Yo, what's happening, everybody? How's it going? Getting ready to work real quick. If you guys have an object, a cone, a shoe, something you can use as a marker, go ahead and grab that. It can literally be anything. If you have a stick on the ground near you, you can use that. I don't even care. Just get something you can use as a little bit of a reference for you. While I've been doing it, doing a lot of stuff on. On ball control. So if you were here for our last workout, it was similar. We did a lot of ball control. Now we're just going to focus on different aspects of that. So last time it was that visual being able to go side to side. Now we're working on being able to cuff the ball or being able to manipulate the basketball so we can move it from where we want it to go. Flame, hoops. What's up, Maxwell? How's it going, man? The wit one. Let's go. Ian. What's up, ma'? Am? Hoodie J. Reed, Reese, get it started. We're gonna go about. About 20, 30 seconds. So if you guys missed it, make sure you guys have something to use as a reference. So, like cone, or you have a just some sort of object you can use. It could be a shoe, whatever. It doesn't matter what it is. Am I gonna make a vertical workout? I'm not gonna make a vertical workout. What I'm gonna be doing is I'll be talking to somebody on my podcast coming up with it. I probably next week or the week after, who's way more. More of an expert in that. That sort of realm. So that's going to be a lot about how to improve yourself as an athlete. And vertical will be included with that, so stay tuned for that. Sam Gorman. How you doing, man? Kenzie Lewis, how's it going? Grab that basketball. Let's get going.
So like I said, if you have your object with you, I have a cone. If you don't have a cone, that's fine. You can use a leaf, a shoe, doesn't matter. Okay. Today we'll work on being able to manipulate the ball. So like I said before, it's another aspect of being able to control. Control the basketball is being able to move it from where we want to go to without carrying it. Okay. This is a major part. Those guys were able to float, you know, guys who were able to move with the ball in their hands.
