PERFECTION IS OVERRATED. A FAIL I'M PROUD OF!

I've got a secret. You know, even experts mess up. Today, I'm pulling back the curtain on MSP's biggest oops that turned into our most valuable lesson. Picture this: we're leading a major workshop, the energy is high, the activities are flowing, and then we hit a wall. Our tech fails. It's every facilitator's nightmare, and we're live. But here's the twist: We didn't pack up, we pivoted. We transformed these tech timeouts into deep discussions. We turned the silence into strategy sessions. And the result? A team more bonded and resilient than ever. So what did we learn? Always have a plan B, C, and even a D. And why am I telling you this? Embrace the unexpected as an opportunity for growth. This experience was a revelation. Share your own oops moment below. You might save many of us from making that same mistake you made.
