We represent a few apartments in here called the Park Regis, which is located at 27 Park Street in Sydney. We are almost in the middle of the CBD. You can see Town Hall from there. The Domain, the Harbour, and so on. So the building has some, what some might call old-school facilities, being there is a sun deck which is available to all the residents. There is also a pool, unfortunately not big enough for Olympic exercise. I mean, you can see the view right round. It's not too bad at all. It's actually, uh, quite sought after, very practical. And what it consists of is the pool that you've just seen, the sun deck, And also the building's laundry facilities. Now this is what you would call commercial grade. The body corporate does a great job of keeping the amenities in good order. It's quite popular. I mean, there's even a library here for the residents, again to allow people the opportunity to To enjoy the, the view whilst they're doing their day-to-day stuff. Coin-operated facility.
