In this personal vlog, the speaker shares a vivid glimpse of daily life in a suburban area of Lima, Peru, highlighting a lush rooftop garden filled with exotic fruits (goji berries, blackberries, golden berries, elderberries, persimmons, dragon fruit, white figs) and a variety of birds. She notes sustainable practices such as hand‑washing clothes and drying them outdoors, emphasizing a return to natural, root‑based living. The video marks her approaching 60 days on a vegan diet, during which she reports significant health improvements: heightened energy, reduced appetite, lighter and brighter feeling, better eyesight, improved sleep, and the resolution of a previously diagnosed fatty liver. Interwoven with these observations is a reverence for the Divine Mother (Pachamama, Mother Mary, Sophia Teresa) and a call for building intentional communities centered on collaboration, relationships, and co‑creation in 2022. She invites viewers to ask questions about her diet, exercise, and community‑building ideas, promising future videos.

¡Hey, everybody! I'm sending you some lovely, warm, beachy type of tropical breezes your way. To anyone in North America that needs it at this time, or even around the world depending on where you are. I obviously am in the Southern Hemisphere, very close to the equator, and every day is is a beach day. I'm just gonna— and just, you know, this is the mother, you know, the Divine Mother, Pachamama, Mother Mary, Sophia Teresa, whatever you identify with, is highly regarded and very sacred here. I was just filming, you know, about all the things that we grow on the roof, and there'll be 3 different segments Talking about goji berries, blackberries, golden berries, elderberries, persimmons that are on the roof, dragon fruit, white figs. There's so many, but I just wanted to— oh, look at the little birdie on the wire. You get some beautiful birds here. But I mean, look at the flowers. I mean, have you ever seen such beautiful lushness? And we usually have a hawk, we have yellow canaries, we have hummingbirds. We have blackbirds, we have pigeons, of course. But, um, I'm just giving you like a little insight to what Lima is all about. I believe there's about 10 million people in Lima, and we're in a suburb. So yeah, and I think it was Patty who asked me to share more videos. This isn't live because on the roof the Wi-Fi is not that great, so And just so you know, everybody washes their clothes by hand. So all you folks that think, you know, it's rough, you have a washing machine, they utilize what, you know, Mother Earth, Mother Nature gave them, and they hang their clothes out to dry. So that's, you know, it's— you'll see it everywhere. And I think that's something we need to adopt more of, is, you know, that lifestyle, really getting back to the roots. Of everything. So anyways, I hope you're having an amazing day. I will post more videos. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm very close to day 60 of my veganism journey, my lifestyle. All I can tell you is my energy is through the roof. I don't eat as much as I used to. I am not as hungry as I used to be. And I feel lighter and brighter. My eyesight has improved. My sleep is amazing, even more amazing than it was before. And I no longer have a fatty liver, which was a big problem before I left North America. So anyways, if you have questions about, you know, what I eat and what I do and exercise, and maybe you want to start your own intentional community because that's what we need. This is what 2022 is about. Community, collaboration, relationships, connection, and co-creation. All right, take care.
