I can now tell if an employee is going to make it from one sentence, and it's what they say when something breaks. There are 5 levels. Level 1, well, all you say is, there's a problem. Congrats, you're a smoke detector. Smoke detectors cost $12. Level 2, you tell me there's a problem, but also what caused it. Okay, a little bit better. Level 3, here's the problem, here's the cause, but I've got 3 solutions for you on how to fix it. Then we've got level 4. Here's the problem, here's the cause, here's solutions, plus here's the best one. And then finally we've got, hey, I found a problem, there was a cause, and I fixed it. Just keeping you in the loop. So you can guess which level of employee you wanna be because that level tells you how much you get paid.
