Mental Fitness Meets Music (Wait for It)
In this brief lyrical fragment from Claire Hayek’s YouTube video “Mental Fitness Meets Music (Wait for It)”, the speaker expresses a yearning to escape into the digital realm (“I just wanna go online”) and to experience an intense, almost chaotic emotional state (“I just wanna go insane”). The lines blend vivid sensory imagery—“Touching the summer rain harder than the blue is fine”—with a musical, poetic cadence, illustrating how the video fuses mental‑fitness concepts with artistic expression. The excerpt serves as a micro‑example of the video’s broader theme: using music‑driven lyricism to explore and potentially regulate mental states.
