Hi, we're doing a walkthrough video of 48A, the flat at Railway Parade in Mackemba. It's a shoptop residence, side street's over there, and we come in through the back. You'll have to excuse the presentation, it's just been raining so we need to tidy up and all those weeds that have grown with all this water. Okay, so here we go. So we come through, it's It's being used as both a 1 and a 2-bedroom, so we have an updated kitchen which, if it's to— the property's to be used as a 2-bedroom, this has been used as a combined lounge and kitchen. We have a combined laundry and bathroom. Now heading back up to the 2 rooms here, we have room 1 and then we have room 2, both very good, well-sized. The location is literally right on transport, that there is Lakemba train station, The shops downstairs, there's a Woolies a few hundred meters around the corner. So 48A Railway Parade, Lakemba.
