We're here just before repairs and maintenance has been completed, so there are, there will be a few slight differences to when it's leased. So we overlook Very leafy neighbourhood. Moore Park is literally a stone's throw away. So we have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Now the fridge is not included, neither is the microwave. So the kitchen is in great shape, it has been updated. And we'll start with the amenities area. Again, dryer is included, washing machine isn't. So we have a good size Laundry with hanging space, tub. This is the main bathroom, so we have a separate and again oversized shower and bath and a really good-sized hand basin. And through here we have the hallway to the 3 bedrooms. So this is the master bedroom, and we say it's the master It has a built-in wardrobe, mirrored doors, but it has its own ensuite. Again, very clean shower, vanity, toilet. Now we have the second bedroom, again built-in. It's right next to the balcony. Nice sunny outlook even though it's a rainy day today. And then we run into the 3rd bedroom which feels a little bit bigger, the hallway, entry hallway. Again, quite a reasonable size. The built-in wardrobe which is probably the smallest one out of the 3, but nevertheless roller blinds, leafy outlook. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 car space.
