Today was chaos. An important meeting got canceled in the morning, a proposal got rejected, deadlines piled up, and on top of that, fires in my other business and even tech issues in our workflows. So honestly, if I wasn't mentally fit, I would have spiraled into stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. And here's what happened instead. Are you ready? It took me about 5 minutes to reset, which I find is a long time, but still, I did reset. And I practiced what I teach and I found the gift. The gift in the canceled meeting was space for the right one. The gift in the rejected proposal wasn't the right fit for me and my business. This mindset shift completely changed my day. I don't talk about this enough, this side of entrepreneurship, how many hats we wear, how easily pressure can take over. But when you build mental fitness, When you learn to turn down the inner critic, you stop breaking into, into chaos. You stop spiraling down and you start leading through it. And this is why I do what I do. It helps me. And by helping me, I can help you.
