A buyer nearly chose the wrong Paddington apartment until Conrad from Space Property Agency explained the building's history and what typical buyers in the area actually want. That insight made the final decision clear.

I was searching for an apartment close to Centennial Park. Story: I looked around Paddington and Centennial Park for a few months because I wanted something close to the park and cafes. When I inspected with Conrad from Space Property Agency in Surry Hills, he actually talked through the building history and what buyers usually look for in that area. It helped me feel confident about the decision. Close: Just sharing in case you're looking around Paddington or Centennial Park.
