I often talk about our tunnel vision. And as we gain more experience, as we learn more, as we grow, it becomes a wider vision, right? And in my keynote talk, Why Not Everything? The Power of Can Do, what I talk about is going from a wide view to a panoramic view. So when we talk about panoramic view, there's no blind spots. We can look to the right, look to the left, and dive into all these possibilities that we hold within us that we didn't even know existed. And that's extremely important as a leader because we have to learn how to navigate in this panoramic view we didn't even know existed, but it's there. And this is where we will really shine. We're going to be able to drive that human connection and be better versions of ourselves so we could inspire and motivate our team and be the example, walk the talk, as opposed to we need to do this, this. Well, no, I'm doing it. I'm an example of this. I'm working hard on myself as well.
