So I appreciate you guys. And so today I'm kind of making a adding on to something I already talked about last time, which was just the offseason in general and kind of giving you guys steps to take to have a great off season. But I kind of wanted to open it up to you guys as well and ask about your questions for the off season and, and try and answer as much as those as I as I can. And so on Instagram I, I put out a poll just trying to get your guys questions and there was a lot of really, really good ones, like a lot more than I thought. A lot of times when I ask questions or when I do Q&As or whatever, like maybe 50% of the questions are either like not relevant or I can't really answer them because they're too narrow or too specific or I don't have enough information about it or it's something that I've maybe answered a lot before or whatever. Usually like half the questions I get like aren't that great. But for this one you guys brought it with the questions. You guys asked a lot of great questions. So many that I was like, oh man, I'm gonna do like a separate episode with this. I don't even know if I'm able to get to all of them as well. So I'm going to get to as many as I can. A lot of these questions are kind of touching on similar ideas as well. So it'll work out a little bit with that too. So first question we'll touch on is how do I know when to use drill moves like step backs or fadeaways or pull ups? And I believe I may have made a video talking about this. If I did, I'll link that above right now. You guys can check that out. Where I go through some different breakdowns.
