something I teach my clients in my Academy is do not marry her before you marry her. Sometimes we meet somebody new and attractive and our brains automatically go to, "This must be the one. If I mess this up, it's all over." And you haven't even talked to the girl yet, but you're convinced that she's the one for you. We all do this as humans. We tend to be a little more dramatic than we like to admit. And so sometimes when you're going in to approach a girl, it can feel like a life or death, a do or die situation. And that is going to make you appear so much more desperate, and it's going to put way too much pressure on yourself and ultimately on her. So take a deep breath. This is not life or death. This is just two people seeing if they have anything in common, if they even like each other. They know they like how each other looks, but do they like each other yet? They don't know. So by having the right mindset, "This is just two people getting to know each other," it's going to put you light years ahead. Now you're going to go into this from a confident, positive, low-stress mental space. And that's what you need.
