Learn proper dumbbell shoulder press form: bench back a few notches, feet hip-width apart, dumbbells at a slight inward angle. Brace your core to keep ribs over hips, exhale pressing up, inhale coming down.

You look like you know what you're doing in the gym because you follow my form tips. Let's walk through a shoulder press together. We're starting off with our bench placement. We're not putting it directly upwards because that's going to cause us to potentially lose balance and not have that neutral spine. We want just a couple notches back. Grab our dumbbells, feet are hip-width apart and toes are facing the front. Pick up those dumbbells. I like to start with my hands over top of my head so that I can get that angle set up properly. So instead of coming down directly beside us and having our palms facing directly in front of us, we're going to turn those slightly inwards so we have a little, little bit of an angle. We're going to brace core and not have a big arch in our back. We want those ribs stacked over top. This way it's going to protect us from any injury and allow us to really feel that in our shoulders. So when you get to about here, you're going to exhale and push up, inhale on the way down, and repeat. Save this for your next push day and follow me for more form tips. Bye!
