This applies to the grocery store and pretty much everywhere else you're meeting a beautiful woman and you don't know what to say. Look for common ground. Let's take the tomatoes as an example. She's looking at the tomatoes, you walk over to the tomatoes, you look at them, and you're like, "Wow, these are gorgeous tomatoes today. You know, I can't eat a sandwich without a tomato. Does that make me weird?" You've accomplished several things here. One, you found that common ground. You also were talking to her in a way that you can build a conversation about it. The problem with most cheesy pickup lines is it's like, "Wah, wah, wah. Now what do we do?" That's not a good first impression. Instead, saying something like this is going to help you build a conversation around it.
