Coach Ethan leads a basketball workout inspired by Kobe Bryant's training methods. The session includes skill drills, commentary, and music as a tribute following Kobe's death on January 26, 2020.
Kobe Bryant revolutionized the game of basketball. He took a sport that people loved and made it even more exciting. Kobe was as great a scorer as anybody in the history of the game. He could beat teams from any spot on the court. At 6 foot 6, he could dominate guards and forwards in the post and could torch anybody from the perimeter as well. He is among the best ever when it comes to footwork. The jab step, the spin move and the fade away are some examples of difficult moves that he perfected. This workout will focus on high level footwork, the ability to shoot tough shots off the dribble, and some of Kobe's go to moves and skills that can immediately help you on the court as well.
