And hello, hello, hello, welcome to the show.
Thank you, thank you, my dear Christine.
It's so nice to have you here.
It's an honor to be here. I absolutely love your intro there, the finding the magic, finding your soul purpose, your mission, is so, so important. Yes, so important.
Absolutely, absolutely. I feel— I'm sure as many, you know, as your clients do, that this is— it's like you've got this burning, you've got something in your gut, you have this inner knowing, this like the call of the wild. It's just— it's there, but you're not sure what it is exactly. Yeah, absolutely. So maybe just tell us a little bit more about yourself I mean, I did a little intro, but we're going to talk about the Trinity of Trust and Confidence and Inner Awareness. So maybe just shine your light, Moira.
Thank you. So, so thank you. Thank you so much. It's my honor to be here. Like you said, I'm a mindset cultivator. That's kind of an umbrella term to help people understand that basically what I'm doing is in alignment with what Christine just shared about. We all have a calling, we all have a purpose. And yes, you do. So many people will look at me and say, oh, you could— you know, people know, my clients and my friends and family know I've aligned with my calling. I'm here to teach, to help you access that trinity, that trinity of trust, inner awareness, and confidence. Super important, but everybody has this access to it. But then they get into your head, you get into our head, right? So we say, no, it's okay for you because you, you landed in it. But the thing is, is there are some very simple things you can do to access that magic, to access your, your calling. But here's the big, big piece, and this is why I call myself a mindset cultivator. I see myself as a facilitator to help people recognize all of the— what I'm going to call weeds, weeds in our mind of limitations, lack, fear, self-sabotage, frustration, feeling stuck. And so this is what happens in our heads, but that calling, that truth of you is going to come from your heart. It's going to come from you aligning. So here's another trinity that we— that I love to go into is the head, heart, and higher self. So this is what I see that I'm helping people do too, is our head— we need, we need an ego, we need that part of us, right, to show up on time for something, or to put our clothes on, or to remember to go and get groceries. That's all it's for. It's not for figuring out what your purpose is, figuring out what is your calling, or what is what makes your heart sing. It's not going to ever come from your head. So take a deep breath with me. Land here. Just land here. And this is what— this is basically a piece of what I call my letting go guidance system. And this is all about acknowledging and witnessing and peeling off the layers of those habits, those pieces that keep us stuck, those limitations, those— even it's a story. So here's another example that I want to share with about this is a couple days ago I was, was teaching a group program and we were getting into the idea of what does grounded mean. So I just said to you, you can't use your head to figure out or to get yourself— get, get traction so that you get unstuck. You need to access, number one, your emotions, but then use that as, as a guidance. So one of the big pieces that I work with, with clients and students on is actually helping people name what they're feeling. And if you think about the emotions, I talk about emotions being on a scale, right? Up here is joy and happiness and being totally in alignment with your calling, and down here we have things like hopelessness and helplessness. And then there are gradations in between. Every emotion on that scale, it's not just asking us gently, each one of them demand our respect, and they demand that we feel them, acknowledge them, and then they leave. But what happens if you're having happiness? You're up here, you're going to hang out there always, right? I don't need to tell you stay there or try and create more, but it's by holding on to it and not just letting it go and realizing everything has a flow, everything moves But let's say you were down at desperation or anxiety, fear, hopelessness. You're going to run away from it. Number one, you're going to run away from it because we're conditioned to do that. But the other part is I'm going to tell a story about it. And as soon as we start telling stories about our emotions, they're stuck. So again, take another deep breath and just feel into that. An emotion is just energy in motion. So once we get a sense of, oh, here's an emotion, just breathe through it. No labeling it. Well, of course you're going to name what the emotion is, but no labeling it, oh, this is happening because— or tell a big story. And then what happens is we start to move and we get to move up and down that emotional scale. That actually is one of the best ways to get in and stay in alignment with what we just said about that, that trinity of the trust, inner awareness, and confidence. Because what happens is you then become like the vessel. I think, see, it's like, like the vessel that's experiencing this emotion inside. You create this resilience, and you then show to yourself, oh look, that lower-scale emotion that my, my fear brain was saying, oh my God, I'm gonna get stuck here, I'm gonna, I'm gonna— it's actually the reptilian brain thing, you're gonna die. That is basically what we're hardwired to do. But if you show up for yourself and, and recognize this is just this emotion, it leaves and it feels respected by you. It doesn't have to come back. When we run away from them, we break our own trust because we don't trust ourselves that we are resilient enough to deal with it. And we— our confidence levels drop too because these emotions just keep washing over us, right? Does this make sense, Christine?
Yeah, I'm nodding my head. You just can't see. I feel like the bobblehead, you know. I— yeah, resilience. I've been hearing that word a ton because the ego wants us to— oh no, you're gonna hit it hard and you're gonna like— you're just gonna bounce back like we're rubber balls in, in, in a cube. I That's, that's a very exaggerated and, um, untethered energy. That's just very sporadic, right?
Right.
And, and it can be quite painful. So, um, that— I, I love that. I do. The, the Trinity of Trust, because yeah, we have betrayed ourselves in so many ways, and we're being shown that so much in 2020.
Absolutely.
Especially in the last 3 months or 4 months, depending on where you are.
Absolutely. And you know something, this is something I've said to my clients for years, is trust is an inside job. I have to trust me first before anything else. And so whenever— and I always bring this conversation back when clients will tell me, oh, I can't trust that politician, I'll start saying, so where can you not trust yourself? Because when we don't trust of like the politicians or the system or the— is COVID going to go away or not? Trust, right? Does it really matter? But the other part of all of this is everything that we see and tell stories about— the big thing about this, telling stories, you're telling stories about it— is what is that a reflection of in you? And so when, when we feel like our trust has been broken or our faith in something has been broken, this is time to take out a magnifying glass and look, because this is the, the best opening to increase your emotional resilience by really stepping into this trinity that I'm saying is Trust, inner awareness, and confidence. And, and it's almost like if you raise the, the corner of that triangle of trust, that actually starts to raise the point of inner awareness, and it raises the confidence, and then that helps you raise trust more. So it's— it— they— you can see how they all feed on one another. It doesn't have to be big. This is This is, this is a process.
Yeah, small steps, baby steps.
Absolutely. With loving kindness to yourself. Sometimes the homework I give my clients is all they have to do is, how can I be kinder? How can I be kinder to myself in this moment? That's it.
Yeah.
Because, you know, you said, and I think you said in, in the beginning, is that spirituality and, and looking for the answers, it's actually way more easy, more simple than we actually think it is. So another example from a group program I was teaching a couple weeks ago, we were talking about the, the, the saboteur voice that happened in our head. It was like, oh, you're not good enough, or this is terrible, or, or, you know, when are we going to get to stop wearing masks and These people are wearing masks, these aren't.
Yeah, goodness, it's— yeah.
And, and so that this, this student was creating this big scenario in her mind and getting very, very terrified. And so what I asked her to do was, number one, give that voice, the voice in your mind, a name or a persona. And then communicate to it. Because always remember, when we have those fear-based thoughts or conversations in our mind, they're not us. We're the ones that are listening, right? And so if we take that position of, I'm the listener to the different mindset pieces or the voices or conversations that are going on in my mind, then I can say Okay, mine's called Esmeralda, by the way. So Esmeralda will come up and start telling me something. And so I will, in that moment, is to say, okay, thank you, Esmeralda. I get that, that piece of, of, you know, trying to keep me safe, because that's all it is. All of these fear-based pieces is that come up for us is It's like our subconscious saying, oh my God, you're about to step, you're about to step too far past that comfort zone or too far into something that's unknown. I can't keep you safe out there, so oh my God, gotta freeze you, freeze you in this moment, right? And so the key piece here is express gratitude, acknowledge that that piece of programming in you is just trying to keep safe. So like I say, I might— my, my inner voice's name is Esmeralda, so I might just say, okay, thank you, Esmeralda, it's okay. And then I might put my hand over my heart, take a deep breath, and say, I'm safe right now. I am safe.
Yeah, that's, that's a big— that's a big one. I am safe. And, and breathing.
Exactly. Come back to the breath. Yeah, the basics is the breathing. And the— so the other part too is that we are tactile beings, and even when we have social distancing and we may not be able to go and give people hugs, we can give them to ourselves because we need them. Yes. And that's why I'm saying that this is— and actually, if, if I have any clients or students watching this, they'll all be laughing and they might actually all be doing this with me. I just think that coming back to just put your hand over your heart. And, you know, I don't know about you, but when I do this, I can feel the warmth, I can feel the comfort, I can feel the energy flow, and I can feel the, the chatter in my mind slowing down and slowing down to the point, you know, I am okay, all is well in this moment.
Yeah, bring you back to center every time you can do that. To balance, be the observer.
Yep.
I talked about running interference. I mean, when you say, you know, Esmeralda, it's the same. That's how I picture it, is it running interference. Yes, in a way. And the ego always questions, but the spirit, the heart knows.
That's right. It doesn't say very much, doesn't say very much, just says it's okay, right? Or I am safe. Yes.
Oh my God, oh my God. Yeah, yeah. And, uh, I, I just wanted to say quickly hi to Tamara. Thank you for, for joining us. She's a beautiful, uh, yogi, uh, yoga teacher. Uh, it's so nice of you to, to join us. And hey guys, if you're here, please say hello. If you have any questions, um, are, are you guys feeling safe out there? Are you leading from your heart center? Are you letting this— are you letting the mind take over? Um, because— or are you just running away? I mean, really, there seems to be a lot of stuff going on out there. Just depends on your situation and what you've been through and what kind of supports you have. So, um, I feel like this show is very important, and I know that you do a podcast as well. Anywhere that we can find places of peace and faith and love and joy, you know, the more the better.
Absolutely. I completely agree. I just wanted to go back a wee bit on what you were just saying about your, your asking the question, where are you? You know, are, are you feeling safe? Are you feeling— there is no right or wrong answer in any of that. So the thing is, is it's just to just bring awareness of who are you, what are you feeling, and how can you be kinder, how can you be gentler, how can you shift through this with those baby steps, right?
Yes.
And one other thing I wanted to bring into this conversation, Christine, was you said this is your episode 50, which is awesome. So from a numerology point of view, it's 5. And yes, So you were saying that, that like, we're halfway through 2020, and so it's like, let's, let's shake things up. Let's really tap into our inner calling, our sense of peace, our sense of connection with our higher self. So to me, the energy of 5 is all about change. Yes, I think it's awesome to be having this conversation with you on a 5 energy.
Yeah, I thought so too, because I, I have friends that dabble in numerology, so I have like this paper that shows me all the numbers, so just to remind me. But yeah, that's a great reminder. Yeah, I appreciate that.
So, and then I, I do a wee bit more than dabble with numerology. I, I actually do— I'm actually am a certified numerologist. I just don't do it full time.
I—
it's a just a piece that I bring in. I like to have many different tools and different ways to help people see who— see themselves. So it's like if I help you see what your numerology profile is or your, your, um, astrology chart— I do some Ayurvedic astrology to help people see what their dharma type is, which is really big on that life purpose, soul purpose, in fact, right? And then, then, so once, once a person really starts to have awareness of who they are, that often often quietens those inner critical voices too. That's the other part of the, the mindset cultivation and that accessing the trinity of not only the trust, inner awareness, and confidence, but that head, heart, and higher self piece also. That, that's all about really accepting everything about you. You are never a bad person, or—
no, no, you made a bad decision, but you are not. That's the difference between shame and guilt too.
Absolutely.
Yeah, but the inner critic, that's a big one. I just, I just did a video about inner critic yesterday.
Oh yeah?
Yes. Well, that's huge.
It is. Sorry, I didn't mean to cut you off there.
No, go ahead, it's all good.
I was just going to say about that inner critic is that oftentimes— and, and you know, it's really funny, I've been shutting Facebook off a fair bit of late because I see people, people coming out and criticizing and complaining and shaming and victimhood. Yeah, yeah. And I, I have empathy and I send love and light But I can't be a part of that. And so when boundaries— exactly, we have to, as lightworkers, we have to know them, right? And, and so for me, and that's something, this is a conversation I have often with clients, is that I think it's really important for us to all know what our brand boundaries are, but also what are our deal breakers.
Yes.
So I have certain deal breakers that if somebody— and this happened, uh, not so long ago, somebody sent me a video of a politician and say, you have to watch this, you have to watch this. Like, no, I don't, I don't. And, and so that was just— I, I shut that conversation down because to me that's a deal breaker. Anybody tells me that I have to listen to something that's, that's got a negative vibe or accusatory vibe to it, then that— I'm out, right? So it's And I think that's really, really important, no matter where you are, who you are, is know what your boundaries— what do you feel comfortable about? Because it's really important to understand, this is about the whole letting go process too, is that we are always educating people how to treat us.
Yes.
And so in my example there, had I just watched that video and, and made it okay then I'm saying it's okay to send me those videos and expect me to watch them. That's my responsibility. It's got nothing to do with the person that did it. They're, they're doing their thing, right?
Yes.
And, and so then, to your point, it was about just knowing boundaries, is, is that if, if we start criticizing ourselves or criticizing other people, then again It's a reflection of what's going on inside us.
Definitely. And no is a complete sentence. Absolutely. I used to explain myself away. No, not anymore. I just say no.
No. And good for you. That's a conversation I had today, is that when we get really clear with our words, we don't have to use a lot of them. And if we do find ourselves using lots of them to explain, then perhaps we're out of alignment with us, with our core. So exactly, definitely no, then no, that's it, right?
Come on, my, my people pleasers, where are you? Where's my perfectionists? I know you're out there. I'm a former, I'm a former. I mean, just being a light worker, we tend to overextend ourselves.
Absolutely. And that is a big—
or rescue or save.
Absolutely. It's a big part of my story. That's why I do the work that I do, is that— hi, Laura!
Hi, Laura! So nice to see you on the YouTube there. And Angie, beautiful soul sister out of Hawaii, hello!
Hello, Angie!
Um, Oh, here Angie is. She's resonating with us. She explains way too much.
Aha.
We love you for sharing that with us.
Yes. Thank you. Good. Well done for knowing that.
Yes.
Now you can— less is more. Less is more.
Yes.
And you deserve your own honor by using less words. And taking a breath in between and being okay. Because Christine, you know, to your point about being reformed people pleasers and fixers and rescuers, I think I've played all of those. But the thing is, is I remember the time where I was doing a presentation, and I remember the time where I actually lost the train of what I was doing. And the old version of me would have filled it up with something, just put in some other words. And I didn't. I just sat. I just sat, took a few deep breaths and reconnected. And I got back in flow. And it was so funny because I watched the recording afterwards, like, oh my gosh, I allowed this sort of 20 seconds to elapse without feeling like I had to jump in and fill it or explain or justify or go down some kind of rabbit hole. So it's very much about you aligning and speaking from your core, speaking from your heart.
Absolutely. And the dramatic pause, I love it, because people are like, what's going on there? Let's, let's, let's see what happens. Oh, that, that's good. I like that. Yeah, and that's important because we tend to just— we just tend to get into some type of gibberish, or— right, um, like it's uncomfortable with the pauses or the— well, discomfort is growth, right?
Discomfort's a good thing. We need to be willing to sit in, in the, the discomfort because that's when we can be open to, to what's there for us to receive. So Angie says that she's a rescuer and a fixer, all of the above. Yes, anybody that's in light working, I think that's why we, we get pulled into this. But again, about that point I said about trust being an inside job, this awareness piece and the, the propensity to be a, a people pleaser, a a rescuer, a fixer, it's okay. Don't beat yourself up for it. But then start looking at how do you need to fill your own cup first. Put you at the top of your priority list. This is a very big piece of the mindset cultivation is you need to be at the very top of your priority list. There's no ifs, ands, or buts on that one. Non-negotiable.
Non-negotiable. It's time to take, you know, take it back. Um, you know, and that— and you talked about that, that trinity too. I see it, well, as a triangle. Yes. And yeah, you've, you've got, you know, the heart, which is your soul. I call it the soul chakra. And then your upper three, and you're connected to divine light and source. You have everything you need. You do.
We all have everything we need. That's what I like to say. And, and let's— we need to lighten things up and have a laugh at ourselves and just Tell us more stories like the answers I'm looking for are looking for me. And then yes, open to your trinity. You're— I love that, that, that the, the visual that you just created, Christine.
That was one of my mentors, um, Michael Murdad. I follow him and he learns so much. I mean, he, he's a, he's a beautiful soul. But yeah, I, I love the visual because I I mean, depending on how you learn, everybody learns differently. Some are visual, some are auditory, some have to do hands-on. I feel like I like to, depending on where we're at, I like to do all of them.
Yeah.
But I think the visual piece is really important because it taps into our creative self, and that's where we live with our imagination.
Yeah. Yeah. We are amazing creators when we really let ourselves fly. In our imagination.
Definitely. And I encourage my clients, like, this week they have to do one silly thing, something they would never do, something that would make them feel embarrassed, something childlike. Like, we're really tapping this inner child, right?
Yep.
Um, because that's, that's who— that's where we live. That's who we are.
Absolutely. And it's okay to do that. To go skipping or blowing bubbles or actually rolling down a hill.
Rolling down a hill. Who hasn't done that? Who hasn't made mud pies? I did. I mean, yeah. All right, uh, it looks like Angie, she says, I, I must be growing a lot because I'm having a lot of discomfort. Birthing pains. It's okay, it's okay. You got this. You, you can breathe through it. Reach out when you need help. Um, look for inspiration in everything. And honestly, I feel like it starts with my— with a routine. Like, I call it a self-care, self-love. Every day I do it because it's a slippery slope back. If you miss one day, okay, fine. But if it starts piling up it's— I feel like it's hard if— for maybe depending on who you are, but for me it's easier to slide back down.
I agree with you. And, and this is, this is what I was saying about the— you have to be at the top of your priority list.
Yes.
So I, I too have my own practices, and, and I— so is it an exercise I get my clients to do is I get them to sit down and write down if they had all the time in the world, how would they start their day? They might go out for a walk, they might journal for an hour, they might do a bit of exercise, do some yoga or some qigong, they meditate. And so then to, to do this full list of absolutely everything that we would love to do that would make their heart sing, that would fill their cup. And then I have them go back and pick 2 to 3. I do, I like 3. I, I'm big threes. I think 3 is, is, 3 is really important.
Yes, my mind, body, spirit, equilibrium. Yeah.
And so what I do is I get people to, to pick the 3 that are non-negotiable, and ideally they're scalable. So let's say, for instance, that in your big list you wanted to meditate for half an hour. Well, you could— if you were in a time crunch, you could meditate for 5 minutes, but you can still meditate, right?
Yes.
So that way you can always make sure that you're doing, you're doing those, those items like you're saying. And because it, like you said, it's, it's a slippery slope. You start letting things slide Because when you let things slide like that, you know what you're doing is you are turning around to your inner wisdom, your inner core, the inner child, and saying, you don't matter to me. Yeah, that's big. So you do matter. We all matter, and we have to matter And so it's, it's just talking and being complete love to ourselves, with ourselves, right?
Yeah. An unconditional love, forgiveness of self and others.
Absolutely.
Healing and relationships.
Absolutely. Yeah, encompasses it all.
Definitely. And I always ask my guests— I'm going to spring this on you— I ask this question every show: what does magic mean to you?
Well, so magic means to me, uh, lots of sparkles.
Yeah, sparkles.
Um, creating, creating, uh, manifesting things immediately. Um, magic— actually, I'm very fortunate where I live, there's magic all around me. I go for a walk in the woods and I swear there's little elementals and fairies. And I like that, all around in the woods, and I go and visit them every day. So, oh, that's magic to me.
Love that. Hey guys, I, I— that's interesting. Elementals been coming up a lot. A lot of people have been tapping into fairies and dragons and unicorns, mermaids. And let me know what you guys like. What, what do you see all the time? I see fairies a lot, and, um, uh, I know that my spirit animal is dragon. I have quite a few. So yeah, just, you know, tap into that, whether it's a, you know, a phoenix, or maybe, you know, depending on the animal, um, it could be anything. It could be a cardinal. That could be your sign from spirit. That could be— that could be your spirit totem. That could be both. So if you keep seeing it coming up in pictures, in, in real time, somebody mentions it, it comes in a song, those are all messages, guys. Are you listening? Yeah. Oh, Lisa loves sparkles. Yeah, she, you know, she loves her rainbows and sparkles. I know that. Hi, Lisa.
Hi, Lisa. Yes, sparkles are— sparkles to me are, are like the— because I can actually hear sparkles too, you know, the twinkling, tinkling sound of sparkles. So to me, that can sometimes be, uh, like my own higher guidance saying pay attention, something, something's coming in.
Some—
so, so, and, and then to your point, so I have like dragon energy and dragonflies are— oh, dragonflies, I love dragonflies. Dragonflies and butterflies and, and unicorns a little. They've been coming up a little.
Yeah, yeah, the winged ones, or it could Yeah, it could be winged, it could be fire, air, water, what— it could be tied to your elements too, right? So lots to, lots to explore.
Absolutely. It's always exploring and, and having fun. Like, I love what you just said about asking your, your clients to go do something fun because it's super important. So, so one of the things that I did just last week was I— my coach asked me to do that too. So I got— I've started blowing bubbles.
It's like, nice. Yeah.
Also, so there was one, and I woke up from a dream and had this, this real sensory awareness of something I used to love when I was a kid, was a kaleidoscope.
Oh yeah.
So I thought, oh, I have to get one. And so I found this really amazing one. It's got all these butterflies on it, and it's, it's, it— I I, yeah, $14, best $14 I spent.
Nice.
Sit there entranced. But that's magic too.
Definitely anything that takes you from ho-hum to wow or awe, like you're in awe, that's where a child lives. Remember that feeling? It's a feeling.
It is.
It's a feeling. We have to get back to those those— more of those feelings and less of those lower feelings.
It's about claiming who you are, claiming your sovereignty. That's something. Yes, coming up a lot too.
Sovereignty and truth.
Yeah, yeah, yep, absolutely.
All right, um, I just— yeah, so is there— we have all your social media links, and is there— is there something you'd like to share with our guests about how to reach you if you got something special coming up, or maybe a few tidbits of wisdom before we wrap up the show?
Absolutely. So the, so best way to find me is through those social media links. I do a Facebook Live every Monday morning, and I use my Letting Go Guidance Cards. So nice. This is all about, you know, I mentioned about the peeling off the layers, you know, so The Letting Go Guidance System is, is to me, it's a bridge between tarot cards, oracle cards, which is kind of the messages are here. And if you're feeling really stuck, I find this was in my own healing journey, I needed a bridge. Because if I'm in a funk and I pull a card that says my angel's here, it— I can't get it. I can't get the message because I'm too enmeshed in my stuff. And so that's what these cards are, are things like the first one here is struggle and belief that people are better than you and relationship or addiction. So this is how— that's how this works. So it's like an oracle deck, but it, it really helps get clear. And, and it's again about that mirror. So that's the tidbit that I'd love to, to share as we kind of wrap this up. Is that remember, everything around you is a mirror. So if you are feeling stuck or questioning and you start getting irritated about something over there, or you start feeling grateful for something over there, then watch it. Be— this is, this is something I call being a spiritual detective, because every answer is ultimately spiritual. We are spiritual beings. That's what we're doing here, right? We're claiming who we truly are, and we're opening up to the auspiciousness that we really are. So with that, um, like we just said, Christine's got my social media links.
You—
I'd love for you to go over to my website, wellnesswithmyrna.com. And you, you could— there's some free resources there. You can also sign up for my Inner Peace Kit, and that really helps you start working with these ideas that I've shared with you about that trinity, that trinity of trust, inner awareness, and confidence in that little triangle. So that's there to be downloaded, and if there's any questions, like, like people here, here live. But if there's any questions after, um, pop me a message. I—
yeah, absolutely. We won't leave you guys hanging, whether it's now or on the replay. We'll make sure that someone answers your question or gets you directed where you need to go. I did, uh, put up the link there for the Facebook page so you guys can, you know, and it's also in the description of the show. I'm just gonna go back, there's a few comments here. Uh, Lisa said, yeah, we were talking about Mother Mary, but, uh, always has a unicorn with her. Okay, interesting. I like that. Yeah, that's something new. Thank you for sharing that. And sprites are the sparkles on the water.
That— yes, I agree with you. I agree with you.
And hi, Lynn. I know you were working, but thank you for, for coming in. So nice to see you. Hope you're doing well. And Angie's just saying thank you, and inner peace, yes, I could use that. And, um, inner peace is always available. I, you know, I wanted— wish I was here earlier. You're here, you're always here, Lisa. It's all good. You could go back and replay this, it's all good. And if you have questions, um, go for it. Um, I just wanted to share about, um, inner peace because somebody was asking Is there a difference between happiness and inner peace? And this is from Eckhart Tolle. I don't know if anybody follows him, but he's, he's an interesting guy. He's kind of quirky. Yes, very, very wise. Um, somebody asked, what's the difference between happiness and inner peace? And he says happiness depends on conditions being perceived as positive. So that's an ego thing. Inner peace does not. It already is, but it takes practice. Rinse, repeat, you know, practice, rinse, repeat, practice, rinse, repeat. And you gotta, you gotta live it every day. Like, it's, um, it's just so important.
Um, it really is.
It is. Yeah, this, this is the time. Why not now? You have all this time, no matter what's going on, all of this, just to bring it Bring it here to the heart. It's there, it's there, it's always there, ready for you to step into it.
So I like that definition because I, and I agree with it with you, that the fact that it's always there says you can actually choose to step into it at any point regardless of what's going on and what the situation is, right?
I love it. Absolutely. Well, it was so such an honor to have you here. I I appreciate your time, and, uh, I just wanted to share a few things before, uh, before we go. Um, I am, uh, I'm hosting this, uh, because there are 10 common past life fears. So this is all about healing your past life. So if you guys are interested in that, the link is on my Facebook page. It is tomorrow night, tomorrow night at 7 PM. Mountain Standard Time. So comment 'heal' to sign up. I'll give you the link for that. Uh, let me know. I've also posted it on Facebook and on the website. So we have that coming up, of course. And yeah, it's, it's just amazing, um, what comes up in a past life. And I guess any type of healing, whether it's through me or through Moira or even on your own. So I just invite all of you to start that. And even if you think you haven't, just being here— yes, you have. If you've started that step.
Yep.
So, so don't be hard on yourself, guys.
Remember, all right, wrong answer when you're checking how you are.
Absolutely not. Absolutely not. All right, guys. Yes, thank you. Trust and faith heal. Oh, look at that, we got Angie and Lisa looking for the links. All right guys, I'll send that to you. I look forward to that, and thank you, Moira, and I wish you all the best on your journey. Thank you. Sending you lots of love, light, and blessings.
Love to you.
All right, good. Yes, thank you. And, uh, hey guys, please remember, healing begins where the ego ends. Take care.
