This is a shooting warm up I like to go through to build and reinforce good habits as well as build confidence. This also allows for a ton of individual focus as all these guys are focusing on different things they go through. We're starting off here by working on sequence, getting into a vertical drop before letting that ball lead up into that shot. Now we're working a similar concept on the move. This time really focusing on getting on balance, hopping off of that outside foot, keeping it very simple to allow for the individual focus. Now we're just working a different angle and a different footwork option, getting to this one, two, right here. And once they have that comfort level with that footwork, we're then trying to speed it up and get into that shot as quick as possible. Now we're continuing to work those foundational catch and shoot shots, working off either a relocation or a backpedal, which is their choice. This adds in some variability, but we're still focusing on those key things, especially individually. Right here, you're.
Slowing down, but the ball is like here the whole time. Catch that thing, make sure that thing's going down. Get that rhythm.
