With KPMG announcing 4% layoffs in their US audit workforce, there's a lot to unpack here. Think about this. Just as the election pushes us to focus on who has true leadership qualities, within companies like KPMG, true leaders might not always hold the highest titles. While the big names manage layoffs and structural changes, of course, it's often the under-the-radar talent, associates, managers, and fresh auditors that drive innovation and maintain quality, especially in times like tax season. We've all seen this in this workplace. High potential, often overlooked, just needs the right opportunity and development to really shine.
