Hi, I'm Claire Hayek, and my TEDx talk is called Why Your Voice Matters More Than You Think. When I say voice, I don't just mean speaking. Your voice is the bridge between your mind, your body, and beyond. It actually shapes how your brain trains itself, how your body feels in moments of fear or courage, and how your life can unfold. Now, neuroscience shows that every word we say out loud doesn't just leave our lips, it actually echoes back into the brain, affecting our thoughts, Thoughts, our confidence, and shaping our future. I was born without a voice, and I will be elaborating on that during the talk, and I've spent 50 years reclaiming it. Now, I'm going to also share the Out Loud Rule, a simple, practical way to use your voice intentionally, not just for yourself but for the people in the world around you. This talk is about more than just communication. It's about presence, it's about power, and it's about how your voice can shape who you become. I cannot wait to share it with all of you. See you very soon.
