Hi, my name is Jerry Morgan, I own Code Blue Computing and we're located in Denver, Colorado. We started with seven figure about five years ago between 2017 and 2018. You know, it didn't take long at all. We actually had started our business as a computer repair shop and we were really struggling with making that transition. So really once, you know, once we saw the program, saw what could happen, we signed up right away. You know, I think our biggest struggle was pricing, you know, and really understanding the value in what we had. So that was one of the biggest, you know, advancements that we made pretty quick within the program. You know, really our, our business had been in play almost like I would say we were in business probably six or six or seven years before we started. And we'd really been struggling and so really we were just ready to make, you know, to, to make a change. Really. Everything has changed for our business. When we started with seven figure, it was just my husband and I, you know, we've got a team, we've got a team of six now. We've actually crossed the seven figure mark and we, you know, we always, like Chris will talk about people have really crappy jobs that they've created for themselves and we've worked our way out of that into owning a business that we love. You know, it's changed everything. It's changed everything. I mean, we really put everything into, into this, into this business. And so it's completely changed our lifestyle, our outlook, you know, kind of what we can do for, for our kids really for, for 2024. We've got really big goals for us. We just crossed the million dollar mark last year and our goal for this year is to get as close as we can to 2 million. And really all of those strategies that we get from seven figure and the quarterly events give us, you know, kind of give us the focus to, to, to move towards those goals. I would say just get off, get off the fence. I mean, you know, really when you have a technical brain, we have a tendency to overthink things, right? So don't overthink it. You know, just, just jump in and just start doing what you can, can do and get ready to grow. I would say really there's two things that, that I like the best. I like, I like the weekly meetings where if you're having a chall, you know, you've got this whole community, you know, to help you work through it. And then I also, I also like the quarterly events. The community when you, when you get to meet folks and hang out with them in person. It's always hard to pick, you know, you know, a favorite, a favorite part. But really, this event, there's been a lot of focus on growing your sales team and, you know, and really focusing on building out, you know, your SDRs. So it's really been that focus on building a team as opposed to doing all the sales ourselves.
