EASY DIY TEAM BUILDING!

One of the activities that I would like to talk about is creating a team vision mural. I strongly, strongly encourage that you do it at the office. I want to open up your mind today on the possibilities. If you can use a large wall in the office and use it to represent your team's team vision and your goals. If you don't want to use the wall, you can use a large canvas. People can add words, drawings, symbols that actually represent their personal aspiration and their team aspirations, their goals, their dreams, their purpose, why they work here and why they belong and why they love it. And it also will feature their diversity. Everybody's unique. So, and a lot of times what we do, we discover a lot of hidden talents. Now, a lot of leaders say, well, what if it looks really bad? Don't worry about that. It won't. Trust me, you will be surprised on how creative and talented people are.
