The Ultimate Question: Higher Self vs Spirit #podcast #spiritenergy #soulhealing

I was asked recently, is there a difference between our higher selves and spirit? Really, there is no difference once you establish the connection. And what do I mean? Your connection to your higher selves through, of course, your upper 3 chakras, but I'm talking about God, Source, Buddha, Universe, whatever you identify with. You have to believe in something, and then you start cultivating a practice in the awareness of yourself and your higher self, establishing those connections, connecting right to your guides, your angels, and your loved ones. And of course, you'll receive messages through your dreams, through signs and symbols, through conversations, and through videos like this.
