through IGTV. So, you know, wherever you like to tune in, just, uh, let me know where you'd like to tune in from. And, uh, we are just going to jump right into the intuitive messages. I am booking into October. I do have very, very limited spots in between because not only that, I am creating and finalizing my courses online, and I do one-on-one mentorship. So yeah, the teaching aspect, you know, it's beautiful. This is what I, um, my soul contract was here for, is to share. And through sharing We all rise and raise together collectively. Now, throughout this message, I will be sending Reiki. I am a Reiki master and teacher as well, and I did clear out a little bit of energy so we can, you know, healing frequencies, whatever you resonate with. 963 Hz is probably the best one to clear out, but if you like your singing bowls, Buddha bowls, music playing instruments, dancing, um, any— anything that gets you moving and gets your frequency to change is a beautiful thing as well. I'm going to clear, clear. We've got the white sage. Thank you to my sister for the beautiful white sage. So first of all, we are clearing off any, um, and banishing any negativity, any energy that's not ours, anything that does not belong to us. It is being cleared now as we speak. And if you'd like to follow along and do this yourself, go for it. But I've got, you know, my bowl, my shell. My, my son, my youngest, made this, I think, in preschool or something. But now we're going to take the Palo Santo. And, you know, I do this at least once a week. Sometimes I do this more. First of all, we're clearing clearing and cleansing the vibrations, the energies, anything that is stuck. And now we are raising the vibrations. And you, you know, if you're not drawn to doing this, like I said, find what feels good to you and go that route. So now we are, you know, raising the vibrations, raising the vibrations. All right, here we go. Oh, and I love the smell. It's just so earthy and cleansing. Got my lovely candle. Um, thank you to Natura Soy, uh, Candles for all of my candle needs. Oh, and how could I forget? July 1st is not only Canada Day Woo! I'm in Canada, but, uh, also it is my son's 22nd birthday on July 1st. Happy birthday, Connor, my little star. Well, now he's my big star, but he's burning so ever brightly, and I'm sending him lots of love. All right, um, so what, you know, the first thing I heard word-wise was family. And writing, you know, thinking, who is your true family? Is this within? Is this blood relations? Is— are these strangers? Um, it's interesting, 2 weeks ago was about ancestors, and last week was about Father's Day. And just, you know, lots of ancestral stuff. Past lives are coming up as well. And I recorded actually a video about the 10 past life fears and how to heal them. So you have to go through YouTube to find that video. It is on Anchor FM as well. Let me know if you need the link, I can help you out, but it's pretty powerful stuff. And then there'll be a meditation following that as well to clear all of that as well, right? Now, you know, as I've been learning, don't get carried away with past lives and having to know every single past life. And déjà vu is there to remind you of something. It is not a coincidence, okay? Same with your dreams. Are you paying attention to your dreams? But don't obsess, because when you start obsessing, that's an ego. You're— you don't want any distortions here. Be very clear, all right? Um, so you've met— you meet people, but you know you've met them before in another lifetime. Déjà vu through and through. These are knocks from your soul to the universe, to you. Are you listening? It is listening to the whispers of your soul, of God, of Christ consciousness. Listen and tune in, tune up. I see this on all aspects. Turn up the music, healing frequencies. Um, I do have a graphic for healing frequencies. I don't— oh, I still have it here, look. Look at this, guys. Healing frequencies. I'm just going to get rid of the banner, so if you need a copy of this, let me know. But I have posted this on my Instagram and Facebook pages. But these are the, the frequencies, the tones, what they all do. But like I said, the top one is 963 Hz, and it's really not found in, um, today's music. Um, definitely not. So I know, a little disappointing. You have to go back, you know, we're going back '50s, '60s, even, you know, previous to that, like the real instruments, the real music. Because frequencies, we are all at a cellular level, they transmute, they, they, you know, they do so much. It resonates with every cell of our being, any type of frequency, whether it is positive or negative, depending on how you interpret it, right? So what is your frequency? What is your currency? I posted about that. Love is my currency. Love is my frequency. Is it love? Is it unconditional or is it conditional? Walk towards your soul family. All is there within. Look within. Look up. Look up. Everything is there. The stars know the way. Bathed in so much love, so much light, divinely dear, star bright. And then I'm hearing, um, could you be my lucky star? I know that's a Madonna song, but there's some resonance to that because if you listen, go to the lyrics. Starlight, star bright, first star I see tonight, it's a feeling. It's magical. Ah, so fairies. I posted a lot about fairies as well. Check into that fairy realm. It's all around you, listening, tuning in, quiet centeredness and knowingness. Yes. All right, so that is the channel, the channeling, um, that came through for this week. Um, all week I sit in that vibration and then just, you know, asking, and it'll come in, you know, through seeing things, hearing things, talking with people, um, you know, what collectively is going on out there. And as a treat, I have— we have— see, we have already chosen the cards for the week because I've been recording, um, all these mini card messages to celebrate the 600 likes. So I'm just in this mode right now. I'm just going to keep recording. Here we go. All right, so what is the theme for the week? What is the overarching message and what we need to learn from? Making sure I have all of my stuff with me as before I even start. Ah, look at this. Heart healing. Look at the blue on that dioptase. Hopefully I'm saying that correctly. I am not familiar with this crystal. There are so many, but this is all about heart healing, the heart. This is actually emerald green, the color. If you can— it, to me, it looks aquamarine, but you know what, it's all in perception, right? It is the most powerful heart healing crystal on the planet. It penetrates deep into the inner chambers of the heart, transmuting old wounds of the past. Wow. Transformation, heart healing. Feel safe and supported and feel free to live and love from the heart, because many of us don't fully show who we are, always holding back. Why? What are we afraid of? This heals the inner realms of the wounded heart. It transmutes and heals emotional pain and old wounds. It allows you to release and dissolve sadness in your life, let down the walls of anger, bitterness, and resistance, embracing love and connection. Love and connection. You have called this card into your life today as a sign you're currently going through a deep healing of the heart. It's our natural state of being to be open and free and express ourselves and share. We spend our lives in and out of relationships trusting people along the way. We get hurt in the process, so our natural survival instinct is to shut down and protect the heart from yourself and those around you so you don't get hurt again. This can cause huge disconnection in your life as you walk around with numb and pain, these old wounds. So hold yourself, love yourself. Love is the essence of all healing, no matter the situation. Open and allow this energy to touch your heart deeply, fully. Take some sacred time out for yourself. Transform back to love and compassion. Spend time in nature by the sea to nurture, nurture nature. Yeah, so this is— it's a time to come back to your heart center as you experience this Sacred time of heart healing and transformation. So the overarching theme is heart healing. All right, wow, that's pretty powerful stuff. Wow. Um, yeah, so, and it's interesting, the next card— we had this card come up a couple weeks ago, but, um, it's Divine Temple and Source. So look, look at this. This is a master teacher card, master teacher card, Source Divine Temple. Look at the colors, the rainbow. It's like you've got this rainbow expansion, clear and smoky quartz, and sometimes amethyst. I also see it like a pride flag as well. So we're honoring all, all of you, all denominations. We're all welcome. We're all pure love. We're all children of God, no matter what, right? This is Pride Month. We're still in Pride Month. Yes. So this is for all your chakras, connecting to your Akashic Records, connecting to the love and wisdom of the universe, group bonding and connection, reaching deep states of meditation. So Source is the most powerful card in the deck, and it's reminding you you're forever deeply connected to the divine Source of the universe. The source energy is ever-flowing supply of love, wisdom, healing, abundance, and support in your life. Yeah, this is the master teacher, uh, crystal. It's all about the Akashic Records, where every thought of every experience of every lifetime has been stored. This is universal. Take a moment and reflect on your life and your current situations, like what is going on around you, what is going on within. Allow the divine source of the universe to fill every cell. Breathe deeply as you download the cosmic energy and allow it to dissolve, dissolve into the magical light. Attracting this card is a positive sign, and divine source is always behind you and supports your choices and decisions at this time. So Oh gosh, my nose is so itchy. I'm getting tons of spirit confirmation here. Heart healing, relationships with yourself and with others. And that includes— we're still diving into this, um, uh, your retrogrades, your past lives, you know, communication. Mercury retrograde, very important about communication. So how are you communicating to others, to yourself? This is a reminder. There are other retrogrades, but Mercury keeps coming up. Why? Because as I was reminded, we're terrible at communicating sometimes. We are not clear, we are not loving, we are not direct. We get kind of wishy-washy or scared, or we don't want to speak our truths fully and completely. So just from a reminder on Source. And the last card, um I, I just pulled this card before I started the video and it popped out again for the week. Soul connection crystal, Lovers. This is again a master teacher card. Clear and smoky quartz. Clear— the quartz family is great for all the chakras. It clears, it masters, it clears all of your crystals as well. So it is a master crystal. Gosh, there's a perceived gap between two things inviting and encouraging you to nurture the interconnection and in turn manifesting the connection with a loved one's partner's soulmates. The medicine of this crystal is a double goddess soul connection and is very rare and powerful. The Isis energy amplifies the energy of love and compassion, unlocking your own self-healing journey. We are here for healing, for love, for forgiveness. It's realizing your true union and unity with another, creating personal balance, realizing unity and oneness with self, creating peace and harmony, enhancing communication. We were just talking about communication. Connecting to nature and the arts again. Um, Heart healing through Source, through this connection. It's a reflection that a deeper love is flowing into your life. So this is the outcome of doing the heart healing and the Source Divine Temple stuff. All right. Oh my gosh, it's a soulmate connection with yourself first and then with others. You know, um, we all greet each other at a soul level. That's what this is saying. It's perfect timing for you to experience love and connection. Believe and know that you're deserving of this divine love. Allow this love to flow into every aspect of your life. Open to the bliss and joy it creates on all levels. So you're encouraged to work on these wounds with yourself, with others, the deepest mirror in relationships is with others. That's within yourself. Love yourself. Wow. Um, yeah, so, and it's just that— that's the reading for the week. Um, I'll sum it up at the end here, but I just wanted to bring up that, uh, this Saturday, July 5th, I'm doing a full buck moon. It is in Capricorn. I'm a Capricorn. Capricorn.
