Balance & Purpose Q&A #alittleQC

Chrystal Hurst answers questions about balancing competing demands and finding purpose. Balance isn't static but constant readjustment, like adding floaties to stay afloat. Purpose isn't one grand mission but everyday presence: serving God in ordinary tasks like cooking or responding to messages.

Good morning, good morning. Hi there. Good morning, everybody. It's me jumping in here on a Monday morning to chat with you about a couple of things because it's Monday and because I said I would. Um, I, you know, QCs are a thing. For 2020 and in 2021. I don't know that this will continue. I'm not sure. I'm still praying about it, but, um, for 2020 through, um, November for sure, I wanted to pop in here every week on Mondays to say hello and to encourage you to live your life well. Now, if you've been watching me really since the beginning of all things corona and quarantine, um, you will know that I'm not in my closet right now. And so I have a little space that I, uh, am using as an office and there's nothing in here. So you have a white background and hopefully the contrast of the black on the white is good enough for today. But, um, the kids were in the house getting ready for their situation. And they had a cousin spend the night last night and they were making too much noise. And so I was like, you know what, I'm going to go into this other space so that I'm not as distracted as I might otherwise be. So the closet isn't finished. It's not finished. But for today, for today, we have a slightly different, a slightly different background. Somebody said, I miss the closet. I miss the closet. I know. It's just my husband's always like, Take that orange dress down. It's all— it's the same orange dress in the background. Like, it's orange. Take it down. They don't care, Jesse. They don't care. So anyway, no orange dress today, but I wanted to jump in here to talk to you a little bit about a few things. So here's the deal. I want to answer some questions. Um, I went into the Inner Circle and asked them, what questions do you have about 4 areas. Um, and I want to talk about 2 of those areas today and, um, take some of their questions. And if time allows, take some of yours. I don't know that time will allow today. It might be up to be next week, mainly because after I finish this recording, I've got to jump in my car and run to the dentist. And so I want to make sure I get their questions answered. To today, I'll be talking about balance and purpose and answering some questions. About how to achieve that, um, how to experience that in your life. Um, and so before I do that, I just want to make sure, first of all, that if you're here for the first time, I say hello to you. So if you're here for the first time, if you can wave at me, I'd love to see you and to know that you're here. And those of you all who are a little, um, like you consider yourselves to be a part of the QC community because you're here every Monday morning or you've been here for quite a few, I want to encourage you to welcome. So I see the waving of the official Lady Network and Beneficent Academy LLC. CM Hatch, Natasha on Instagram, and then, um, hi Miss Gail Maddox, who's known me since I was a little girl. Uh, Gail, Ali Strickland, it's her first time. Tom 28 Jerry said, I have a dentist appointment today too. Uh-huh. Hi Sammy, for the first time. Oh, there's a lot of you here that are here for the first time. Well, welcome. I've been going live for a while, every day for about 8 weeks, and then I've gone every week for every week since. And I'm here to talk about things that I hope are helpful, encouraging, inspiring, but also super practical. Don't have all the answers, but the answers that I do have, I like to share. So here are a few things that I want to tell you about because I don't want you to miss out on them because they are coming and coming soon. Now you just heard me mention that the Inner Circle is the origin of many of my questions for today. If you don't know what the Inner Circle is, that's basically a group of women who said, "We want more. We want extra stuff from your podcast. We want sneak peeks." I just showed them a cover of my, the COVID of my new book that's coming out next year. Sometimes things that we're doing that they get to see first, discounts that they get that other people don't get, but also wanting to do the work to make their lives better, to say, I want to live well and I'm willing to do the work and I want the information, I want the coaching, I want the homework, I want all that stuff. Chrystal, give me more. And if you'd like to know more about how to get more, you can go to chrystalevanshurst.com/innercircle. Now there are 4 levels in the Inner Circle, and that first level is always open. If you're like, Chrystal, I just want to say thank you, support what you do, that co-producer level is always open. It's $5 a month. Then the other levels, the ones that get the extra teaching, the, um, that's the, the sister sessions where we go online and talk once a month, where they hear from my friends and get content from the retreat and the online event, those levels, they're closed and they stay closed a lot. We opened it and closed it in October, and then we got a bunch of emails saying, but wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, please let me in, right? It's like Noah's Ark. So we're opening it up November 1st for 36 hours. November 1st, 11 AM to 11 PM, all the levels will be open. So you can get in right now at the first level, and then all the other levels will be open. And here's the cool thing: November 1st through the 21st, we'll be going on another 21-day journey. Um, if you've done it before, that's awesome because you can do it again. This one will be different. This one will be focusing on finishing strong. How can you finish strong and get a clear view of how you want to start 2021? So if you need to do that work so that you're not waiting until January 1st to do the work of looking at the girl in you, then I'd love for you to join us. Um, join now and then level up on November 1st, or you can just join on November 1st. The doors will only be open for 36 hours. I always want to say that the wrong way. Okay. So the other thing I want you to know is that the online event is coming. Some of y'all have been around long enough to know about that. We did a Sister Circle online event. Back in May, and I'm coming back this November with new friends, new messages, new content. It's November the 13th and the 14th, and the, uh, you can register to attend right now. You can go to chrystalevanshurst.com/tsconline. That's chrystalevanshurst.com/tsconline. And if you're not on my email list for all the other little goodies that I like to send your way, just go to chrystalhurst.com. Right there below my picture, you'll see a spot to add your name, and that way you won't miss anything. You don't want to have missed last week's episode of our little QCs. Jamie Grace, we talked about anxiety, finding quiet, how to deal with worry, mental health. Great conversation to have with a great girl. She's a millennial, and so her perspective, I think, was great for all of us, but I think certainly added some, some thoughts about what is concerning those of us who are in that millennial or zennial age group. If you are here this morning and you're a millennial, I just love to know that you're here. Just give me a fist bump in the comments. I'd love to know. I also put up a podcast on Saturday from Trudy Cathy White. She's one of the Chick-fil-A children, and she talked about what it means to leave an enduring legacy, to talk about her mom, but really it's a talk about what we do intentionally that leaves the light of love in other people's hearts. And really, at the end of the day, what we do for people, that's all that lasts. Now this week, y'all, listen, listen, you need to listen to this week's podcast. So Deborah Piggay is a lady who we just had as a part of our Inner Circle Summit. So we had an Inner Circle Summit for those who were in the Inner Circle in October. We had 5 friends share 5 lessons, and Deborah Piggay was our last night's guest. When I tell y'all, when I tell y'all, y'all not ready for Miss Deborah. Forget, y'all are not ready. I know you've never heard of her. I know you probably don't even know what she's all about. It don't matter. When I send you that email and her episode is live, she's talking about leading like a woman, and you need to make sure you listen to her. She is 70 years old. She is like a ball of fire. She doesn't care about what you think. She's going to say what she has to say. And when you listen to her, You're going to leave that conversation motivated to do better. I'm telling you now. Okay. I see all my millennials. I love knowing that y'all are here. Hey, Portia. Hey, Portia. Okay. And then I see CSR2192 and Stacia and Katie, his lady. Love that y'all are here. Listen, glad that you're here because the way I figure, you can either learn it the hard way or you can listen and learn it maybe a little bit of the easier way. And hopefully that's a little bit of what I'm going to do. Right now, this morning, this morning. Okay, so purpose and balance, balance and purpose. Everybody, y'all, everybody right now that I know about is struggling to balance life in some way. It may be balancing your responsibilities, balancing your family, balancing school, balancing your checkbook. So let me just take a couple questions, and so many of these were so similar, so I'll group a little— some of them together a little bit. So Tia Loop said, I'm trying to balance my final year in undergrad with marriage— whoops, let me move this around— with marriage, 2-year-old twins, managing my home, and a part-time job. Please help, please help. Rosalyn Malone said, can you speak to how to balance the 9-to-5, ministry, and loneliness while married and surrounded by family? Ooh, being lonely while married. That's a whole topic, isn't it? That's a whole topic. All right. And then we have questions about purpose. Um, how do I find my purpose in the season of my life? Doris Wright said, I'm in my 60s, widowed with no children. I'm still working, but my world just looks totally different than it did in my years up to my 50s. I have a feeling that I need to pull away from the worldly life I knew, but how do I do that? And how do I find balance between the two? So let me just talk to you a little bit about finding balance. The first thing you need to understand about finding balance is that balance, even if you find it, you are not guaranteed to keep it. And the reason why you're not guaranteed to keep it is because life, life, life is like water. Even when you find balance, there's always movement, and mainly because The water itself has micro movements that you cannot see. And if you're holding a container with water in it and you're alive, you're always in motion even when you're still, because your heart is always beating. You can probably see this if you hold a cup, like just holding a cup of water. If you look at it really closely, you will always see that there are micro movements in the water. Why? Because your alive. And if you're alive, that means there will always be movement. Even in seasons where you're bored to death, even in seasons where your kids are grown and gone, even in seasons where you're retired, there's always going to be something that's moving and shifting in you. Life, because you are alive, is always in motion, even if there are only micro motions to pay attention to. Which means that we have to give up this idea that we're going to find balance and keep it. You're not, not if you're alive. So this work of finding balance and finding balance and finding balance again is not a work of finding it to keep it. It is the work of noticing that there is movement and then readjusting, readjusting. And if you are alive, that is a part of the work. Of honestly honoring your own life. Okay, so this morning balance would have meant— for some of you would have meant, Chrystal, you're supposed to be in the same spot in your closet with the yellow dress. But balance this morning would have meant in that spot, in that same spot, that I would have had too much noise. I would have been really irritated with my kids, which would have put me in not a good place as a mother. And so today, the gift for me today was to move Because balance said last night, y'all haven't seen your cousin in a while, my youngest son, let him come over, let him spend the night, let's do the thing. They tore the whole house up, I don't care, I stayed under a blanket because I was tired. And then this morning they're up and they're horsing around. Balance meant in order for me to let them enjoy their freedom this morning before they start their school day, before they start to start their week, I can move so I can have what I need, which quiet. Balance this morning did not mean staying still. Balance meant movement. It meant shifting. It meant me doing something different. So when I'm looking at the questions that I got about balance, which are like, help me find balance because I have so much on my plate, the first thing I want to ask you is what needs to move? What needs to move? Now, I'm aware that sometimes We know what needs to move. We can't move it. We can't move a hard marriage. We can't move our children. We can't move the job because we need to eat. We don't want to move school because we're trying to finish. I understand that. So what else in your world can shift that will give you a sense of equilibrium? Okay, what can shift? When my children learn how to swim, when my grandchildren, uh, when, when they're swimming All, in all cases, before they learn that, before I'm confident, before we just let them out there into the water, they, while they're learning, wear floaties. Because we're putting something on to ensure that what they need to do, which is stay afloat and stay alive, they can do it. And then when they're ready to stay alive on their own, then we take off the floaties. And they're these little things that prop them up during seasons where they could go under. What can prop you up? Because maybe— a piece of hair on my lip— maybe what you're looking for is not so much a change. Because Taya, you said, uh, undergrad, marriage, twins, managing a home and a part-time job. Okay, if you need that job and you are working towards something for school, you don't want to move your husband and your kids in your home, so there's nothing there to move. But what can prop you up? What can prop you up? What can make you feel like you're operating on all fours or all three legs of your stool, if that's what you have? So one of the things that was very balancing for me this weekend was I did nothing. When I tell you, uh, on Sunday, yesterday, my boys came in the room and they said, Mommy, you haven't moved all day. You want to know why? Because I'm exhausted. Just constantly in motion, constantly checking things off of my to-do list, constantly walking around with my, with my brain dump book, y'all, with all the things. I mean, look at this, look at this, you know. I just constantly trying to get things done. And yesterday I found a spot on the couch because my soul needed to stop, my brain needed to stop. And I got a blanket, I sat down for church, and I didn't move. And I looked at my husband and said, I'm not doing it today. I'm not doing it. Cowboy game was on. What do y'all want from Buffalo Wild Wings? Y'all, I have a fridge full of food. And I was like, I'm not doing it, because today, in order for me to put another leg on my chair, I just need to sit still. Sometimes balance is not so much that you have to make major things in your life change. Maybe just there's one little prop-up that you can add, one little floaty that will give you a sense of equilibrium, right? So just a little something. That was that for me yesterday. Other times balance needs to come because, uh, the stress that you're feeling is that you really are doing too much. And one of those things you need to remove or do less of or change the way you do it. Um, there are seasons in life where I've worked with people. I was— the last job that I had, I was in institutional money management. Basically, I was a stock picker. My title was Assistant VP analyst or something like that. Anyway, y'all, yeah, I made the big bucks back in the day. But anyway, I was working with a lady who was a receptionist, and I just got a chance to talk to her, and she told me about what she'd done before in her life, in the job that she'd had. And I said, like, it was a for real, like, professional job. And then I said, so why are you a receptionist? She said, oh, I was just in a season in my life where I just needed to do something less stressful for book. That's what I needed to do in that season. So there are things you can do to prop yourself up. Um, when you talk about 2-year-old twins, um, can you switch childcare with somebody if you're comfortable with that in the season of Corona? Can you communicate to your spouse what you need? Some of us are looking for balance that we are not getting because we're not asking for the help and we're not looking for the opportunity for help. Balance for me, when my children were little, was I had twice a day where I put those jokers in a playpen and let them watch Barney. Because balance meant that there had to be 2 times during the day where I wasn't fooling with 2-year-olds. I didn't do that 2 and 3-year-old season very well. I, I, the movement and the nonstop need for supervision wore me out. And so I stuck those little kids in a playpen and said, be in here, be still. Because balance for me meant I needed 30 minutes where I didn't have to worry that you were going to kill yourself and that I have to worry about you falling down the stairs. And balance meant I don't care about y'all watching TV and putting you in playpen, you will not die. That— those little things. So the question is, is do you need balance because you need physical balance? Do you need balance because you need mental balance? Maybe that means this semester take a semester off and regroup. Does it mean that you need Spiritual balance in all of this. Are you making time to center, to pray, to meditate, to talk to God, to be still? Balance for me— I put that crazy picture of myself on the front this weekend because balance for me meant last week and the week before, I gotta go out for a walk. I need some fresh air. And everybody always needs something from me. Um, my office is in my home and people always have questions, including my kids. And the girls who were here working. And so I'm like, um, I gotta go, I gotta go out. And I'm amazed at what happens when I add that leg of balance to my life, just to go out and go for a quick walk and then come back in. My blood is pumping, my brain is working, and I'm refreshed. Rosalyn, you ask, how can you balance the 9-to-5 ministry and loneliness while married and surrounded by family? Well, there's so many things there. You're talking about what you have on your plate to do You're also talking about how you feel. And let me just say that the weight that you have from your feelings, the weight that you have from your feelings is real. Okay? That emotional drain on your soul makes it difficult to carry everything else. You are carrying the world on your shoulders physically and emotionally and spiritually and soulfully and you know, all these different lees. And so if there's a weight in one area of your life, then it's very difficult to carry the weight in the other areas of your life. So I would say, first of all, ministry. How many ministries are you in? Because some of y'all ministry women be doing like the most, like 3 or 4 ministries. What is really the ministry that God has called you to? Okay, balancing the 9 to 5. Now, the emotional weight of loneliness while married and surrounded by family. Okay, so let me just deal with that for just a second. The emotional weight that throws you out of balance. Okay, have you first of all communicated what you need to your spouse? And if you've communicated it, are you in the power to create what you need from your spouse? Meaning, if he likes football, would you feel lonely if you sat with him while he watched football? Maybe, maybe not, but have you tried it? What if you want to go out on a date and he's not taking you on a weekly date? What if you create the date? What if you become the person that is the instigator of the togetherness that you want in your marriage? Now, I know that it's a two-way street, and sometimes, um, you know, it does take two. But sometimes the weight that we want another person to remove, that we want them to pick it up and carry it, we actually have the strength to pick it up and to exchange what we're not getting for what we want. The first time you pick up a heavy weight, and if you haven't been lifting weights, it doesn't feel good. And then after a while, you develop a strength to lift the thing. And so maybe that's another way to carry it. But I want to say that you cannot deal with the balance of your life in your to-dos without also dealing with the balance of your life in the, in the soul arena, okay? You have to be able to talk to yourself and say, self, what is it that I need to shift in my soul? What is it that I need to shift in my actual circumstances, because both matter. Both matter. And if you're exhausted, it doesn't matter if you're exhausted physically and mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. If you are not being refilled and you are not being supported in all of the ways, you will feel out of balance. And so, you know, one of the things that you can do, and a lot of women don't want to do it, but it's the reality. Yes, it takes two to tango. So be friends with your spouse and you create the date and you go out, do all the things, you figure out how to be with him, because maybe he doesn't think you're interested in being with him. Create that. And if it takes two to tango and that is not filling the tank, get you some girlfriends. That's one of the advice that I was given when I got married, and some of the advice that I give other women. Listen, put your husband first, but get you some girlfriends. And if you have to be the instigator of the fun with friends, then do that, because loneliness can come in marriage. But that's what good girlfriends are for. Give yourself balance, soulful balance, by being intentional with how you're living forward. Okay, um, let me talk a little bit about purpose because Doris said, how do I find purpose in this season of my life? She's in her 60s. Maddie said, I want to understand purpose and the expectations related to purpose. Um, you know, I've served at church and community for years, and I know that these things are part of a bigger picture, 'But how's my purpose different from everyday tasks and responsibilities?' E. Monique said, 'I'm struggling with finding my purpose and passion. Where is it? The past few years have seemed out of balance because my husband has had some health challenges, and I've had to make adjustments to ensure that everything is taken care of. I've lost myself. I'm on the back burner. How do I reconnect with my life?' I mean, I get all that. Danita Pate said, 'I would like to know more about purpose and how it relates to our spiritual gifts.' as well as tying it to business and moving forward in business. Oh, and I just realized that my sheet was out of whack. I had some more questions from Christina and Dashundra and Tony and Jennifer and Alutason and Roslyn about balance, but I think I probably covered that in what I was talking about. If I didn't, I'll come back next week and say some more. Okay, so purpose. First of all, you all are designed with purpose in mind. All of us are. But that does not mean sometimes that it's this big major thing in the sky. And that's what stresses a lot of us out. We think that if we haven't figured out our whole purpose, we don't— we not living. Okay? But here's the thing. What if purpose is in your everyday? There is a book that's called The Practice of the Presence of God. It's a little thin book by Brother Andrew. And he talks about his connection with God while he's doing the dishes. What if my purpose when I'm cooking oatmeal for my children and when they come downstairs for breakfast in that moment is to welcome them with a smile? What if my purpose in that moment is simply to let them know when they start their day that someone sees them and is glad that they're here? Then that's enough for that moment. What if my purpose right now is to talk to you about purpose? That's not my grand purpose for my whole life. That's not the grand direction for everything I'm gonna do.. But today it is to talk about purpose and balance. And in this moment, that's my purpose. What if my purpose in any given moment— I mean, y'all, I get so many DMs and I read a lot of them. I can't respond to all of them, but sometimes one, I'll read one, and in that moment I know that it is my purpose in that moment to respond to that person. We have made purpose too big. Like, if I don't know about what that one thing is in my life, then I'm failing. If I don't know what my passion is for my whole life then I'm failing. If I haven't figured out, oh my goodness, you know, how to wrap up every spiritual gift and every thought and every talent and every desire and every passion into this one big purpose, then how am I screwing up my life? And what if your purpose is just to show up to the thing that's right in front of you? Paul, as an apostle in the Bible, wrote a lot of the New Testament, but he was a tentmaker. Like, his actual job had nothing to do with his life's purpose the life purpose that we know him for, right? Jesus was a carpenter before anybody knew his name, and then for 3 years he talked about the kingdom of God and he talked about his Father in heaven. Did that mean that he was wasting his time when he was a carpenter? No, it just meant for the season that he was in, he did what he was supposed to do and he did what was the next thing. Some of us need to stop stressing out about finding purpose and do the next thing and realize that— don't you understand that God can come to you and make things clear one step at a time without you stressing out about, oh my gosh, I gotta find my purpose. It's kind of like, you know, it's, it's like if you're looking for purpose, you might miss it because you're looking for it, because you're just not doing well the thing that's right in front of you. So singles, what I would say to singles, Nadia, is that you have the freedom. I'm not saying you don't have time, you have a lot of time because I don't know what you're doing with your life. What I'm saying is you have the freedom to what you engage with. And I would just say maximize the season that you're in with intentionality to do the things that are in front of you, that are desires in your heart, that are things that you're curious about, that you have the freedom to do with your time, or maybe financially take the trips, join the clubs, learn the skills, finish the degree, and realize that God can meet you in that season of you doing what you can do in that season. If you're 60, Miss Doris, I believe that purpose never ends. And I have a friend of mine who's almost 70 who sends me cards, and she's retired, and she was a teacher. And I ask her, you know, what are you doing in this season? She said, I don't know, I'm just trying to figure it out. Just trying to keep using my time wisely. And I just believe that if you will decide to look at what's in front of you, what gets you excited, what makes you curious, what you want to try, I'm just convinced the older I get that age is a number. And even though your body tells you real things about where you may be in your life, Your brain— I understand my grandmother said at 90, she was like, "I guess I'm getting old now." Because while your body says one thing, you still are who you are. So what is interesting to you right now? What would you like to fill your time up? What did you always want to learn? Take the freedom and the time to do it. You never know what other things will intersect with you being a good steward of your life. You know, um, Maddie, you talked a little bit about how these things can be a part of bigger pictures. How's my purpose different from everyday tasks and responsibilities. It may not be. It may not be in this season. Right now, your job, everybody's job, is to show up with excellence, with integrity, with a love of God and a love of people wherever he's put you. And then if he's put something in your heart to pursue that is beyond you right now, pursue it with all your heart and your strength. Do your best in that degree, but maybe you don't take 12 hours a semester. Maybe you take 3 or 6 at a time. I understand, Emonique, this idea of balance. You talked about your husband having health challenges and you having to work to ensure that everything is taken care of. I do get that, but reconnecting with yourself to understand what brings you purpose, would understand what fulfills your passion, doesn't have to be these big things. You said, how can I find my purpose when everything in my life matters? My relationship, my business, career. And how does that all come together? Do what you can do in front of you well. And when there is dis-ease, remember balance, then create a shift. When there needs to be dis-ease, create a shift. And that can be a small shift. It can be something as small as saying to your husband, "Hey, listen, I really want to get up in the morning and go exercise. I need room to take care of me. Can you get the children up?" You know, maybe breakfast. Instead of you cooking a hot breakfast every morning, is a frozen waffle. They will not die off of frozen waffles. I'm a proponent of home-cooked meals, but if you got to give them frozen waffles, and if your husband has to put them in the toaster, everybody will stay alive. So sometimes it's negotiating of those relationships to make room for the things that bring you life. But the bottom line is it can be in your everyday, and it can— your everyday can shift to make room for that little glimpse of something that brings you joy. Sunsets brought my mother joy, and because I enjoyed watching them with her, they bring me joy too. But here's the reality about these sunsets. They can come and I can make room for them at the end of a ridiculously hard day, a ridiculously full day. And a part of me living with balance is making sure that there's something in my life that I'm doing. And a part of me having purpose is making sure that I'm enjoying my life and not just racing through it. So something that's as simple as a sunset lets me know that I'm operating in a balanced way in my life,. And that even though I have a lot of things on my plate that define my purpose, I know that one of my purposes is to honor and glorify God. And a sunset reminds me to do that. So we're not talking about these big things. Am I going to be a speaker or a writer? Am I going to have my own business? Am I going to be this? Am I going to be that? Okay, it can be, but what if the sum total of who you're supposed to be, you're building right now in your everyday life? And what if you worrying about the one big thing is causing you sleep on the important little things that you're doing every day. Purpose, yes, uh, Danita, can always come, or it can come often from your spiritual gifts or your natural gifts, your in-the-flesh gifts. He will build out— God can build out a plan for you based on what he put in you physically and spiritually. And so it can be a spiritual gift, but it doesn't have to be. You, you can use your spiritual gift of hospitality, to be a greeter every Sunday, and still spend your life as a doctor. Like, they're not, you know, in your career, they're not mutually exclusive. And so when you look at who you're going to be, don't feel like purpose— everything has to have purpose. What if— well, everything has to be the purpose. What if you can have some purpose in smaller things that you do without them having to be the sum total purpose of your life? Remember, We put too much stress on these one things that like, if I don't— if my life doesn't culminate into this one thing, then I'm a failure. And that's just a lie of the enemy. Okay, I have more things about balance. And so what I think I'm gonna do— hmm, I think I'm gonna do— because I got to go to the dentist and I missed some of these originally. Some of these are the same. I'm moving this camera over a little bit. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. I may go live another time this week so I can finish talking about it because basically there are a couple of other things. Jennifer, you ask about being connected in marriage, not feeling guilty. Tony, you talked about moving. I got something to say about that. Um, Deshondra, you wanted to know about effectively communicating and spending time with your family. Yeah, so many things. So I will either pick up where I left off next week, or I will go live one more time this week. And if you're on my email list, I'll tell you when. One of the two. But I'll get through as many questions as I have. The reason why I'm talking about purpose and balance, and then we're going to talk about relationships and business, is because these are the areas that we are covering in the online event. So again, this is my thoughts, but I have lots of friends who have a lot of wisdom who want to share their wisdom with you. And if you have not yet registered for the online event and you want more of this kind of stuff, because I'm doing my best, but listen, I'm only one person and there are lots of women who I have as friends who have a lot of great information to share with you. That's chrystalevanshurst.com/tsonline. All right, y'all, I will talk to you later. Pray that my strength in the Lord when I go to this dentist, they don't find nothing wrong in my mouth. I'll talk to y'all later. Bye!
