My name is Brett Gallant and I'm from Mirror Machine, New Brunswick. My company name is Adaptive Office Solutions and we're in the the east coast of Canada, Atlantic Canada. So when I think about scaling my company and why I decided to dedicate some energy towards scaling, really, I. I recognized what I was doing. I was an msp. I really wasn't an msp. Truly, I was a pretend msp. And I was spending a lot of time trying to be the hero for everybody. If somebody needed their residential computer fixed, I was there. I was doing subcontract work for debit machines. Hey, 15 minutes. I'll go get it. I was chasing pennies and not getting any results. I was spending a lot of time and I was looking for a work life balance.
