When a woman asks personal questions about you and remembers your answers later, she's paying attention because she genuinely cares. If she wasn't interested, she wouldn't bother learning what matters to you.
Chapters
So if she's asking questions about what you like or what you enjoy doing, if she's trying to get to know who you are as a person, she wants to know what's important to you, asking those get-to-know-you questions. This is, again, something you do not do with someone that you don't really care what the answers are. Unless you're really bored, which most adults are not really bored to that extent. And so if she's asking you these get-to- get-to-know-you questions, and especially if she's remembering them and bringing up something you've told her in a later conversation, she's paying attention. She cares about getting to know who you are.
