Hi, it's Conrad Vass from Space Property Agency. We are just doing a quick walkthrough of our amenities on level 45, 27 Park Street, which is the Park Regis. For those who haven't converted, this is the communal laundry facility, probably akin to most commercial ones. Don't think they can compete with the views though. You know, amazing views up here, great facility, good quality appliances for the convenience of the residents. And have a look at the prices. I mean, that's just a well-run amenity and building. So this is the common meeting room, which is often where the Mighty corporate will meet. In its past life, I think it may have had a table tennis sort of situation. But in any case, we move on. So the building also has this timeless rooftop deck. So if you're one for catching the sunshine, read a book, It is a very, very sort of unique thing to enjoy. Now just up there is the pool, and we'll show you that one. And of course there are amenities here on the ground floor. Now the pool isn't for would-be Olympians, but as an amenity, more than adequate on a lot of levels. So again, you get to swim up on 45 levels above Sydney, and you can look around and see all its beauty.
