So we had the pleasure of working with Claire doing the LEGO Serious Play with the team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. My team is based in agriculture. We were looking for a team-building event that we thought they could connect with on a completely different level than what we do every day, and this absolutely nailed it. We had engagement from guys that we struggle to get engagement from sometimes. The entire team started conversing more. They were really open and they were enjoying the afternoon. They actually had fun at a team-building event. And the thing I thought was really cool about it is how we drew in the neuroscience with all of it, talking about the beta waves and the alpha waves and then checking in where everybody was in regards to their creativity and how this can apply to their day-to-day lives and themselves. So I really feel like the LEGO Serious Play increased the self-awareness, increased some relationships between our staff, and gave them a chance to actually be creative and have fun and then apply it back to our business and their everyday lives.
