All right, let me know when you finish up with that one. Come on. Good job, guys. All right, here's what we're doing. We're gonna go pounds between, cross between, behind pound between, cross between, behind pound between, cross between, behind. All right, I want you to get 10 per hand. 10 right, 10 left. Let me know when you're done it. Yo, keep pushing yourself, guys. Good job, guys. Quick 30 second break. Quick 30 second break. Go another. Another 15 seconds. We'll get right back to it. Good work so far. Good work so far. All right, grab that basketball. Here's what we're doing. You're gonna go pound. We're going to into two scissor dribbles, okay? So how this is gonna be different from like a regular pound between is that our feet are moving every time. So pound scissor, scissor. Okay? So you see my feet are moving. That's what we're doing. Going pound scissor, scissor pound. All right, want 10 with the right hand, 10 with the left hand. Let me know when you're finished. Let's go. Push it here. Go. Stick with it, stick with it. 11 minutes in. We're flying through this. We're flying through this. Good job, guys. Three done. Good work. Good work. All right, back to that. To that scissor. We're gonna go three scissor dribbles this time. And then we're going straight into a wide Iverson crossover. So it doesn't look this pound scissors. Actually, we'll go. We'll fix it. So pound 1, 2, 3, crossover, then back. Ball in your left hand. Now pound scissor, scissor, scissor. Crossover back to your right hand. Switching back and forth. I want 10 total reps, okay? So you should get five with your right hand and five with your left hand. Let me know you're finished up it. Good job, guys. Keep pushing. Keep it going. This is Rista. Good work. Good work. King of the court, Sam. Good job, guys. Go one more off this scissor. One more variation. All right, after that, we're going to go back into that three scissor dribble. Then you're going to go to a freestyle. So Whatever move you want off that. So you might go, boom, one, two, three. There. Back now to your left hand. Pound, one, two, three behind. Be creative. Push yourself with these. All right? Really have fun with that handle. I want 10 again. 10 total again. And then let me know when you guys are done. Here we go. It. Stick with me. Stick with me. Here we go. Go work, guys. Give you guys a little break. There's a little break right here. Good work, guys. Keep pushing yourselves with these. It's okay if you mess them up right now. Since we're not running at all. There's no. We're not actually playing. Now is a really important time to push yourself with these workouts so that when we get back to playing, you got a little bit of, like, cardiovascular endurance. So that's why you got to keep pushing yourself even when it gets. When it gets tiring, all right? Because most people will not be ready when we're back to play full court basketball. Okay? So make sure you're ready. Give you guys about 15 more seconds. About 15 more seconds. All right, grab that ball. Here's what we're doing. We're going to go float into a quick between the legs. Okay? So start with that ball. Right hand going to go float, quick between. Now it's in your left hand. Float, quick between. Okay? Really raise, like, raise your defender up on that. Float, boom. Between the legs. Okay? Going back and forth. I want 16 total. All right, 16 total reps. Here we go. Let me know when you're done it. Job, guys. Job, Ian. Good job, guys. All right, here's what we're doing. We're gonna go between the legs. Float. Then you're gonna snatch back one drill with that crossover. It's gonna look like this. So we're here between, float, boom. Actually, I will go straight into that. Into that pull up. So it's gonna be like this. Between, float, snatch right into that, into that pickup. Okay, so again, we're here. Float, cross, pickup. Okay? I want 10 on each side. So 10 with the ball starting in your left, 10 starting in your right hand. Okay, here we go. Let me know when you're done it. Good job, guys. Push yourselves here. Really get some distance with that flow. Quick into that shot. Good job. Good job, Steven. Job, Sam. Good work, guys. Good work. Good job, guys. All right, here's what we're doing. Ball will start in your right hand. We're gonna go float double behind the back. Crossover. So it's here. Right hands, float, double behind, crossover. Now it's in that left folding to the left float, double behind, crossover. Okay, get some distance with that float. I want. I want 12 total. 12 total. Here we go. Keep pushing, guys. Keep pushing. Almost there, almost there. Good job, you guys. Quick break, quick break. About 20 more seconds. We'll hop right back into it. Getting close to the end here. Keep pushing yourself. All right, Grab that basketball ball in your left hand. We're gonna go quick splits into retreat, dribbles, okay? Snatch behind, retreat. How this is gonna work? You're going straight to between the legs, going forward. So here, one more dribble, snatch behind the back, retreat, dribble. Then we're right back into it. So we're here between snatch, back here. Go. All right, I want that. I want eight. Start with the ball in your left hand. I want eight with the ball in your right hand. Okay, Let me know when you're done. Go. Push yourselves here, guys. Push yourselves. Keep working. Good job, Sam Gore. Guys, couple more things. King the court. Good job. Good job. One more variation to our challenge. Here's what we're doing. Same thing. Ball in your left hand. Quick split one dribble behind, retreat, dribble. I want you to bring this right hand towards the basketball and get your eyes up to the rim to sell that shot. Then pushing through, push. Crossing right through. Okay, so again, we're here. Quick split, retreat. Behind ball there. Go. Split, retreat. Behind. Oh, Go. Okay, I want five each side, five with each hand, five with the left, with the right. Here we go. Finish strong. It's it. All right, guys, keep working. Head into our challenge, then we're finishing up. All right, guys, gonna head into our challenges now. And these are gonna be for time. So you're gonna keep track of what your score is, you're keep track of what your score is, and you keep it through the whole entire thing. So I'm keeping track of time for you. We're going through three different variations. You're gonna keep the amount of reps you do the whole time. Okay? So the first drill we're gonna do is pound double crossovers. We're gonna go for 15 seconds, starting with the right hand. Then we're go right into 15 seconds, starting with the left hand. Okay? I'll tell you when to switch. Keep track of how many reps you do. So, for example, pound double cross. That's one, two. Okay? You're gonna keep track of that the whole time. All right? I'll tell you when to start. Three, two, one, go. All right, switch hands. Good. Keep that number in your mind. Now we're going to go pound between cross. Okay, 15 seconds, right hand. 15, left hand. Three, two, one, go. Good. Switch hands. Good. Pause. Last one. Keep that number in your mind. We're gonna go pound, cross between behind. Okay? So this time you're gonna be naturally switching hands every time. So start with your right. Pound, cross between behind. Pound, cross between behind. Okay, Each one. Pound, cross between behind. That's one. All right, we're gonna go for 30 seconds. 30 seconds. I'll let you know when we're starting. Three, two, one, go. Go. Keep pushing it, guys. Done. Good work. Good work. Way to stick through it. Drop those numbers. Let me see what you guys got. 68. Good work, Steven. Good job, guys. Like I said, want to make sure. Good job, Sam. Want to make sure that we're keeping up with our, our conditioning here, which is a good part of being able to do workouts like this because not a ton of breaks. You got to really work at it and the better you do. Jay Drizzle. It's all cool, man. You can, you can just watch it when it's live when it went on replay. And I'll be on again probably on Wednesday. So we should do set reminders for my, for my YouTube channel and follow me on Instagram at Vision Driven Basketball. I post it about it before I go the day before every time. So you guys will make sure you don't miss out on it. Make sure you're subscribed notifications on. And same thing with Instagram too. But good work today, guys. That was a tough one. So a couple you guys were asking about maybe doing a two ball workout. I know I got a couple of you guys. Anybody else want me to do a two ball workout with one of these? So I'll do it if we got, if we got people who are down to do that. Skater by name. How many shots a day to get to put up? That would depend on the day and what, what kind of workout. A lot of times it would be like, you know, if we were in season, might get up, you know, 150 before or after practice. Sometimes in the morning I'd go before school, get some shots up. But then a lot of times I'd work on things that weren't. It wasn't just shooting. So I'd mix in shooting. Usually when we talk about three point shooting, usually it was at least, at least somewhere between 60 and 75 makes every time I'd be in the gym. Sometimes more than that, depending on the workout. All right, we'll plan on. We'll plan on doing a two ball workout on either on Wednesday or Saturday. I'm gonna let you guys know. What is my real name? My real name is Ethan Koza. If you check my Instagram, you'll see everything about me or you watch my podcast too. By the way. Podcast coming out tomorrow at noon Eastern time. Then Monday, Tracy McGrady workout, most likely Monday. And then we'll see with everything else that's going on. So any more questions real quick, let you guys get out of here. All right, guys, I will see you guys again on Wednesday. Be ready for it. Peace.
