L-shaped Crown St studio top floor location

Hi guys, Conrad Vass from Space Property Agency bringing you another walkthrough video. No real reason, we're just running a bit late. This is flat 2 of 321 Crown Street. It's a unique little block, converted terrace. I think we're running a bit late. We have the shop downstairs, the flat we'll be looking at is just up there. We have Oxford Street just a few minutes down that way, Crown Street eateries, park, etc. Central's just down that way, probably a 7-minute walk on average. Okay, so let's go through unit number 2. We're up on the first floor, as we said. It is a converted terrace into, uh, been converted to 3 flats. Now we do have access to the laundry. The laundry is just, you can see the laundry building just down there. As we come up the stairs, we have a foyer with built-in storage which actually has double doors so you can access it from both sides. We have quite a tidy bathroom, shower recess, we've just had a new shower screen put in to keep things nice and tidy. We have an Eden It does sort of look over the leafy part of the neighborhood. Dishwasher, plenty of room. So we are like an L-shaped studio. We have some more storage here. This is the other side of the kitchen. Built-in linen space, and you also have access to the balcony that you saw when we walked in overlooking Crown Street. So that's the view, which with sunlight is quite pleasant.
