VOICES | Empath Energy Exchange | Oct 12, 2020

Hello and welcome to your empath energy update for the week of October 12th. And, uh, yeah, it's all about voices and voice. Hi everyone, I'm Christine with 24 Karat Healing. I am a spiritual medium, intuitive energy coach, and old soul healer. And if you're new to the channel, welcome! Thank you so much for subscribing. If you've been here for a while, thank you so much for your support. Thank you to everyone who supports the 24 Karat Healing family. We so much appreciate you being here and spending your time with us. And each week, uh, do a bit of channeling, uh, auto-write. I mean, we're all able to do so This is not a, you know, special superpower or a trick or anything like that. And I am channeling, uh, through Christ consciousness, so, and through the collective energy. So when I— before I do any type of session, reading, healing, or even an exchange like this, I of course bring in my guides, my angels, my loved ones, all of ours, elementals, runner guides everyone, uh, you know, because this is— we are all connected collectively and consciously, right? So, and we definitely have been seeing a lot of things ramping up. So when I sat down and there was no writing today, I just sat down and I'm like, okay, what, uh, what are we feeling here? What's going on for this week? And I am recording this on October 10th, so 10/10/2020. Big synchronicities in those numbers, DNA activations. I'm taking it easy, uh, because, uh, it is Thanksgiving in Canada as well, and I am cooking for 7 people tomorrow. So yes, this is part of my relaxation, um, just recording this for you guys, enjoying this. Before I forget, this t-shirt, U2. It's interesting, I always talk about healing at a 360-degree level, and I've had this shirt for years. I, I've seen them in Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton. Oh my goodness, I have to look at the date, but my son was 8, so that is 14 years ago. Holy smokes. That was like his first con— his first concert. And I've always loved U2. I love what they stand for, um, you know, their messages, their music. It's all about, you know, um, I just see that, you know, there was a lot of undertones underground in regards to U2 and what they're doing, uh, globally as well. So when we're talking about voices, I You know, I also mentioned in my October energy update, the link will be there as well. If you need that, just ask. But, you know, we're talking about October telepathy, you know, psychic highways, a lot of chaos, the power, the struggles, and how grounding is so important. And yes, you're going to hear, uh, voices. This is your soul talking to you. This is God talking to you. These are your angels talking to you. This is the collective consciousness talking to you. I just heard loved ones as well. I mean, obviously with the ancestral stuff, past lives, intergenerational trauma, all of it is being cleared. Um, and we are, you know, that October 10th, that 10:10 is all about activating the the body, um, the spiritual body, right? And we no longer need these suits. We don't— we no longer need these masks, meaning masks of protection, suit of protection. We are being divinely guided, divinely loved. And yeah, now the— sorry, the water tower is going off here. It's a vegetable tower, vegetable garden indoors, but Yeah, anyways, uh, so you might hear a little bit of water running in the background, so this might be part of the tranquility experience. And I also want to thank Natura Soy for providing beautiful candles. As I tell all of my clients before I start anything, to light a candle because you're invoking, you're inviting spirit, you're inviting spirit to come in, because if you don't invite them, they're not going to show up. So more about voices. You're going to be hearing things, feeling things, knowing things, smelling things, tasting things. These are psychometry, like getting energy off of objects. We all have this ability, and some of our clairs, like clairvoyance, you know, clear seeing, um, visions, right? They might be coming in differently. And there might be some confusion in regards to, is this for me? Is this for somebody else? That's why it's really important to meditate. And gosh, I just feel like, you know, spirit is all over me right now talking about the clairs. I, you know, take my clients through this in regards to what type of medium are you. This is part of the training and the mentorship that I do, so So, you know, getting visions of past, present, and future is your clairvoyance. Your clairaudience is hearing. Hearing. Sentience is feeling. Empaths, hello, hi. Clairalience is smelling, many times not the most lovely smell. Cigarette smokes and perfume and— yeah, not for me, but I know that spirit is around when I smell that. Roses. I get quite a bit. Clairgustance, clairtasting, claircognizance, clairknowing— just knowing things. And then clairtangency, it's a psychometry as well. So yeah, I just wanted to show, um, I, I did show this in my weekly podcast and live show this week as well. Um, so I have that on my Facebook page. If you need a copy, let me know, or just go to the page and check it out. Then you'll have more idea because telepathy is is, is what we're born with. It's not something, a superpower, or something special, or that I have that you don't have. We all have it. So that's what we mean by voices. And yes, you're going to be getting messages from the collective consciousness, from divine energy, from your guides, your angels, your loved ones, and God as well. Why wouldn't you? So really sit and, and marinate in that, and your dreams too. And don't get stuck on, oh, I don't remember, or, um, you know, I could remember every little detail, or I just have trouble. You're, you're blocking yourself subconsciously. So invoke a little prayer before you go to bed. Ask your guides, angels, and loved ones, God, to come in and protect you and give you signs and symbols. Messaging through your dreams. And many times the dreams are not for me, they are for others. They are for others. Um, so yeah, that, that is the message. It's all about the voice. I pulled a card on Friday, it was all about Archangel Gabriel and the throat chakra. So this is just like, okay, yes, our voices are carrying. We We also have a new moon coming up on Friday in Libra. And, you know, I'm— I dabble a little bit in the moon and astrology, but I'm not an expert. But Libra, you know, the traits are diplomatic, fair, idealistic. You got the scales, clever. But with this new moon, they're talking about the harsh aspects because Mars, Saturn, and Pluto you know, are, are all in this together. And we all know that Mars is still in retrograde too, so we gotta watch out for the quest for power, the power struggles, the power struggles. And yes, this was recorded earlier, guys, so please ask a question or comment if the messages resonate. And, um, yes, I, I welcome all your comments, suggestions. What type of support you're looking for. I'm recording this on October 10th. Yes, it is World Mental Health Day as well, and mental health is so important. Do you have a self-care plan? Do you practice self-care daily? Are you so selfishly loving yourself every day? Are you being kind? What are you saying to yourself? So just think about that. I just seen a butterfly. Even in this mid-October, there's still— sorry, ladybugs, butterflies. There's a lot of moths I had seen on my door. So that's transformation, underworld stuff. I mean, obviously this is all clearing. So please reach out if you're struggling. Um, I know what it's like. I had depression and anxiety for most of my life. And there's a difference between anxiety and feeling anxious. I think right now many, you know, they might have the anxiety piece, but maybe they're feeling anxious as well, just with everything that's going on in the world. And not— so really ground yourself. Self-care, meditation, find moments of peace and tranquility as much as you can to get back to your center. And just know that we're all in this together. And I love you. I see you. You're important. Yes, you are. You're here for a reason. And, you know, it's all about the soul's purpose. So sometimes we have to go through the dark night, and it happens— sometimes it happens multiple times. I know for myself it has. But it's a practice loving ourselves again, starting from zero or foundation and rebuilding, rebuilding. All right. So the overarching theme for the week is voice, voices. And I heard the song Voices Carry. I believe that was like an '80s song. Can't remember who sings it. Let me know. But check out the lyrics. There's There's messaging for that. I mean, I'm gonna do that right now, um, because of course I'm so curious. Oh, it was a song by Till Tuesday. Till Tuesday. Goodness. Oh, it's all about keeping it down, voices carry, being upset, um, about a relationship, but I feel like it's more about ourselves. This relationship and the masculine. Because yeah, there's a lot of, a lot of potent power struggles out there that we're seeing outside of ourselves. And don't get, don't get carried into that. That's— yeah, don't get dragged into that. Don't get, um, triggered. Really watch. So we're gonna pull a few cards, and I am pet sitting, so there might be a little itty-bitty kitty come in. Because she's, you know, young and very curious. She teaches me lots. Her name is Ember. She's pretty cute. All right, so with part of this is about letting go. So yeah, when I hear voices, Carrie, letting go, that's a— I'm making sure there's none— the glare, the glare. Look at the view. I love the blue. I've, I've just been really drawn to the indigos and the purple, and indigo is the third eye, and purple can— is for the crown as well, or white. But this is the throat chakra, sacred geometry. And look at the structure of kyanite. It's a powerful crystal with strong electrical currents, powerful medicine. Dormant— letting go of dormant emotions, feelings, and energy that's been held in the energetic body and physical body. So deepens your self-awareness, expands your consciousness, creating new opportunities in life. Let go of old emotions to allow for the new. This— it's time to write a new story, a new book. Assist in connecting to your voice with free-flowing expression. And welcome in Archangel Gabriel as well. He holds a trumpet. He holds, you know, the, the, um, the teal, the aquamarine, the turquoise. Just think of that, those colors. Bring that with you. Maybe you have a kyanite blue already. Ah, so we hold on to old belief systems, ideas, emotions, feelings, and it's old baggage. It's negative. It's, it's time to let go. Your past is behind you. Let go, detach, cutting cords. Cutting cords with energy and people. You can welcome in Archangel Michael for that. Just envision his gold sword cutting cords, hooks, and attachments that no longer serve you. And we're talking about old hurts, relationships, friendships, jobs, behaviors. Release expectations and control and allow yourself to fly high and set yourself free. Freedom, letting go. And I only brought one deck with me today, uh, well, for this week. So, all right, what else? What else? I mean, that's the challenge, is letting go. Let go, let God, right? As well, what else do we need to work on? What, um, what is the central, the central piece to all of letting go for the week of October 12th and our voices. Whoa, there, there it goes. And for the collective, pardon me. Oh yeah, relaxation. I know I'm doing that today. I, like I said, I am totally relaxed. It's about really letting go, daydreaming. When's the last time you just stopped and did nothing and did nothing, read nothing, heard nothing, feeling nothing. It's to all the chakras. It's the most relaxing crystal here. Inner peace, deep relaxation. And this is where you're going to find divine inspiration, ideas. Things are going to lift and let go. Strengthens your bones and skeletal system. Inner peace calms the mind, balances the heart. Deep relaxation and meditation— this is the next phase as you create time for yourself to rest and recuperate and really just let go. Letting go to relaxation. And how do you like to relax? Is it an Epsom salt bath? Is it a nap? Is it maybe some yoga? Like, I did some yin yoga this morning, very beautiful. The stretching, the just breathing and just being and not doing. So find more ways to be and not do. And new moon as well, there's new moon intentions coming in for Friday. So you got to let go of all the stuff of the, you know, what's happening and really focus on the week to letting go You're going to find beautiful inspiration. And now I'm just looking at her, she's, she's wandering around here. What is the end result of all of this beautiful work? Letting go, using our voice, rocking the throat chakra. Ah, Red Jasper grounding. This is all about grounding. You're going to find your roots. Your grounding practices, your relaxation practices. You're going to find healthy boundaries throughout all of this. Um, 2020, all about the root chakra— stability, security, safety. This is for protection, drawing in Mother Earth healing energy. You can imagine your roots coming from your root chakra, diving down into Mother Earth. Plunging deep and then grabbing the rose quartz or an amethyst or maybe a jasper or whatever stone you're drawn to and bringing back up to the roots of your feet, right? So you're so grounded and stable and secure. And why am I moving? Because I can feel myself doing that. It's a visualization, it's a practice. Um, it's healthy boundaries, man. Deep-seated fear of abandonment. Start to know and be aware of your own and others' boundaries. It's your responsibility— this is a big word— to take care of your own needs. Healthy boundaries, deep healing, mutual love, respect. Just watch when you're drawing— when you're making these boundaries, watch people's reactions. Observe, and you're going to see who clearly is out to trigger you, drag you down, whatever it happens to be. And this includes family too, guys, okay? So just be very aware of the energies around you and your own energy. And how you do that— you let go, you relax, you create boundaries, and you're just going to be like, wow, okay, all right.
