Yo, what's happening? What's up, everybody? What's up? Couple more guys in here and start up in about a minute. So you guys probably know this, but like I said, it's gonna be a wall ball workout. So all that means is you gotta have a. Either a wall. You could have like, if you have like a pole or something, like a basketball hoop in front of you or a chair or anything you can use to reach out and touch, you can use that. Okay, so I have a wall right here. I'm gonna use that, but use something else. And if you don't have anything to use, then you can just imagine it. Alright, but regardless, we're gonna get this working. So we'll start about. About 30 more seconds. We'll get it going. Chef supreme. What's up? How we doing? Jamal Murray, workout Probably maybe next week or the week after. We'll see what's up. Derek? What's up, Sam? How we doing, guys? Y', all, about 20 more seconds. If you missed it. Like I said, wall ball. Get your basketball, some object in front of you. We'll get going. Ben Franks, what's up? All right, so just to illustrate to you guys what exactly this is going to be. For those of you who don't know, every time you cross the ball over or make whatever move, you're going to reach out and touch the wall or the chair, whatever is in front of you. Ok? So if I cross over, my right hand is going to reach out and touch the wall. Ok? If I go between my legs, touch the wall, touch the wall, touch the wall. Okay, so you got to go use that off hand. All right, we're going to start off super simple. Get to that wall. We're going to go crossovers. Okay? So every time you cross the ball over, touching the wall, continuous crossovers. Here we go. Try keep your eyes up. Try to keep your eyes up. Good. All right, now we're going to go with our straight between the legs. So I want you to pick one leg.
Watch it.
We'll go left foot, left leg first. So take your left foot, put it a little bit ahead of your right foot. You're going continuous between the legs. So it's going to be here, here, here. So you see the angle there, there, back and forth, touching the wall, every single time. All right, Go it. Welcome. If you're just joining, we're doing wall ball workouts today. So all you need is a wall, chair, whatever, touching the wall every single time. Okay, switching legs now. Right foot ahead. Continuous between the legs.
Here.
Good. Make sure you guys are really pushing yourselves here. Don't be afraid to mess it up. Don't be afraid to lose the basketball. That's how you're going to get better, right? You really should be pushing that hand speed here. Okay, now we're gonna go straight between, so keep your feet planted together. Okay? And we're just going boom, boom, back and forth. Make sure we're touching every single time. All right? Touch that wall every time. Ready? Go.
Go.
Keep pushing yourself, guys. Keep pushing yourselves. Try to keep those eyes up. Good, Quick break. Now we're going to get into our between the legs crosses. Okay, so again, back to that left leg with that left leg a little bit ahead of that right. Gonna go between crossover. Okay, so we're here. Between crossover, between crossover repeated like that. Touching the wall every time. Ready? Push that speed. Here go.
It.
Good. Switch hands. Now switch feet. Right foot forward. Here we go. Good. All right, give you guys a quick breather, couple seconds. You guys have any water with you? Take a quick drink. Hop right back into it. Good work so far. Make sure that we are pushing that speed the whole time. What's up? Jaden is doing wall drills better? I don't know. I wouldn't say it's better, but it's good to switch it up so you don't do the same thing every single workout. You want to push your weaknesses. This is going to target a different aspect of dribbling. This is a little bit different. So it's going to be challenging for a lot of guys who don't do anything like this. So this is going to make you better, but you shouldn't just do wall, wall, ball handling. This is a good way to switch it up, though. All right, now we're going to go between the legs, behind the back. Okay, so we're going to move left foot forward a little bit. Going between, between, behind, between, behind, between, behind. Repeats the whole time. Touching that wall the whole time. All right, here we go. Good. Switch those feet. Switch those hands. Ball starting that left hand now going to that right. Here we go. Good. Good work. Keep it up.
Again.
Don't be afraid to push yourself. These are going to be challenging a little bit, but I'm gonna keep these up after quarantine. Yeah, I probably will if you guys want me to, for sure. More ball control that just comes through. Handle the basketball more. You just doing stuff like this every day, having a ball in your hands, put yourself in gameless situations. All the stuff I do on my YouTube with ball handling you do that enough, you'll have ball control. All right, so now we're going straight behind the back. Okay? So feet together, going behind the back. Here we go.
It.
Keep pushing it, guys. Here we go. Good, good. And back to ball control real quickly. Being able to not just do stuff stationary, but if you're here for a lot of these live workouts, we'll do a lot of stationary stuff, but then we'll transition into moving a little bit. So we might go between the legs, snatch behind, retreat. Because that's actually a game situation you're.
Going to be in.
You can't just do stationary. You can't have your feet planned the whole time. You got to move as well if you want to build a real ball control. Ben Franks. I got a ton of shooting workouts, shooting stuff. I got a whole playlist for if you go to my channel. All right. All right, so now we're gonna go cross between, behind. Okay, in here, Cross between behind, cross between behind. Back and forth, touching the wall every time here. Don't be afraid to lose that ball, guys. Good work, good work. All right, I'm gonna go right into double cross, double between, double behind. So how this is gonna look? Feet planted. 1, 2. So 1, 2, 1, 2. And we go right into that behind. 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2,. Okay, going back and forth. Ball's in the right hand to start. We're gonna go for probably about 30 seconds. Right hand, then we' switch to left hand. Okay, here we.

Triple cross, triple between, triple behind. Okay, so I know what we just did. This time you'll be switching hands automatically because it's three. So we're just gonna go straight for about 30, 45 seconds. All right, Ready? Good work, good work. All right, Hopping right into our next one. Put that left foot a little bit ahead. Not too far ahead, though. We're gonna go between, cross between, behind. Okay, so let the head a little bit between, cross between, behind. Between, cross between, behind. Right? Touching the wall every time. Here we go. Left foot ahead a little bit. Go. Push that speed here. Good. Switch legs now we're going with that right leg a little bit, a little bit ahead. Here we go.
4, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, two, 1, 2, 1,2, 1, 2.

All right, Keep working, keep working. All right, now we're gonna go. We go so double between. We're. Left foot forward a little bit. One, two. I want a little bit of a pause between the next one. Then we're going to go between cross. Okay, so let's look like this, look. One, two, one, two, one, two, one, two. Okay, so quick, two, pause, little pause. Quick between cross. Okay, following your right hand first. Left foot a little bit ahead. Here we go.
1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2,. 1, 2. 1, 2. 1, 2 dot 1, 2. One, 2. 1, two, 1, 2, 1, two, 1, two, one, two, one, two, 1, 2, one, two.
Good. Switch those feet, switch those hands. Left hand starting now. Here we go. Good, good. All right, here's what we're gonna do. I know it's all been wall ball so far, but now gonna transition to a quick finisher. Okay, so how this is going to work is going to have the basketball. You're going to go 25. So ball in your right hand first, 25, knee high, pounds. OK, so 25 of those. As soon as you do that, you're dropping down into 10. Push ups. All right, 10.
Like that.
Back up. Ball in your left hand. 25 again. Drop 10, push ups. Okay, get that done as quickly as you can. I'll let you guys know when to start. Ready, set, go. Good, Keep pushing. Let's go. The more often you got a ball in your hands, better you're gonna start to feel with it. All right, I got 15 more seconds. We'll hop right into it. All right, one, more set. One more set of those. Three, two, one, go. Keep pushing it. Finish strong.
