A short YouTube coaching clip by Ethan Khoza explaining the benefits and mechanics of two-foot finishing (also called a "two for finish"). Khoza emphasizes improved control, balance, ability to stop and use shot fakes/pivots, and handling contact via a "stride stop" to finish through defenders.

Two for finish gives you a lot of different options and allows you to be more in control than you can be off of one foot. The first thing that TUFA finishing allows you to do is stop yourself. Get different shot fakes and step throughs and pivots, and this is a great way to neutralize that shot blocker by getting them up in the air and you can essentially completely take them out of the play. You can also use two foot finishing to be able to handle contacts much better. Being on two feet allows you to be more balanced and under control. And by utilizing what's called a stride stop, where you're stepping with your outside foot and then your inside foot and going up above two feet. This allows you to be able to handle contact because your momentum is going into the defender. So if you find that you aren't able to handle contact or finish through contact, very well, incorporate the stride stop into your finishing and watch how much better you're going to get at it. And then get comfortable with not going up the first time every time. But sometimes getting a shot fake, sometimes pivoting and finding a better option, you're going to become much more difficult to stop in the pain.
