What's up, everybody? What's going on, everybody? Nice before in here. Four in here. We'll get it. Get it moving a little bit. Just finished up raining here. Hoping it doesn't start thunderstorming again. Of course it's gonna be right now and it wants to rain. Hopefully we could not have that right now. Four go about. Give you about 30 seconds. We'll hop right into it. Gonna do a lot of. A lot more footwork stuff today, focusing on some more game situation type of moves. Still some ball control stuff, too, but really with a focus on being able to translate that stuff. So gonna be a little bit of a different focus in the past couple workouts. I've been. But I think it'll be good. Good as well. What's up, everybody? Give you about 20 seconds. 20 seconds. We'll hop right into it. If you missed it. Like I said, today is going to be a lot of footwork stuff working on different moves in the footwear that comes along with that. So you guys pay attention. Be ready for it. What's happening? All right, y', all, grab that ball. Grab that ball. Here we go. We're going to start off. We're just going to be going pound between the legs. All right? So it's going to be here. So we're going to go pound between, pound between, going back and forth. All right, we're going to get 20. All right, 20. Let me know when you're done. Here we go. 2K panic. Good work. All right, hop right into the next one. We're gonna go pound behind. All right, pound behind. Same thing. Going 20. Let me. Let me know when you're done here. We. 5, 6. Push that speed. 7, 8. Get nice and warmed up. Nice and warmed up. Here we go. Maxwell. Jeremy, good work. Good work. All right, now we're gonna go pound between, cross. All right, we're gonna go right hand first. You're gonna get 15 reps, so it'll be pound between, cross, between, cross. 15 reps. All right, once you get 15 with the right, switch to the left. Let me know when you're done here. Oh. Make sure you guys are pushing that speed with these drills. Push that speed. Get better. It's all good, Ian. Still get that. Work in. Good work, guys. Good work, Good work. All right, now, you guys saw my Instagram post. We. We had just done some stuff with some. The punch dribble. All right. Or I basically showed that to you. So I want to incorporate that today. We're going to go from essentially our feet being Here to. We're taking the same hand, same foot step right here. Boom. That's a punch. All right, so if I'm driving against somebody quick, I can come into my shot right there. Okay? When we take this step and we're low, we're selling that drive. That defender is going to expect another step. We're going to bring that foot right back here into that shot. Okay? So right now we're just going to work on that punch forward. We're not even going to bring in that second part of it yet. Just going to get the footwork down. All right, so we're going to be here just dribbling the ball to the left. So we're going to go punch, then right back. Once you get five with the. With the left leg, switch to your right, and then five, two. Okay, Let me know when you're done. Get low on that punch step job, guys. Appreciate that, Ian. Appreciate that. Congrats, Ivan. Maxwell, good work. Good work. All right, here's what we're doing now. So we're gonna go from a punch right into the crossover. So we were just doing. It's gonna be very similar to that. So now we're just crossing over the other side. So we're gonna be here. Punch, cross, punch, cross, punch, cross. Good work, guys. Good work. Keep it up. Keep progressing. This move forward. Maxwell, good work. Good work. All right, here's what we're doing now. Gonna go into that punch. Then we're go between the legs. Okay, so. So I'm here. Punch right there. All right, so you see my feet are switching right there, going from here to there. All right. That's how my feet look on this move. All right, so I'm here. Punch clean. Same thing. Other way. Punch clean, punch clean, punch clean. All right, get eight total reps. Eight reps. Let me know when you're done. Here we go. Good work. Nice and humid out here today. What's up, Maddox? Good job, guys. Good job. Keep pushing it. Keep pushing it. Once you're done, you got wall, grab a quick. Give you guys about 20, 25 seconds, and we'll get going again. Maddox, Stephen Curry. Good job, guys. Good work. You're about 15 seconds. 15 seconds, we'll hop right back into it. That's right. Maxwell, you should lose the ball every workout. Every workout. The two times where you're losing the ball, you got to push yourself here. All right, Grab that ball now. Gonna be making it a little bit more game, like at this point. Okay, so how this is gonna work? We're Gonna go, I want you to take one dribble forward so you're here. Then you're gonna go into that punch, alright? Out of that punch we're gonna go right into our jump shot. So what I want you guys to do is we're gonna go five of those with our right, five with the left before we get to that. Watch my footwork though, so this will be a little bit different. If you're a left handed shooter, you're gonna feel more comfortable doing this with your right hand. I'm a right handed shooter, so I feel more comfortable going to my left with this, with this move. Okay? So if I go to my left, I'm taking that first dribble, taking that first dribble, one, boom. Then I'm getting my feet right back there. All right? You guys see that? I'm going from here, Boom, right into my shot. My feet are where I want them. I get that ball right up there. If I'm going the other way, then I'm taking that one dribble punch, boom. Right there into that shot. Okay? Make sure you get low when you get into this punch here, okay? So I'm getting here, one into that shot. All right, Getting low. My defender is going to keep going, getting my feet ready, right to go. Okay? Five with the left, five with the right. Let me know when you're done. Here we go. Good work everybody. Ten minutes in. Keep working, keep working. If you guys didn't see my post on Instagram yet, the punch dribble is one of the simplest moves you can do, but it's so effective and it works against a ton of different defenders. Might be a guy who's bigger than you, could be faster than you, but if you can get him to go with this, with this punch and I'll even explain a little bit further to you guys. So if my guy's guarding me, right, and I beat him, let's say I beat him to the left or I go to the left. As soon as he turns his hips like this and tries to cut me off, I'm gonna punch right there. He's gonna have to take this step here. I'm way back there already into my shot. So as he's going, I'm attacking, he changes his hips, punch. He keeps on going. I'm right into my shot right there. That's why it's so effective. It's very, very simple. But if you do it right and you sell the drive first and you're quick and you hit that mid range shot, it's very, very effective. All right, so now gonna go same thing, except this time we're gonna go into a between the legs. So how this is gonna look? It's gonna look this. If I'm going to the right, I'm taking that one. Boom. Then I'm there. Okay. I'm gonna take one more dribble, then pick up, and then we're gonna retreat all the way back. Okay, Same thing. Gonna go five reps with the right hand into that retreat, five reps with the left hand into that retreat again. All right, let me know when you're done. Here we go. It. Good job, guys. Getting those game reps in, those game reps in. This stuff translates when you go game speed and practice. You guys gotta put yourselves right here, right? Maxwell, good work. Good work. Love to hear that. Two of those live workouts earlier. That's awesome. That's awesome. I mean, here's the thing with. With ball handling. The more you have the ball in your hands, the better you're going to be able handling. That's as simple as it is. If you make a commitment to do some ball handling every day, then you can be really good at it. Okay? When people aren't good at it, it's because they just don't have a ball in the hand enough times. You know, with shooting, you got to have great form. So if your form's off, you're not going to be a great shooter. Even if you put up a million shots, won't matter. Okay? But with ball handling, if you do it enough, you'll be good at it. All right? So it's really a commitment of do I want to be good at it or not? So you got to make sure you make a commitment every day. You can have that ball in your hands and work your handles a little bit. All right, so now what we're going to do, we're going to go from that punch, and we're going to go behind now. All right? So it's going to be a little bit. It's going to be a little bit more difficult because you got to have to. You have to kind of ride that ball. So going to be here. Attack, punch, boom. One, retreat again. Same exact timing, same exact footwork as the last drill. Now we're just going behind it. Go it. The other thing I'll say to you guys, too, and I tell this to my guys I work out with in person every day, is if you're doing a drill and let's say you mess something up, maybe you're supposed to go between the legs. You accidentally go behind the back instead. A lot of times, players will pick the ball and be like, oh, I messed it up. But here's the thing. When you're in a game, things aren't going to be perfect. You might mess things up, but it's about overcoming those mistakes. So if you're in practice, you're doing a drill and you actually do a behind the back instead of a between or a crossover instead of a behind. Keep playing. Just keep going. Roll with it, Roll with it. Good work, Maxwell. Good work, Steph Curry. All right, here's what we're doing. We're gonna go into a. Like, a little bit of a snatch between now, okay, how this is gonna work. We're gonna go in and out to a snatch between the legs. So it's gonna be here, there, just switching, putting pressure on the defense, getting low on that stash behind or that stash between. All right, let's go. 10 reps total. 10 reps total. Let me know you're done. Here we go. 17 minutes in. Keep working, keep working. Push towards that end. Keep working. Stick with it. A few more to get into. A few more to get into. Maxwell, good work. Good work there. There. I'm back on that. Good job, guys. Good work. Good work. About to get in some burnout stuff. About. Get some burn stuff. Really work those handles towards the end right here. Still. Stick with it, Stick with it. All right, here's what we're going to do now. So we're going to do a cuff series. We're cuffing the basketball, manipulating the ball, going into different moves. All right, so how this is going to look is basically we're going to go. You're good, Max. All right, so here's what we're going to do. We're going to go into that cuff. So all it means is that if there's a line right in front of you, you have to go over and back. So you can say there's an object there, there's a cone or a shoe or a water bottle, whatever. You're going over and back like that, all right? Not landing on top of that middle space. What we're going to do is we're going to work on being able to go with that into a double crossover. Okay? So I have the ball in my right hand. Boom, boom, boom, double cross. Boom, boom, boom, double cross. All right, we're going to get 15 of those. Squish that left hand. Same thing. All right, we good it 10. Good. All right, Guys, we got one more. Got one more. Getting the core. Good work. Here's what we're doing now. We're gonna go with that retreat or that, that manipulation. Then we're gonna go cross between. Okay, so I'm here. 2, 3. All right, right there. 15 per hand. Push yourself. So we're ending it right here. 15 right, 15 left. Here we it. Good work everybody. Solid work right there. Solid work. Being able to mix in some of those game situation moves, those kind of go to moves you can have really in any situation to either change direction or get your shot off. Mixing with some, some ball control there at the end where that kind of combination of being able to have that footwork and knowing when you should use those things in addition to the actual ball control that you get from working on it. Appreciate that, Noah. Good work. Love to hear that. Keep working at it. Keep working. K in the court. Maxwell. Great job, guys. Great work today. Great work. So see, today's Wednesday. You guys haven't seen my one on one workout that I just dropped. That just came out like an hour ago. So go ahead and check that on my channel. If you guys want to hear more about what I was talking about, those punch rebels, that's on my Instagram. So go ahead and look at my last post where I talked about using that, that punch dribble. We're going to help you beat players who might be, might be bigger than you, might be faster than you, but if you can get to that move quickly and you can hit that mid range jump shot, it's really unguardable. So go ahead and check that out. More stuff dropping this week podcast coming out on. I'm recording it on Friday, so if you have any questions on anything, let me know about it and I'll answer that. So King Von, appreciate that. Appreciate all you guys. 1v1. Yeah, Brendan is. Brendan was eighth in my state in Pennsylvania and scoring this past year. Kid is. Kid is very hard to guard. Good work, Maddox. Good work. Stick with it, guys. Like I always say, you either get better or you get worse. You don't stay the same. So you. There's never a point in your life or in your career with basketball, you can say, oh, I've, you know, I've gotten to the, to the peak, right? You always got to keep on working at it. Even when you see results, you got to stick with it because you'll lose them just as quick as you got them. Love to hear that stuff though. Guys. Any quick questions, I'll answer them. If not, I'M going to let you guys go, like I said, podcast on recording on Friday, dropping on Sunday. Got a couple more videos coming out this week. Maybe another workout coming out this week. And obviously I have, I have my. We'll have another workout either on Saturday or, or Sunday. Favorite NBA team. So I'm from Boston, so I'm a Celtics fan, but I'm a LeBron fan over everything else, so I'm really esteemed LeBron. My next live is either going to be on Saturday or Sunday. So make sure you follow me on Instagram because I always post the day before when I'm gonna be going live. So Instagram. It'll probably be on Saturday, but I'm not sure. It could be Sunday too. Make sure you check that out. What type of shoes do I wear when doing non basketball workouts? If I'm like in the weight room, usually I'll wear like running shoes though. I don't think that, I don't think that you have to like, I don't think you have to wear running shoes. You can wear basketball shoes too. If I'm not gonna go out for a run, which I don't usually do, I'll wear basketball shoes. That. It just kind of depends on what I'm doing. Usually basketball shoes though, for most things. How did I learn this skill? From a lot of people who are better than me, a lot of pro guys, a lot of guys who've trained more than I have. It's where I learned this just growing up and, and working with guys like that for sure. Who I think is the goat. I think LeBron is the goat. J, you talk about the most all around balanced player of all time. He's going to go down as the number one scorer of all time. He's going to go down as in terms of points scored, he's going to go down top five in assists, top 20 in rebounds. There's nobody else who can do that. No one else who will come close to doing that. And obviously this is the best era of the NBA ever. Like the players who play now are. This is the most athletic, the, the biggest, the most skilled that the NBA has ever been. And LeBron is the best player in this era. So I just, that that's my, that's my take. I can listen to Jordan too, because Jordan was great. I think it's those two, though. I don't think it's anybody else in the conversation other than those two. But yeah, that's, that's my thing. All right, good work today, guys. I'LL talk to you guys soon. Peace.
