From my experience working with a lot of teams and managing a lot of teams as a project manager, I found sometimes there was a lot of toxic environments, high stress, a lot of tension where people are not communicating well. And I guess that motivated me to start my own business and collaborate with amazing companies that are really changing and transforming leadership. So this whole talk is about how we can transform, learn from our experiences, and adapt.
