Currently still being made good, formerly a real estate agent's office. So we have a 2-storey retail commercial building So all these, theoretically, this area down here is open plan. So open plan, highly exposed. We have a rear kitchen, again quite sizable, which leads us to an underdeveloped area in the rear. So we have 2 separate toilet amenities, ladies and gents, if you will. And then we have a really generous rear yard with some storage in place, which gives scope for many different usages. That's looking back at the rear of the building.
