how to gaslight your prospects into PIFing (no IQ needed)

This is a YouTube video titled "how to gaslight your prospects into PIFing (no IQ needed)" created in August 2025. The content is a monologue-style instructional video where a single speaker explains psychological sales techniques to help salespeople get prospects to pay in full. The speaker covers topics such as human psychology, mindset, energy, and simplifying the sales process, aimed at high ticket sales professionals. There is no indication of multiple speakers or a conversational format.
All right, YouTube, what is going on? Welcome back to another video. In this video, I'm going to teach you guys how to gaslight and manipulate your prospects into piffing. If you guys don't know what piffing is, it means getting them to pay in full for whatever product or service you're selling, whether you're a high ticket, sales closer, whether you sell your own offer. I'm going to teach you guys exactly how to get your prospects to pay in full rather than do some payment plan or something like that. So let's start off with the definition. Okay, what is gaslighting? Okay, what is gaslighting? We're not talking about the relationships, we're not talking about gaslighting your girlfriend or something. We're talking about how to actually sell someone correctly.
Okay?
So basically what it is is you're just using site psychological methods into questioning their own sanity or powers of reasoning. This sounds kind of evil.
Okay?
This, this makes this sound evil. But at the end of the day, what sales is, you're using psychological tactics to get people to buy something. That's it. It's the whole thing that you're doing. Is that inherently bad? No, because you're helping someone get from where they are to where they want to go. The only reason it would be bad is if you're selling a bad product. And if you're selling a bad product, you shouldn't be selling it. So if you're selling a good product, gaslighting is good.
Okay?
So the things that everyone says on how to, you know, get people to buy more and get people to PIV is going to be like ask more questions pro, make your background more professional, pre handle objections. And although I do preach a lot of this stuff, that is not going to be the biggest drivers in them piffing, okay? Because majority of you guys already know this stuff, okay? If you're watching this video, you're probably in sales. If you clicked on this title, you probably are somewhat familiar with sales and probing and asking more questions. So we're going to use what's been around since Aristotle, okay? We're going to use actual human psychology on why people buy stuff and what makes them actually take and what makes them actually take action. So you guys could use something similar. So biggest thing is human psychology, okay? Why do people do what they do? If you guys have not dug into this concept or not actually done research on human psychology, I highly recommend you do it. I'm going to give you some of the basics today because I actually realized what moves people emotionally and logically. And that's kind of what I did when I first started sales. I wasn't huge into scripts and, you know, doing the right things. I was just huge into human psychology. I knew how people worked, I knew how people move, and that's kind of how I sold. So I kind of implemented that into, obviously, learning frameworks and scripts, and that's really what allowed me to, you know, make 30, $40,000 in a single month in commission. So now that you know what human psychology is and why the best sales guys in the game actually use this. So I'm gonna teach you guys three that I use on every single sales call. One, two, three. Three is gonna be the most important. So make sure to watch this whole.
Video to the end.
Also, majority of you guys are not subscribed like and subscribe if you like this style content. I'm dropping absolute sauce that nobody else on the Internet is doing for high ticket sales. So drop a thumbs up, subscribe. Number one. All right, what is the first human psychology lever that we're gonna pull to get these people to piff? All right, number one is making them feel bad. Okay, this sounds messed up. It sounds like a status, but let me explain what I mean by that.
Okay?
It all widening the gap, okay? The gap that I've talked about in every single sales video, this is where the prospect is, this is where they want to go. The gap is your product. So you have to widen the gap between where they are to where they want to go and your product, whatever you're selling, whether it's a fitness program, whether it's an AI automation for their business, it gets them from where they are to where they want to go. So with that being said, the goal is to make sure that the situation that they're in currently, you have to let them know that it is extremely painful and uncomfortable. And if they want to get out of there, they have to buy your product. And if they don't get out of there, it's going to be really, really bad for them. Their life is going to end up going in the. If they don't, they're going to lose money. You have to let them feel the pain of losing something more strongly than feeling the pleasure of gaining.
Okay?
Negative is always going to be more powerful than positive. As unfortunate as that is. You have to let them feel the loss aversion.
Okay?
So the concept of loss aversion is basically losing a hundred dollars is a lot more painful than the pleasure of gaining a hundred dollars. Okay, so that's just a general human psychology tactic. I don't know why that is, but it just is. It's like lighting a fire under them. So they're more compelled to move fast. Right? Because if they're losing money, cons consistently, consistently, it's going to hurt more than them having the opportunity to gain money, if that makes sense. So for example, if you're selling an AI automation for businesses, you have to let them know that they are actively losing money by not implementing your service to their business because their competitors are doing. Their competitors are going to steal their customers this and that. So they feel the pain of losing money because they're not buying this product. That's a great example. So discover the pain, agitate the pain and show them a way out. And let them sit with the fact that if they don't make a decision, they are literally burning their money. They're actively burning their money. Hopefully that makes sense. Number one, make them feel bad. Make them feel bad about not making a decision. Number two is going to be energy and mindset. Okay, this sounds corny. This is a lot of people talk about energy and mindset, but it is genuinely so, so important. You're probably thinking this is another wishy washy mindset tactic that everyone tells me to use. It's not. It's basic human behavior, it's human psychology. Let me show you what I mean. The first 12 seconds of a sales call are everything. This is tested. This is not some made up number, okay? This is genuinely a fact. The first 12 seconds is kind of when they decide whether they like you, your energy, whether you're two sal salesy. So you have to constantly be on a good frequency, right? Are you calm, Are you confident? You have to give off the vibe that you do not give two fucks whether they buy or not.
Okay?
Because at the end of the day, you have 17 calls after this. If they don't buy someone else's because you know your product is valuable and if they don't buy your product, they are genuinely missing out and losing money. Are you uncertain and needy? I've seen a lot of needy closers. Okay? Are you in control or are you chasing. You always want to maintain control on the call. They mirror your energy whether you realize it or not. If you're super calm, collected, everything makes sense, they're going to act accordingly, right? It's like when you walk into a room and someone's energy just feels off. You guys probably know those people that walk in the room and you've talked to them. You're like this. This is weird. You know what I mean? There's certain people that give off weird vibes, weird cues. You instantly pick it up without them saying a word. It really goes back to, like the animal kingdom days. Like, there are certain people, they don't speak the same language, but they size up to each other in seconds. Are these people safe? Are they strong? Do they lead? Do they follow? You have to give off a good vibe. And by doing that, you have to have a good mindset. So what mindset should you have? You have to have the mindset of a trusted guide, AKA a leader.
Okay?
You have to have a leader mindset. You have to be the person that is going to help them get from where they are, a very painful state to where they want to go. So to do that, you have to be a trusted guide. You have to be their tour guide in life. And to do that, you have to provide authority, right? You have to provide authority. You have to have a nice background, okay? I always talk about this stuff, but this is why the little cues like having a nice background and being collected and not being a little tweaker on the call is going to go a very, very long way. So you got to be a trusted guy. You're not here to convince. You're here to lead. I'm here to help. I already know this offer changes live. I'm just seeing if this person is ready to change theirs. That's the mentality you have to have, okay? You know your product works. At the end of the day, you're trying to help someone get from where they are to where they want to go. If they're not ready to make that change, that's on them. All you can do is guide them because you're the trusted guide. That's it. So make sure you write down any personal stuff that's bothering you in a journal before calls. This can hinder your performance by messing with your subconscious. For example, if you're having imposter syndrome, this is something I dealt with when I first started a year ago. I was like, dude, I have no authority to sell someone a $5,000 program. If that's what you're thinking. Write that down, okay? Get that out of your head before the call, because that's going to hinder your performance, okay? Write down any personal stuff. Get it out of your head. Address it before the closing call, because it's going to mess with your subconscious. Show up energetic, get enough sleep, coffee, nicotine, Adderall, whatever you need to do to get right before these calls and be the trusted guy. Do it. Okay, next thing. Practice self talk only positive. So if you're not taking that call, if I wasn't taking this call, some other dumbass college dropout would be taking that call. Okay, so why not you? There's no reason why it shouldn't be you. Practice self talk only positive. Everyone improves. Even if you completely up the call, you can always learn something. So never beat down on yourself before these calls. Implement the mindset above every single morning. Implement this exact mindset right here. This right here. Every single morning. I'm not here to convince. I'm here to lead. I'm here to help. I already know this offer changes lives. I'm just seeing if this person is ready to change theirs. This also goes back to the importance of offers. Every single day you should be reading the testimonials that you have on your offer. If you're selling AC36, I just lost a hundred pounds in the past eight months. I'm so blessed. Work. I can go out, read testimonials that's going to help your conviction so much and make sure you're selling a reputable product. Be somewhat presentable. Wear a nice fitted shirt. Be presentable. Be professional. Be clean. Be clean cut. That's obviously going to mess with your psychology a lot. If you're just, you know, waking up out of bed and going on calls, which I've done before, not a good idea. You definitely just want to make sure that you're ready to do this. This is your full time job. Because at the end of the day, it's about being on the same frequency as the prospect and matching their energy. When people feel comfortable, they're a lot more likely to buy. You're just not really matching their energy. There's been times where I've been on closing calls about to buy something, but the dude was just so weird on the other side of the call. I just did not see myself giving him money. If you literally were to just relax and act like a normal person and put the sales tactics aside, I probably would have bought it. You got to match the energy of the person. So energy and mindset, huge, huge aspect. And then number three, the most important in my opinion, which a lot of people overlook and it might seem obvious, is going to be infused. Minds never buy. And this is where a lot of people mess up. A lot of these people that went to college are trying to overcomplicate the sales process and do too much. Confused minds never Buy. If they don't know really what you're selling them, they're not going to buy it. You might think this is obvious, but probably you and 90% of sales reps miss this part and you guys actually make make it harder for the prospect to buy rather than more simple. Your job is to make the path look forward and stupidly clear for them to follow. Cognitive deloading. I don't know if you guys have ever heard of this concept. Another psychology concept again, the caveman days. Okay, if something felt unclear or unpredictable in the caveman era, they were not going anywhere near it. Okay? They're not touching that. They're not going near it. If they're going through a hunt to go find food or something like that and a path is just completely overgrown, it looks like a lot. They're not going to go to that path. They're going to go to the path that looks clear. They're going to go that way. If something felt unclear or unpredictable in the caveman era, it felt like an unfamiliar animal, which could literally mean death.
Okay?
It's in your brain that unfamiliarity could mean death. And that's literally not an exaggeration. That's how our brains work as humans. So don't move unless you're sure. That's what your brain's thinking. Do not move unless you're sure.
Okay?
And that doesn't mean complicate things. It's the same in sales. This is how people feel if they can't understand what they're buying.
Okay.
They need to know exactly what they get. Resources, info, exact steps from A to Z, the identity and end result that they'll have if they buy, and how others similar to them got results with it.
Okay.
Their brain hits the brakes. Confusion is uncertainty. Uncertainty means death and they never buy. So to do list when preparing for your closing calls, know the offer and customer avatar from the back of your head. These are both equally important. You have to know the offer, you have to know what you're selling in and out. And you have to know the customer avatar. In and out. Okay? Are you selling to older people, younger people? This is really going to come with time and volume in calls. But this is just something you're going to want to write down and know. Three step to explain how the process works. Okay, so if you're selling a high ticket sales mentorship, step number one is go through high ticket sales training. Step number two is create your high ticket sales resume. Step number three is you get hired for a job using your training and resume. Very simple. Okay, three step plan that you can easily digest and isn't going to confuse. You have a roadmap on exactly how they're going to achieve their end results with an example of other people similar to them that used that roadmap. Okay. Roadmap is basically just an easy way to explain the steps in the process in a visual form. So step number one, then you go to step number two, then you go to step number three. That's a roadmap. And each one is going to be visualized with xy xyz. Bad handwriting. But you get the point. Use visuals or examples to make it simpler for them to understand. So for example, if you're using a roadmap, step number one, you could show an example of what a training call would look like, whether it's like a zoom with someone on there. And then step number two is you make like a little resume video. There's your little resume. And the step number three is you get hired. You want some visuals to actually show them what it's going to look like when they do it. So it looks familiar because like I said, if it's not familiar, if they don't see a visual, they're like, they can't really imagine what it's going to look like.
Like.
And then number five, which is my favorite is you pick a student that was in a similar position that they are in right now, tell them how the program helped that student and give a live example of that. Super important. Now you can really mess this up if you make it too salesy. I've seen pitches being like, and this is how Johnny, who was your exact age got from this to this. And it looks really salesy. But overall having those student testimonials on the website really, really helps. But yeah, hopefully you guys learned something about human psychology in this video.
