A short YouTube segment by Chris Wiser advocating for co-managed IT engagements as a way to augment limited in-house IT capabilities. Wiser recommends partnering with internal IT teams ("co-managed plays"), positioning external providers as cybersecurity partners rather than replacements, and targeting IT decision-makers through their media consumption (LinkedIn, TechCrunch), webinars, and industry trade shows.

They frustrated by the limited capabilities of their in house it. This is a really, really cool way that you can start to invite in those IT folks, those in house it. Because, hey, I'm a fan of co managed plays. I'd rather work smarter, not harder. And if they want to keep their in house, because they just love their in house it, cool, we'll come in. We'll be the. The cyber security heroes. That's fine. Okay. And again, media consumption. Hey, they're on LinkedIn, they're reading TechCrunch magazine, they're attending webinars, they're in professional trade conferences, they're at these trade shows. Okay, Those are the people that I'm looking for.
