Amplíe su capacidad de infraestructura con AWS

Sam explains how AWS lets enterprise IT organizations extend their infrastructure to the cloud. AWS offers global data centers, security certifications, private networking, and access controls designed to work with existing workloads.
If you're looking to expand your IT infrastructure to the cloud, you probably have a few questions. Will my cloud environment integrate smoothly with the rest of the resources I have on premises today, or do I need to scrap everything I have and start over? If I use the cloud, will IT meet my security standards? Extending your IT infrastructure to the cloud is easier and simpler than you might think. With Amazon Web Services, we provide you with everything you need to seamlessly and securely integrate cloud resources into your existing IT infrastructure. We've invested in four key areas to make this easy. First, we give you highly secure and available global infrastructure. Second, AWS Cloud services provide broad compatibility with all of your popular workloads. Third, you can set up fast and secure private networking to the AWS cloud. And fourth, we give you tools to control access to all of your cloud resources. Let's take a look at each of these We've built our global infrastructure that was specifically designed for the high security, spec and high availability needs of the largest enterprise IT organizations. Our footprint spans four continents, supporting customers in over 190 countries in several data center regions around the world. AWS has achieved significant certifications including SOC 1 and 2 and Level 1 PCI DSS compliance and received a three year FISMA moderate authorization. We offer capabilities that restrict unauthorized access or usage without sacrificing the flexibility that enterprise IT organizations demand. AWS also enables you to encrypt all of your data and provides backup and redundancy features for all of our services. With the AWS Cloud, there's broad compatibility with all of your most important and popular workloads. Just like your on premises IT environment, you can spin up virtual servers, hard drives, databases, networks and more. And you can easily set up virtual servers running either Linux or Windows to power your applications, then add virtual hard drives or object storage to host media files, images and videos. AWS also provides services to run a wide variety of SQL, NoSQL or analytics databases. Pretty much any application you have currently running on premises, including email, CRM, SAP, Oracle, SharePoint, or web apps can all run on the AWS cloud. Once your cloud infrastructure is set up, you can create a secure private network that mirrors your existing on premises IT environment. AWS lets you provision a private isolated section of the AWS cloud that you define and always retain control of. This is done with very, very simple IP networking. For example, we'll take an IP address of a physical server in your IT environment and create a similar IP address, essentially making your cloud environment an extension of your on premises network. Additionally, you can create an encrypted VPN connection between your IT environment and the AWS cloud. We use standard technology to create a secure pipe that encrypts your data as it moves from your environment to ours and data stored at REST can also be securely encrypted just as you would normally do for your on premises storage. As your workloads increase and you have more and more data flowing back and forth, you can establish a direct dedicated network connection from your existing data centers to aws. This direct physical connection to AWS gives you predictable network performance, increased bandwidth and a consistent network experience. By bypassing the public Internet, AWS enables you to control access to our services and resources for your users. We give you the control to create and manage users as well as integrate with your exist identity systems. Harnessing the power of the AWS cloud to extend your on premises IT environment gives you greater flexibility to rapidly spin up new apps, lower cost for existing apps and benefit from the global infrastructure and security of aws.
